I have 1 hubby, four human childnen, 3 grand-children, one horse, three dogs, two budgies, two bronze goldfish, a guppie fish tank and garden birds xxxxxxxxxxx
Talking about headless chickens...when I was a little girl Mum used to keep chickens and we often had chicken for Sunday roast. Our gardener was the butcher and my sister and I used to beg him to let the chicken jump around with it head chopped off...found it facinating..think he let us see it twice...it literally flew!!!

Hi gang , thanks for dropping by, it is always good to make new friends. I hope things are well in your Kennel. It has done nothing but rain over here, mummy is thinking of building an Ark and keeps talking about which animals she would take, take where I am not sure. She is busy watching the Olympics and it is funny when she shouts at the TV I join in and bark., we are having fun so it does not mater about the weather really. Leaving you a liver twist mummy found them for me and they are yummmy, clever mummy, big wags and woofs from Cara xxx

Hi Mary-Joye – as you saw Ella is over the moon after being asked to get engaged to Apollo – time for a new branch of this site I think – Horsey Snaps - he he. I use Paint Shop Pro as well, don’t’ know which version you use but I have the latest X2, find it very easy and quick to use for almost anything. Also use Corel Photo Paint – have been using Corel’s graphic packages since they first started ages ago. Looks like there is another party to organise soon!!! Love Birgitta xxxx

Hi Mary-Joye - thanks for your good wishes - not long to go now. I have been busy trying to get lots of cleaning done and making a few meals for hubby to defrost while I am in hospital. I am going to ride on Sunday and Monday as I don;t know when I will be riding again. Hubby has built me a mounting block so it will be easier for me to get on and off Milly and I am going to try it out tomorrow. I took him down to the stable tonight to show him how to pick her feet out and what to give her for tea. She doesn't need much as there is lots of grass but I like her to have a bit of chaff to mix with her supplements and a couple of carrots and an apple. I hope I will be able to get down to the stable on my crutches! Its about a five minute walk but downhill so uphill on the way back may be a bit difficult. I have organised for a couple of friends to ride her so hopefully she will get out at least two or three times a week while I recover. Love Jill x
