Hello Marley we have had rain here this morning and some snow too it has stopped snowing now though, we didn't get to go out again yesterday Poppy came round instead she didn't play with me though so i went round getting some fuss from the humans while she and Bella took a nap, and then are great nanny and great grandad came for tea we went mad when they came in and we got some fuss from them too and after tea i got the humans to play with my toys while Bella was sleeping, well this morning nanny took Bella along the roads while mum took me out we went over to green fields we walked along the paths and mum threw my ball on a rope for me to fetch, i had great fun swinging it around again and it goes flying around in my mouth mum then took me onto one of the fields and she stood throwing my ball on a rope for me fetch again, then we walked home i had to be rubbed down when i got in well me and Bella have had breakfast so now it's time for a nap, leaving you roast beef with all the trimmings love and tail waggs Holly and Bella xx

Hello Marley we have just been out for a walk over the farmers field mum took us in the short way and then we went onto the farmers field, mum didn't take are balls so we just ran around chasing and playing with each other Holly ran straight over to this lovely muddy puddle so straight in there she went of course she had to do it again, we then walked up and rather muddy dirt track so we had some lovely new smells to sniff then back onto the farmers field we went to have another chase and play with each other, well i am getting my nails cut tommorow and Holly is having a trim round her 'skirt' and maybe round her neck and legs we will see what the lady said's Holly is also booked in to get done she will become a big girl next Tuesday, while on the phone though mum asked about me as i haven't been done yet and i haven't had a season for nearly 10 months!! well the lady said i could get done too so mum will book me in for another day i will also be having my dew claws off too, we are now off for a nap leaving you some roast lamb with all the trimmings love and woofs Bella and Holly xx

Hi Marley, the snow is beginning to melt, so hopefully no more skidding although it is still icy cold but my personalised paw marks in the snow are disappearing and I worked so hard to make those artistic patterns, Ok, the cats may have helped, but mine were the most impressive. A sausage treat cos I like sausages!!!!!!!. Love, Dylan and his cats xx xx

Hello Marley we have had more snow over night it's quite deep here now, well we went for another walk yesterday afternoon just over the fields again we played and chased each other and mum threw snowballs for us to catch although Holly didn't catch them but i did!!, right in my mouth they went aswell although i spat the snow out of my mouth we then started playing again well Holly got my coat of me again so we played tug with it for abit it, and this morning mum has taken us over the fields again she took are big squeaky ball and are blue squeaky ball well we lost the blue ball under the snow but we chased the other one, we put are noses right in the snow Holly kept jumping on me and pulling on my coat well we got home and went in the garden and had a play together out there and now we are off for a nap, leaving you a pork chop, potato's, some veg and some gravy over the top love and licks Bella and Holly xx

Hello Marley we just wanted to wish you a very happy christmas we hope you have a wonderful time tommorow and on boxing day too, and get lots of pressies and get spoilt rotten please rember not all doggies are as lucky as us we are such lucky dogs and please rember all are lovely angels at rainbow bridge we will be thinking of them all, we thankyou for your friendship we love being your friends and hearing what you all get upto we are at are auntie Lynda's on xmas day are nanny and grandad will be there too and mum's little sister, and then on boxing day we are at home but nanny and grandad will be here aswell so will mum's little sister and mum's big sister and her husband and Liam they are here all day boxing day and coming for tea we have, are great nanny and great grandad are auntie Wendy,Uncle Paul and Poppy and Jamie,Lisa and Chloe gosh we are going to have a house full on boxing day!! now we have to tell you what happened this afternoon, mum was cooking some beef she had already cooked the ham and it was on the side well the window was open in the kitchen as it was soooo hot in there what pops it's head round the window a cat!! nanny was in the kitchen at the time, and was shouting something about a cat well mum went through and saw it it was still trying to get in the humans one though and shut the cat out just as i (Bella) was coming through to the kitchen aswell it sat right outside are door and would not move for a while, mum was worried incase someone came in and we ran out and chased it but no-one did she was also worried incase it was lost but grandad seemed to think it was next door's cat it jumped back at the window again and just sat outside for a while and then moved away, mum hopes it has a warm house to go to well Holly's paw is alot better thankyou for asking mum took us for a walk along the road today and she managed fine so hopefully we will get are christmas walk on the beach, we are leaving you a turkey roast dinner with all the trimmings and some mince pies with cream well we will be back on the 27th love and licks Bella and Holly xx

