Mummy bought me a new garden chair - I do love it but its not as nice as my old relaxer - I could really stretch out on that, still the birthday fairy will be coming soon xxxx
Hi Casey, well that was a fun day, Sarika timing her illness (both ends) with Mrs Davidmh being out and me being almost immobile. As I wrote in the forums I had to laugh (although I admit it was verging on HYSTERIA) and my attempt at clearing up would have made an interesting picture!! Anyway my gorgeous Princessliness seems a bit perkier today so hopefully she is on the mend but it is still OUCH as far as my back is concerned. Allowing for canine illnesses, my disc problem has its advantages as my domestic goddess days also seem over, at least temporarily, so no hoovering, lifting etc....I still can do a bit of dusting though if I get withdrawal symptoms .....WE WILL SEE. Anyway we shall continue to sing “ALWAYS LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE OF LIFE” and, as usual, the girlie gundogs and dobes join me in sending cuddles and kisses. And finally, Two cannibals are eating a clown. One cannibal turns to the other and asks, "Does this taste funny to you?" xx
Hi Casey, today a tip for the humans. If you decide to ponce yourself up a bit with a quick squirt of Armani Code (men’s version, he added quickly!!!)....well you never know who you might meet on a “walkies”, it could be one of those SIMPLY GORGEOUS LADIES FROM DOGGYSNAPS.....anyway, to continue....make sure that the NOZZLE is not pointing at your eye. Because BLOODY HELL, ARMANI CODE STINGS!!!! (Note to self....must wear glasses when applying aftershave). TYPICALLY the girlie gundogs and dobes, who are all fine, were no support to their aged human slave in his time of need but were seen sniggering behind their paws at his pain and, in particular, his use of the English language! So it is love to you lot from them and the currently partly blind but actually now also very fragrant me. X
Hi Casey, some people say that you shouldn’t NAME and SHAME unpleasant behaviour on DoggySnaps. Well, I am going to make an exception to the rule because, quite frankly, enough is enough........The NAME is.....PURDEY...............THE SHAME is.....FOX POO. Now I guess that some people probably think I exaggerate Purdey’s predilection for recycled animal dinners.....well, this time the gorgeous little sod has got her comeuppance because I took a photograph of her in her fox poo finery and I have put it in her kennel for all her friends and supporters to see. Serves her right. The clean and fragrant ones, Princessliness Sarika and His Baldiness, are dropping off virtual photos of themselves.....”unpooed” they said somewhat smugly! Have fun x
This is just like looking in the mirror!!! We are so so alike!! We are also a similar age. My profile says im 7, but i'm actually 8 now. I also like to sit on the back of the sofa to lookout of the window, and i sit on the garden bench! I often sit on the bench whilst mum does the weeding!
come and play in my kennel soon. Left you cheese on toast for supper.
Was and woofs, annie xxx

Hi Casey, how are you and the humans? Problems with "fetch" meant we couldn't visit yesterday so here we are now. I had hoped that I had had my last dog poo moment (if you know what I mean). WRONG. I was walking Sarika yesterday. Her princessliness went off to do "what is natural". I got a nappy sack out of my pocket (every item of clothing I have with a pocket has nappy sacks in that pocket) and put my hand in the nappy sack so I could then pick up the poo, reverse the sack, tie up the handles and job done (in more ways than one!). I am not sure when I discovered that I had put my thumb through the hole in the sack tie handle. Was it when I sensed the strange warm feeling on my thumb or was it when I saw what had happened? And does it really matter? Ugh..Ugh..and more Ughs. After lots of wiping of my thumb on the grass I walked home holding my right hand as far away from me as possible. What hand? No, its not with me! Never seen it before! Anyway I managed to get in the house without using the thumb and several scrubbings later I think that it was finally clean. So today, not surprisingly, the girls and dobes are delivering some nappy sacks without tie handles for your humans. And me, well I am off to have another wash. Have fun x
