Hi Harley, I have been painting with my tail & for days had a 'Applewhite' designer tail with delicate flicks on the ends, the cats have been keeping me busy, bit scared of Tigger, he sometimes blocks me in the kitchen & I have to bark so my Mum & Dad can remove him to enable me to get pass, it is those sharp things at the end of his claws, I don't like, he is into everything, the washing machine, dishwasher, he jumps onto my Mum back & she has to piggyback him to the settee, he has even learnt how to paw out the cat food out of tins. Do you remember Arthur, the white cat on TV a few years back?, he has copied that trick. Zebedee, sadly has been catching birds, we tried to save them, but as you know, once a cat catches one, sadly their fate is sealed, she attempted to revitalised one with water, he did respond but a few seconds later died in her hands. To human news, my Mum tried to set the kitchen alight, she made some watercress homemade soup & turn down the gas when she did something else, forgot to turn it off completely & when later put down her favourite doggy fleece on the stove ready for the next wash, went out to hang the first wash on the line, needless to say, the fleece went up in flames, she was so cross with herself for being so silly but it could have been a lot worse, if it had been Dad's shorts she could have replaced them from M&S but this fleece was a one off. I have been off my medication apart from joint care, to see how I fare, still get tired and I still get a limp but now the weather is cooler, it doesn't seem as bad, I tend to run around like a mad thing for the first 5 minutes & then run out of energy, if I meet my friend Susie, she keeps me going while the Mums chat. I am leaving you some Cullen Skink, my Mum has learnt her lesson & always double checks the gas ring is turned off. There is probably more to tell, but I haven't been in contact for a while, so might have forgotten some antics. Love, Dylan xx xx

Hi harley, i am trying to keep to my promise of writing more, my family are out in the garden enjoying the sunshine but i am under the kitchen table as it is the coolest place at the moment ! Hi Harley, humans have decided to call the new ginger fluff ball 'Tigger', he is curious, greedy, mischievous, playful, he bounces, leaps, jumps, hisses but he is OK. When he is microchipped, I know, he will be here to stay. Steak treat today. Love, Dylan xx xx

we have come with our appologies again for not visiting for so long we have problems with our internet its still very slow!! and we didnt know mum could speak in so many languages!!well we have been really good we have even learned how to work the tv remote mind you some of the buttons dont work we did try to clean them but not sure it helped!as some of the buttons fell off!and we done mums dusting for her well sort of we couldnt decide who was doing it first so the feather duster just sort of fell to pieces a bit like our toys really!!as its gypsy's 1st birthday today we have brought you in some spider and tennis ball cake with a huge bag of bonios for later we hope to get our internet sorted soon as mum said something about going with someone else!!see you soon luv and woofs rosie,gypsy&angel sasha xxxxxxxx

Hi Harley, can't believe it is a month since we lost Amber & so soon after Tinker. It was my birthday yesterday & guess what, I was at the vets along with Whisky, one of our cats, I have left you a slice of my cake. Hopefully they will sort out my limp & Whisky's bad tooth, as we are both a bit uncomfortable. my Mum took the opportunity to wash all my water bowls in the dishwasher & washed our bedding, even cooked the chicken for our homecoming. Enjoy your cake & when I am better, it will be a good excuse to have another party. Love, Dylan, Whisky & the other cats x

hello we are back again slow internet or not we couldnt miss out visiting all our friends,well i(rosie)am not very pleased at all!you see gypsy found some lovely bird poo to roll in so i decided i would as well but mum wasnt pleased(spoilsport)we had to have a b*th oh i just hate that word makes me shake even thinking of it!anyway i got my own back as dad said mum looked like she was entering the miss wet t-shirt competition he,he,gypsy looked like a fluffy sheep he,he,todays treat is chicken stew with some apple pie for afters just to warm you up a bit as its turned rather cold here if you find out who has stolen the sun please send it back to us gypsy has brought you in a half chewed gorilla no not a real one! he,he, a cuddly one off to work out why gypsy still thinks the cat is her enemy!see you soon luv and woofs xxx*rosie,gypsy&angel sasha*xxx

Hi Harley, in haste today because we are about to have a walk along the Thames to Sonning. The walk will no doubt feature some gundogs swimming and hopefully will also help me to improve my tan. As a very special treat the girls and dobes are sending over a dish of that most prized delicacy, apparently, the canine equivalent of caviar.....that's right.....RABBIT POO. I cannot believe how much of it the girls eat - the poor local rabbits are having to "work" (I somehow doubt that "work" is the right word there) overtime just to meet the demand. It is probably why they (the rabbits) are having so many babies....more poo suppliers?. As it looks a bit like "chocolate raisins" perhaps I should offer some to some humans to see how yummy it really is? As I sense another "weird" moment coming on I shall now shut up! Toodle Pip (or should that be POOdle tip!) x

Hi Harley, the girlie gundogs reminded me of my long lost youth today because they were chasing birds. Their targets, unlike mine in the good old days, were of the feathered variety (have no fear my ornithological friends, the bells on the girlies collars act as a very effective early warning system) with magpies and pigeons on the agenda. All the creeping, pointing and "I am invisible" positions adopted were very amusing to watch and brought back "David in the disco" memories - most of which were very painful and I am not just talking about the resultant arthritis. In their new role as a David Tribute Ensemble called "Remember the (a number I am not going to tell you, you'll have to guess)ties" the girls and doberdog are today dropping off a pair of bottle green velvet flares, a pink floral shirt, a tank top and some Brut aftershave. Hmmmmm on reflection those could explain a great deal, particularly the "lack of success"!!! Have fun x

Hi Harley, how are you? I have had a BRILLIANT idea. I have put BRILLIANT in capitals because it REALLY is. I have two hairy gundogs who are currently moulting into their summer coats - Sarika (injured paw much better) a bit, Purdey a lot. Purdey is shedding so much hair I thought we had a new puppy the other day, in fact I had already named it before I realised it was just Purdey cast offs! So two doggies with hair to spare...and then of course there is Max, who is certainly follically challenged ie bald...and then there is me. Now I wouldn't say I was bald but I was in a bank the other day, in a queue, when I noticed the security tv was showing the queue. On the screen there was some chap and the light was reflecting off his bald bits which seemed to cover his entire head. I was just thinking who is that poor bald "person of unknown parentage" when I realised who it was. Hmmmmmmm. So I have got dogs with spare hair and I've got Max the baldy and me. Simple, collect the hair, add a bit of glue and Max and I will be new hairy men - BRILLIANT. I am just not too sure about the colours - gold and dark grey - so we are sending some tufts over with a tube of super glue. See what you think. Have fun x

Hi Harley, goodness me it was windy last night, I knew I would regret that second bowl of cabbage soup! Watched Crufts on the tv and there was that wonderful moment in the Friends for Life result when Harriet, the little girl with cerebral palsy, got upset after winning. Her dog, the beautiful Yepa, climbed onto Harriet's wheelchair to comfort her. It was such a wonderful moment it made me cry. The HWVs are such a fabulous sensitive breed. As a tribute to Yepa, her princessliness Sarika has been in the kitchen making an Hungarian goulash which she is sending over. Purdey is bringing the mashed potato and a vegetable of your choice and Max is bringing some bread with which you can mop up all those lovely juices. Enjoy x