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house Not a creature was stirring, not even the cats. The stockings were hung by the chimney with care In hopes that Santa paws would be there. Dylan, nestled, all snug in his bed, While visions of markies danced in his head. One human in her nightgown, the other in his sweat pants, Had just settled down to read the Great Dog Reporter When up on the roof there arose such a clatter, Zebedee sprang from the chair to see what was the matter! Off to the window he flew in a flash, Tore open the shutter and threw up the sash. The moon on the crest of the new fallen snow Gave a luster of midday to the objects below. And what to wondering eyes did appear but a miniature sleigh and eight tiny reindeer. With a little old driver so lively and quick I knew in a moment it must be St. Nick, Santa Paws With a sputter of ashes -- a flurry of soot, He slid down the chimney with all of his loot. Dylan stood there so regal and proud, Guarding his home with barks oh so loud. Santa paws showed no fear and called each by name, He knew in his heart they were gentle and tame. He brought out his list, checking it twice. "Well, my beauties, all year you've been very nice. I have in my bag toys and much more, Just tell me what you really want Dylan and Magnificent cats 7 talked to each other and turned to Santa with tears in their eyes, "We have chewies and balls and ropes to be tugged, We are pampered and coddled and petted and hugged. But for Christmas, dear Santa paws, we have but one care, that all dogs, cats & horses, be loved as much as we are. We want no animal beaten, whipped or chained, No pet abandoned, abused or maimed. We want for all pets, no matter what size, to see love reflected in their master's eyes." Santa Paws stopped for a moment to gather his wits, "I have nothing to stop humans from being such twits." All animals are so beautiful and are such a treasure, Living only to be loved and give humans pleasure. Happy Christmas, Happy Dogmas, Happy Catmas, Happy Horsemas xx xx

Hello Marley well we think we had abit of snow over night mum's been taking more photo's of us playing in the snow, mum took us out again yesterday morning she took us onto the fields too start off with and walked us round the back field again Bella spotted a rabbit to chase mum found an entrance to a field which just happens to be the green fields we play on, so mum took us on there aswell we walked round the 3rd field and along the path and then we walked half way round the last field which mum found out is actually the 2nd field aswell so we guess we only have 3 fields to actually play on!! she then walked us down this little lane, and we found some horses now Bella didn’t bark not this time but i did!! i haven’t taken any notice of horses before today so we truned round and went back the way we came mum then walked us round half the 1st field and then she took us back onto the fields, and walked us half round that again and then home now mum didn’t take are balls out on the walk so i was trying to get Bella to play with me but she was being abit boring anf just sniffing around so i just ran around but i did annoy Bella, i got her coat off of her once and played tug with it once too well i was bored!! hehe last night i (Holly) went out into the garden and was out there for a while, well mum came to the patio door and saw me lying down all curled up i was asleep on the patio!! yes in this weather well mum opened the door and made me come in because she said my blood preasure could of dropped, i was quite cold as mum felt me mum said i was mad well i sat next to mum so i got some of her body heat so i did warm up, this morning mum has taken us over the fields again we went on the back fields again and mum walked us round once and we chased are balls round well i did Bella chased mine sometimes but she didn't really run that much i did, i had great fun i was running after my ball so much and running back to mum too Bella just walked back mum then stood for a while throwing my ball for me to chase after Bella chased after me too well kind of, well we are off for a nap leaving you some roast chicken with all the trimmings and for dessert you can have a yoghurt of your choice love and woofs Holly and Bella xx

