Hi sorry for very late reply to your message from 10 NOv - I have been offline and just purchased a new computer! Thanks so much for the cream recomendation - Lula's paws are much better now, although she didn't like the cream at all! She's super-nervous and hates her paws being touched. We persevered though and they're all healed now. Thanks again & uch love from Daisy, Lula & Donny xxx

Hope you had a great christmas! Sorry Ive not replied before but its been so hectic, ive just not had time to visit Doggysnaps. We have tried piriton, but it doesnt seem strong enough. Occasionally we use Benedryl which seems to work but we dont like to use it all the while. The vet is now recommending a course of tablets called Atopica but they are very expensive at £50 a month!! We are still using the Dermacton, although she is starting to lick it off. How are things with you? Sending you a tasty snack. Love Izzy & mum X

We are still using the Dermacton Cream and it really does help stop her scratching although, Izzy has begun trying to lick it off recently. The problem seems to have moved to her rear end now, where she is constantly licking there. The vet says its not her anal glands, its all connected with her allergies, poor thing, but thanks for asking! Sending Casey a large jumbone treat Xx

Hello there, thanks for calling by.. I have ordered the cream and spray about 2 weeks ago but am STILL waiting on it. I did ring the company who informed me that it had been posted out within 2 days of receiving my order. I'm assuming its stuck somewhere in the backlog from the royal mail strike!!! I'm praying it will turn up soon.. there seems to be no end to this itching/scratching problem.. Luke had a blood test done 3-4 weeks and this had to be sent to England also for testing! This hasnt even reached its destination yet!!! Its so frustrating! Anyway, thats more than enough about me and Luke... How are things at your kennel? Marie and Luke Basset xx

Hi Casey- have left you a treat. You are very different to our Casey! I have a tortoise, which was my childhood pet, then when my parents passed on it came back to me! She is a female spur-thigh and around 50 years old- having been in our family for 45yrs. She's just gone into hibernation, and typically, the weather is now really warm. They have definite personalities- maggi and Casey are both very respectful towards her!
