Hi Bruno, I have been painting with my tail & for days had a 'Applewhite' designer tail with delicate flicks on the ends, the cats have been keeping me busy, bit scared of Tigger, he sometimes blocks me in the kitchen & I have to bark so my Mum & Dad can remove him to enable me to get pass, it is those sharp things at the end of his claws, I don't like, he is into everything, the washing machine, dishwasher, he jumps onto my Mum back & she has to piggyback him to the settee, he has even learnt how to paw out the cat food out of tins. Do you remember Arthur, the white cat on TV a few years back?, he has copied that trick. Zebedee, sadly has been catching birds, we tried to save them, but as you know, once a cat catches one, sadly their fate is sealed, she attempted to revitalised one with water, he did respond but a few seconds later died in her hands. To human news, my Mum tried to set the kitchen alight, she made some watercress homemade soup & turn down the gas when she did something else, forgot to turn it off completely & when later put down her favourite doggy fleece on the stove ready for the next wash, went out to hang the first wash on the line, needless to say, the fleece went up in flames, she was so cross with herself for being so silly but it could have been a lot worse, if it had been Dad's shorts she could have replaced them from M&S but this fleece was a one off. I have been off my medication apart from joint care, to see how I fare, still get tired and I still get a limp but now the weather is cooler, it doesn't seem as bad, I tend to run around like a mad thing for the first 5 minutes & then run out of energy, if I meet my friend Susie, she keeps me going while the Mums chat. I am leaving you some Cullen Skink, my Mum has learnt her lesson & always double checks the gas ring is turned off. There is probably more to tell, but I haven't been in contact for a while, so might have forgotten some antics. Love, Dylan xx xx

Hi Bruno, humans have decided to call the new ginger fluff ball 'Tigger', he is curious, greedy, mischievous, playful, he bounces, leaps, jumps, hisses but he is OK. When he is microchipped, I know, he will be here to stay. Steak treat today. Love, Dylan xx xx

Hello Bruno, I have been to my hydrotheraphy today for my arthritics, the lady who looks after me, ordered some S.T.P (Stop The Pain), it comes from America & is specially formulated for horses but they have developed a supplement for dogs, so we hope to give it a try & it works. Yesterday, my Mum & Dad started to making our 'scarecrows' for the village festival, this year the theme is movie magic. Most of the entrants do figures, we always enter 'animal scarecrows' & this year will be no different, if our ideas work, we will post them on my kennel in a month's time, We are assembling 5 animal characters & one human figure. The Sunday roast is today's treat. Love, Dylan & the cats: Kizzy, Patches, Lucy, Whisky, Zebedee & Skimble xx xx

Hi Bruno, it was my birthday yesterday & guess what, I was at the vets along with Whisky, one of our cats, I have left you a slice of my cake. Hopefully they will sort out my limp & Whisky's bad tooth, as we are both a bit uncomfortable. my Mum took the opportunity to wash all my water bowls in the dishwasher & washed our bedding, even cooked the chicken for our homecoming. Enjoy your cake & when I am better, it will be a good excuse to have another party. Love, Dylan, Whisky & the other cats x

Hi Bruno, I was told I was a silly dog, Mum gave me a bone to chew and bury, I took it outside and left it in the mud, my Dad brought it in again, so I took it just outside again and left it in the same place, at least, I wasn't as silly as the cats, that got scared when chased by a empty flower pot from Friday's high winds. Mum has been experimenting in the kitchen again, fish as a starter, roast as a main course, followed by fruit, it was a bit more fancy than it sounds, but all treats go down the same way. Love, Dylan & the cat team x

Hi, sorry we haven't been by to visit for a while, but things have been a little rough. Pug brother Toby died on Dec 28 unexpectedly from apparent heart failure and we are all still very sad. But then mommy went out on Valentine's day and, horrors of all horrors, got a new baby. He is a rough coated Brussels Griffon and his name is Dweezel, go figure!! Now we have to get used to this little critter under foot and attacking us everytime we turn around. But he is kinda cute. You will have to visit his page and check him out. Sending you a big pigs ear for a treat. Luv, the whole gang

