Yay hello Lucy, we have missed you but we understand you being busy as your diary sounds fit to bursting :o) Fancy that being asked to do advanced training, you are a clever pup. Good luck with the agility, let your fur down and have a great time but don't forget us for so long next time, put a little date in your diary for us :o) We don't have much news really, our diary is a bit empty :o( we are both enjoying this weather, Jake even sits in the garden on his own which doesn't happen very often, he was out there today for an hour which has never been seen before though he did have a chew to munch on so I'm guessing he didn't want to make me jealous hehe Lovely to see you again :o) Take care x

Hello Lucy! We actually had a chef staying in the hotel in June, Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall, Mum says he was very nice! He was up here filming. Well Todd seems to be going up and down like a yoyo, one minute he's well and the next he's howling in pain again. He's been so sore today, Mum thinks its because he's been put on another medication, and its not as effective. So the vet said to double the dose. We can't wait to get the blood tests back to hopefully find out whats wrong. It's so sad. Meanwhile Daddy brought back a big bag of pets at home treats for us so we're sharing. How we love it when the humans are on the mainland! Love Breagha x

Helloooooo there...well, firstly, we hope you are all well and enjoying the sunshine where you are, like we are...Over the past few days, the pesky tortoises (both aged over 50, in human years!!!) have been tormenting us something chronic...we know they are there on the other side of the fence running up and down lady next doors garden and we in turn have been running up and down the garden on our side of the fence...we have run miles and miles...in this heat! Mum got so "angsty" with us yesterday, she chained us up in the middle of the garden (don't panic Mr Mainwaring...we had access to lots of shade and a 3 litre bucket of water!) the chains are each about 20 foot long, so we could waddle about a bit, but in the heat of the day, if the truth be known, we were glad to be in the shade and able to rest from the tortoise tormenters! We are about to settle down and watch the rugby (England V France) and we have our paws crossed that the boys in white wont shame us! When it got too hot for mum to sit outside, she went upstairs and finished a pile of the ironing, in the comfort of the back bedroom with the ceiling fan on full blast...we both laid on the bed and enjoyed the breeze...Mum has finished her Peter Kay book (very funny she says for anyone out there looking for a good read) and she is now reading a book called "Red Herrings and White Elephants" which explains the meanings of well known phrases...dad is at work today and wont be home until 7pm...he's at work again tomorrow morning for a 7am start until 7pm...he has a day off Monday but mum says she has a few chores up her sleeve for him then!!! and in the evening the Lovely Victoria is coming to have dinner here..she is bringing a take away curry with her as she wanted to se us again and she says mum is always cooking so she wanted to repay the compliment...Anyway, we hope you are having a lovely weekend...catch you again soon...Love Parks, Boz & Scruffy...

Hi Lucy, great to hear from you. Sorry I haven't been around recently, but Julia's not been very well and has been on some pills which've made her feel rather funny, but she's on the mend now, thank goodness. It's good to hear that your leg is on the mend - my leg is pretty much better now, although I haven't been off the lead yet, but the vet did say to give it six to eight weeks, and I think it's been about six weeks now. So here's hoping... Oh, some good news too - I've finally been allowed up on the sofa, and I'm absolutely loving it! And I can come and have a cuddle on the bed in the morning, although I'm not allowed to sleep all night there as I'm just too big. Love and licks, Taz xxx

Hellooo there…we hope you are all well? Well, we have kept mum on her toes today!!! You may remember a few weeks back of an incident involving us removing a few slats from the fence and us escaping into next door lady’s garden and then having the humiliation of having our mum collecting us, dressed in her flimsy dressing gown and then with all the excitement of discovering us barking at two tortoises aged over 50 and mum’s chesticles also made an escape…well…the tortoises have been tormenting us today by running up and down the other side of the fence and we have both been charging up and down like a pair of whirling dervishes and barking pretty much non stop all day long…the good news is that mum’s chesticles did not make any impromptu appearances, but we have subsequently been banished into the kitchen behind a closed French door and the wheelie bin has now been placed at the last known locale of the aforementioned tortoises in a vain attempt by mum to hide them from us…it looks like dad will have to make a minor repair to one of the fence slats as it appears to have become split in the fracas…(who on earth would have done that…mentioning no names Parks!!!) It has been a lovely and warm day today so mum took us quite early this morning whilst it was cooler and they will both take us out again later when it cools down again this evening…mum says we must have run about 5 miles today just by running up and down the garden fence in search of the tortoises…mum has finished reading her latest book “Around the World in 80 Days“ (the Michael Palin version) and has now commenced her next one “The Sound of Laughter“ by Peter Kay as dad finished it over the weekend in a day and was almost wetting himself with laughter reading it…Dad has been to work today so he’ll be back within the hour…We have left you a treat of home made beef lasagne and garlic bread…made by mum’s own fair hands…We’ll catch up with tomorrow…Love Parks, Boz (& Scruffy too although he has been at his home all day without incident involving any tortoises…)