Hello Marley mum took us out yesterday morning we went over the fields and just chased are balls then after we had a nap mum took us out again, we went over the fields again as we like it there as it's hardly ever used so we get more time to chase are balls which is what we did i (Holly) couldn't find my ball in the grass a few times as the grass is quite long, but i used my nose and found it i am glad i did otherwise i wouldn't of had a ball to play with on the way home i said hello to a boy and i got a quick pat too then just as we was getting in the door the paper boy came, well i of course thought this was great another person to give me some more fuss Bella had a good bark at him so she can't of been keen on him and last night Poppy came round well she and her mum and dad came in and i went abit mad, and Bella came down stairs to say hello and got a belly rub off Poppy's mum she doesn't take much notice of Poppy's dad when she was little she was abit scared of men but she is much better than she was, anyway after her belly rub she went straight back upstairs again to lie on mum's bed so i was left with Poppy well she wanted to play but i didn't i just wanted lots of fuss the more the better, before they left i made sure i got a belly rub off Poppy's mum and dad well we haven't done anything today yet mum was going to take us out but it's abit foggy here and she doesn't want us gettting lost in it, so we will wait until it clears then go out leaving you sausages mash and peas love and licks Holly and Bella xx

Hello Marley sorry we haven’t visited for ages but we haven’t had the internet for a while we have missed you all, are house move went well and we are now all settled in mum has found a farmers field for us to walk on there are horses on fields over there though, we have to walk past loads to get to the farmers field i don’t seem to mind them Bella likes to bark at them sometimes we stay on are leads while walking past them though we just chase are balls on the farmers fields or we chase each other, it’s lovely and muddy over there though oh you should see us after are walks over there we look lovely oh and once while we was over the farmers field we walked for ages and we walked past these fields and mum saw something move and so did Bella, it was two horses well Bella had a good look at them but mum shouted at her to go back to her which she did thank god!! oh and mum has also found some other fields for us to play on it’s right near the train station, it’s nice and quiet and hardly anyone uses it and it’s close to are house mum takes are balls over there for us to chase we get lovely and dirty over there too so we like are new house, mum gave us a bath today though because she said we was too muddy oh and we walked past a train Bella didn’t like that much well mum’s big sister has had swine flu she is going back to work tommorow as she is all better, we have been fine we hope you have too leaving you a piece of steak and some chips love and woofs Holly and Bella xx

Hello Marley yesterday we played in the garden and played some more ball with mum, and Holly got her squeaky green and pink bone out for mum to throw for her so she could fetch it, we then went for a walk in the afternoon mum took us behind the houses again and then we went onto the farmers fields we went onto the medium one and me and Holly had a play and run around on there, and then mum took us onto the other medium farmers field but we just walked along the path to get to the big farmers field, mum took us along the path and then we went onto the other farmers field and went down the path and back up it again me and Holly then played chase, and then we came back along the path and back onto the medium farmers field and back onto the other medium farmers field, well we kept on going then it was time to go on are leads well mum put Holly's lead on her oh hang on she has got something on her hand fox poo!!, Holly had rolled in fox poo!! and it was on mum's hand ewwww yuck!! mum tried to wipe it of on the grass but got stung instead, so i walked home with one smelly Holly and one smelly human see what i have to put up with!! hehe well Holly went straight into the bath but the shower was playing up so it took a while, then she got sprayed with this pet spray and i did too!! why you ask because mum sprays me just incase i got to close to Holly!!, so mum never did get to see the house again as she would never of made it on time after all that fun!! hehe, well we have played ball with mum a few times this morning we are now off to go in the garden and play, leaving you roast chicken,stuffing,roast potato's,cabbage,peas,carrots,broccoli a yorkshire pudding with some gravy over the top and a chocolate brownie love and licks Bella and Holly xx

I have posted this message in memory of Scampi, our little black cat – run over and killed outright on the morning of November 9th 2002, aged 9 years – a fortnight after we had your teeth cleaned at the vets and only just been given a clean bill of health, the relief when you survived the general anaesthetic, for your life to be taken away so cruelly and suddenly. Rest in peace sweetheart, forever in our hearts, we love you, we will always remembered you, such a sweet and gentle soul xx xx
