Hi Bubbles, we didn't have an earthquake but we had a thunderstorm at 4:00 this morning, I was trembling so much that mummy & daddy's bed was shaking and they could hear my teeth chattering!! But at least I didn't hide in the closet like I usually do. It was raining hard today so I stayed in the house with all my toys, and mummy just took me for a nice walk. Treat tonight is one of my favourites - a piece of rawhide. I hid mine in my bed. Lots of love Fluffy xxx

Hello Bubbles. Well, what a night! After a successful evening walk, where I passed seven dogs without any trouble at all, mum thought last nights dog class would be, to coin a phrase, a walk in the park! She was so wrong! When we pulled up in the car park, there was a woman walking a GSD, which seemed to have issues similar to mine, ie. it lunged and barked at me and then of course I had to return the favour. Once I was inside the community centre (all worked up, due to previous incident), I decided to have a lunge and bark at the other GSD, Shep and then the Lhasa Apso. There was only one other dog there, a female dalmation, but she was kinda cute, so I left her alone. So after several lunges and much barking, mum decided to put my muzzle on. The thing was, that I could still bark even with it on. So then Cheryl asked us to wait in the corridor while Shep did his heelwork, so as not to distract him. After returning to the main hall, I was having a nosey at one of those dog crate things - it was only a small one and I nearly got stuck inside it. Finally, as Cheryl was handing out some "homework" to the owners, I did one of those "bum shuffle" things across the floor and mum looked really embarassed. Can't wait until next week! Hee hee. Leaving you some scotch pancakes for breakfast, Love Tobes xx
Hello Bubbles! Hope you had a lovely weekend, was the sun shining where you are? It's been like Spring here! Well as you know, I went swimming today. I was a bit worried at first and thrashed around a lot in the water but after a while, I got the hang of it. Mum had to run round the pool encouraging me to swim towards her. The owner of the pool told us that the previous dogs' owner had actually fallen into the water whilst running around, but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get mum to fall in. I did, however, have plenty of mega water shakes all over her each time I got out of the pool. Mum couldn't video me swimming, as she was too busy running around the pool, as mentioned earlier - hee hee, but Cheryl did manage to capture the whole embarassing affair on film and will probably email it over to mum soon. There is a short film of me standing by the pool wearing a life jacket, no doubt that will appear in the cinema later :o( I am absolutely shattered now and have been booked in again for next week. Leaving you some mini cookies. Love Tobes xx
Hello Bubbles. I've been busy practising recall today with mum and dad. They left my lead on but then let go of it and I had to run at top speed to get some chicken treats, it was good fun but now I'm shattered. Leaving you some cookies and milk, love Tobes xx
Hello Bubbles, hope you are keeping well, we have been to the vets for our boosters this week, don't like that very much but she did give us a biscuit (Sheba wouldn't eat it, she thought she wasn't going to be conned that way but Meg said give me as many as you can !!!) Have a good day, sending you some fish and chips today Love Sheba and Meg xxx
Morning Bubbles and mum! Hope you're both OK. Got stood up by the dobie pup on Saturday, her owner forgot to meet us, so we are back on for Sunday, now! Sending some chocolate fudge cake, love Tobes xx
Morning Bubbles! Well mum heard a big crash this morning when she was upstairs and she came downstairs to find her shredder had been knocked over and it's very heavy! It was standing just in front of the shelf where Mr Steiff teddy sits - hee hee, but guess what, he had gone for a lie down in my bed! Mum's such a worrier, you know. Leaving you a cornish pasty today, Love Tobes xx
Evening Bubbles. Well what do you know, mum went out for a meal tonight and apparently my cousin Benny the yorkshire terrier got a doggy bag of steak and I got nothing because mum reckons I am going through tins of hot dogs like they're going out of style, all bribes to stop me from lunging!! Hope she's not thinking of putting me on a diet anytime soon. Also, just hacked into the emails and noticed that she's signed me up for another dog class in 3 weeks time, is there any end to this regime?? Leaving a treat and a goodnight kiss - Tobes xx
Hi Bubbles, thanks for dropping by and seeing how I am, I'm donig much better now, but mummy wont' let me play just incase I bounce too much and damage the ligament again, she says she doesn't want to go through it a 3rd time! must say netiher do I, I walk up the garden on my own now and mummy did mention about little walks next week, so paws crossed eh! leaving you some wonderful rare roast beef for a treat today xx Vester xx
Hi Bubbles, What a weekend!! Yesterday we were very busy. In the morning I played with my duck (I kept throwing it in the air and catching it) and then Mummy took me for my walk while Daddy went for a run. It’s gone quite cold now but I don’t mind it because I’ve got a nice fur coat after all. Then we went to Miles Market or breakfast and some little children came to pet me. Mummy put some pieces of sausage in my snackbox – yummy!!!! When we got back Mummy put the decorations away and I helped Daddy clean the leaves off the patio. In the afternoon Mopsy and Max came to my house; we played in the garden for a bit and then I had a sleep and they ran around the house. Mopsy is very well behaved and likes to lie under the table or sit behind a chair, but Max is a bit naughty and sometimes gets on my nerves. He’s only a puppy after all. In the end I showed them who was boss and did a poo on the spare room carpet!!! Then Max got his own back by weeing on the bedroom rug!!! Mummy was not very impressed with any of this especially as she had to clean it all up!
At 5 0’clock Mopsy & Max went home and we went for a walk. At the bottom of the road we met Daddy’s friend John and his dog Winston who’s a Viszla. Daddy and John were talking about football like they always do, and I went to say hello to Winston and he bit me on the nose!! I was so shocked!! My nose was bleeding and it really hurt! At least I didn’t have to go to the vet, but I think I will have some horrid scars!!
This morning we had a walk round the Botanical Gardens and then we went to the end of the road to watch a race. Some of Mummy & Daddy’s friends were running so we cheered them when they went past. Daddy asked Mummy if she was going to do it and she said NO WAY because it’s 7.2 miles with a big hill at the end!! Today's treat is some nice rare roast beef! Lots of love Fluffy xxx PS Yes, I did win!!!