Hey my friend, hows your weekend going? It's all good here. Lovely and sunny but very cold. I got to munch on some bunny droppings without mummy seeing me, they are so very tasty. The pet stores should bring them out as a treat for us ;) I was going to leave you a couple of droppings for your treat tonight but I don't think our mums would be impressed, so, I'll just leave you some sausages and chips :) Catch you later my friend. Lots of love always Alfie xox

Hi Bruno, WOW....WOW...and more WOWs.....the weekend was marked by an absolutely sensational event.....a truly incredible result.....Drum Roll.......Another Drum Roll......And Another Drum Roll......No, not the rugby, even more incredible than that.......yes indeedy, Purdey didn't get to roll in anything stinky because we managed to stop her! She spotted something on our walk, something which would have been, invariably, very smelly and would also have been very unpleasant stuck to her neck and back!!! We think that, in a previous life, it had been a duck's dinner. Fortunately, Purdey was still on the lead so her loveliness (Mrs Davidmh not Sarika, not to say that Sarika isn't lovely, in fact she is very lovely) managed to pull her to her feet as she started to drop....EXCELLENT....Our first victory over the POOMONSTER which makes the score very much closer...Us 1 - Purdey 237. And now our walk....WE MET UP WITH SOME OTHER DOGGYSNAPPERS for the first time. It was brilliant because they all turned out to be great fun and really lovely and the doggies turned out to be even more gorgeous in real life than they are on here. Roll on the next meeting. And finally it will not come as a surprise to anyone that today the girls and doberdog are dropping off a portion of recycled duck's dinner to roll in...Purdey cannot have it(TeeHee), Sarika is far too much of a Laydee for such things and Max is asleep. PS Oh yes, it is of course DDDD35 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 35), gosh, 5 weeks now and weigh day tomorrow, I don't "feel" any lighter this week so we will see. Have fun x

Hi Handsome, just popped by to say hello as it's been ages since my last visit. Today it has been really windy, with lots of rain and hail. The weather man says that tomorrow it might snow! Hope all is well with you. Love Meg xxx

Hi Bruno, Christmas is over, but had to tell you the story about one of our cats, Dad was taking down the Christmas cards & he heard a rustle, looked around saw nothing & so continued, then all was revealed, he spotted a extra Christmas decoration that wasn't there before, Zebedee one of our cats was in the middle of the Christmas tree, climbing towards the top, maybe he had spied the articial robins, Dad pulled him off & the curious cat had managed to get a string of lights tangled around him, if Dad wasn't so worried for his safety, would loved to have captured his antics on camera. The cats have managed to break into my bonio box, so before they steal them all, leaving you a selection to eat or bury, the choice is yours. Wishing you all a bright, happy & healthy 2008. Love, Dylan & the cat team xxx

Hi Bruno, it is DDDD9 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 9). First weigh in yesterday morning and 4lb off, not much but a start. I read somewhere that adding chilli powder to your food speeds up your metabolism by 25%, so we will give it a go. The supermodels (who are jolly glad they are lithe) and doberdog (who is jolly glad he is old) are delivering diet food: All Bran + hot chilli powder, a tin of tomatoes + hot chilli powder, five fruits of your choice + hot chilli powder, a vitamin pill and lots of water (hot chilli powder optional). Good luck. PS the girls, who have both had upset tummies recently, are wary of the potentially explosive mixture of All Bran + hot chilli powder - ever thoughtful, they enclose some plastic sheeting for the floor x

Hello Bruno, it is DDDD7 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 7) and I find myself thinking of food and booze quite a lot of the time. It will not suprise you therefore that today the girls and doberdog are delivering a full english breakfast. I will list the constituent parts - two fried eggs, sausages, fried bread, baked beans, mushrooms, fried haggis, black pudding and bacon. YUMMMMMMMMMMMY. And, of course, a glass of a nice champers as a mouthwash. Enjoy. PS You might notice that four mouthfuls are missing....one each for the supermodels, one for doberdog and one for .................?