Hi Casey, our gorgeous Purdey the Poomonster is TWO years old today, a grown up lady now. Sarika and Max are therefore dropping off some birthday cake and a bottle of pop for you. Enjoy x
Hi Casey, only just read your reply as i dont get much chance to visit doggy snaps now! Thanks for the advice on Atopica. I have spoken to a friend of mine who is a pharmacist and she is surprised that the vet is suggesting this as it is very toxic. Think I will avoid this and go along the road of a holistic vet. We are still using the Dermacton cream which sooths her but piriton tablets dont have any effect on her anymore. Thanks for the advice! Sending you a treat Love Izzy & Mum Xx
Hi Casey, a quick visit today because I, David, have got to go to the dentist. This is both "could be" bad news and "is" good news. The "could be" bad news is all that stuff featuring injections, drills and burning smells. The "is" good news is that a) it is only a check-up (hopefully) and b) my dentist is beautiful. In sympathy with my predicament, the girls and doberdog, all currently behaving and smelling nice, are delivering some very fetching pink mouthwash and some Orbit chewing gum. They also wanted to send a picture of my dentist but I have said that they cannot because it is mine. Did I mention that she is beautiful? It is why I am setting off now, my appointment isn't until tomorrow, but I will wait!!!!!!!! TEE HEE x
Hi Casey, today the girls and doberdog are delivering A STONE each as a present. Sarika, her princessliness, is delivering A STONE (precious) - you get to chose from a diamond, a ruby, an emerald and a sapphire - pick whichever you want. Purdey, currently, but no doubt temporarily, a fox/deer/duck poo smell free zone, is delivering A STONE (semi precious) - jet, opal, amethyst or aquamarine - as before you get to pick. And Max, when he wakes up, will be delivering A STONE (common) - your choice from pebbles he found on a walk At STONEhenge and very pretty they are too, one even has a fossil in it (no, not me!). This delivery is occuring to some background music, some provided by A group called STONE The Crows, some provided by A group called STONE Temple Pilots and also the song Ruby Tuesday by A group called the Rolling STONEs, because we Admire itS TONEs, although Max would probably prefer a lullaby. Have fun x PS It is DDDD51 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 51) and it was weigh day yesterday.....guess how much weight I have now lost? PS2 There might be clues in the message PS3 TEEHEE, time for a mega booze up methinks! x.
Hi Casey, it is Valentine's Day. Today Sarika, also known as the Ladyee of Lurve, Purdey, also known as the Poomonster, Maxwell Doberdog, also known as the Sleeping Baldy, and their Human (me.....also known as A Bit Slimmer - 12lb off now!) are sending you all - doggies and human slaves - a virtual Valentine card, with all our love x
Hi Casey...WOW....WOW...and more WOWs.....the weekend was marked by an absolutely sensational event.....a truly incredible result.....Drum Roll.......Another Drum Roll......And Another Drum Roll......No, not the rugby, even more incredible than that.......yes indeedy, Purdey didn't get to roll in anything stinky because we managed to stop her! She spotted something on our walk, something which would have been, invariably, very smelly and would also have been very unpleasant stuck to her neck and back!!! We think that, in a previous life, it had been a duck's dinner. Fortunately, Purdey was still on the lead so her loveliness (Mrs Davidmh not Sarika, not to say that Sarika isn't lovely, in fact she is very lovely) managed to pull her to her feet as she started to drop....EXCELLENT....Our first victory over the POOMONSTER which makes the score very much closer...Us 1 - Purdey 237. And now our walk....WE MET UP WITH SOME OTHER DOGGYSNAPPERS for the first time. It was brilliant because they all turned out to be great fun and really lovely and the doggies turned out to be even more gorgeous in real life than they are on here. Roll on the next meeting. And finally it will not come as a surprise to anyone that today the girls and doberdog are dropping off a portion of recycled duck's dinner to roll in...Purdey cannot have it(TeeHee), Sarika is far too much of a Laydee for such things and Max is asleep. PS Oh yes, it is of course DDDD35 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 35), gosh, 5 weeks now and weigh day tomorrow, I don't "feel" any lighter this week so we will see. Have fun x
