Hi, I see you are also burning the midnight oil, I can't sleep either. Just read about Coda so awful when you loose your dog. I hope you find, although reading it you have, happiness with Riba. When I lost my last dog, and my husband came back from the vet with a wooden box with his name in brass on it, I really cried (and I'm a grown woman) I thought is that what my darling Jambo is reduced to, all the fun we'd had together (and you DO have fun with dogs, dogs are what YOU make them). Months went by because no dog could replace him. Then we got Rocco from the local Dogs Trust and although I loved him, I kept saying to my husband, he's not like Jambo is he. Now four years on I couldn't bare to be without him, he's his own intelligent funny little being and I love him. Rambling a bit aren't I, must be because I can't sleep.

Hi Riba - would you thank your Mum for her kind tribute to Casi - it certainly helps my Mum to know others care. I hope you are enjoying being with your Mum and having lots of love and cuddles - I think humans are great don't you? I have just been for a lovely run over the fields. I didn't meet any of my friends today but I still enjoyed sniffing every blade of grass (well tha's what Mum said - think she exagerates at bit!!!) and just having a good run about. I am sending you some chicken and rice for a treat and hope you really enjoy it and a squeaky ball so you can play football with your Mum! My Mum says if she has to play why shouldn't your Mum (he he). Will call in to see you again soon. Luv and licks HOLLY xxx
