Hello Benson, it is so nice to see you again. today was just like yesterday wet and windy, but we are not complaining because we need the rain. the only thing is the fun is very restricted. some places have received a lot more rain than us. so we have a very wet start for the new year. hello my pretty friend, well so far today both me and gypsy have been good!apart from the accident of us knocking over the treasure chest while doing a bit of wrestling not sure why mum was shouting at dad to get gypsy while she chased me(maybe it was because gypsy had half a sausage she is so lucky!!all i managed to get was an empty box!)thing was they didnt chase the cat and she was inside the treasure chest!mind you she is getting lots of fuss just now as she has a poorly paw and beleive me shes lapping it up!!we do so try to be good but somehow things just happen ,brought you in an empty box to play with and some sausages from gypsy tell me if they are good as i never got to try any!!off to help mum in the garden since the sun is out for a change see you soon luv and woofs xxx*rosie & gypsy*xxx

hi,rain rain rain thats all were getting.i dont mind,i love getting wet.even better when i shake all over the house.chips and cheese for dinner tonight.yummy.mums on holiday this week,so we have been on big walks.i jumped in a lake with my lead on.ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh mum was mad,in my defence the ducks were being really cheeky.i did get of my lead,but only when i was away from the ducks and swans.mums such a spoil sport.speak soon love pebbles

Hello at last Benson. So sorry we've not been doing the rounds for a while, thank you all of you who still kept in touch, even though we didn't get back to you. Things have been so hectic of late. Mum took me ( kc ) to agility last week, even met some of my old training pals, didn't know I had to go over jumps and through tunnels, saw two Gsds in next field and whoa I was away, much more fun. When I came back I was put on the lead and made to walk a plank of wood, how ridiculous. Anyway apparently I have to go again this week if it doesn't rain, wonder if St Swithin will help me out. Colleen was let of the lead last week in a secure field, Mum is afraid she will run too far away if she runs off on our usual walks, can't see much chance of that, two minutes and she was shattered, no stamina like us young ones. Poor old Skip, his back legs seem to be getting weaker now, Dad takes him out in the van on his own sometimes, to a nice grassy orchard where he can do as he wants, he walks around for a bit then has a lie down. Well, all the fuss about digging the garden, there are two chaps out the back digging a trench and Mums letting them, they said they will fill it in with concrete and put bricks on it, what on earths going on !!!! Oh, nearly forgot to say, the two cockers were down again for a few days, now that is fun. Myself and the young one just play and play. Mums going out with her friend on Thurs eve to see ' spirit of the horse' !!! hope she doesn't bring one of those home, be a bit to big in our garden. Mum is taking Colleen to 'paws in the park' on Sat 'cos it's her birthday, she will be 8 please come and wish her a happy birthday. Sending over a huge bag of goodies, with love from Kasie, Skip and Colleen. Xxx

Hello my friend, just popping by to give treats as Mummy is away from tomorrow so we are left alone with Daddy, which should be great fun as he let’s us get away with sooooo much more than Mummy. We went training yesterday for the first time in two weeks and we were very good, I just kept watching this three legged yorkie walking round the field, so Mummy didn’t let me off, just in case I was going to investigate him further, shes’ such a spoil sport sometimes! Anyway treats to last the week are Pigs ears, a dozen sausages and a raw hide knot chew, hope you enjoy! Will visit when Mummy’s back, till then have fun xx Sylvester & Heidi xx

Well Hello there, sorry for not visiting for a few days, mummy has been really busy as she goes away again next week to look after nanny & granddad in Ireland, but it’s ok, daddy will be staying with us this time. Will try and visit before she goes as Daddy doesn’t let us on the PC. Heidi’s pretty pink bandage has now come off and boy did her foot stink!! I couldn’t stop sniffing it, all antiseptic smelling, I even tried pawing it but mummy told me off. I’ve taken to being lazy (well more than usual) and lying about soaking up the rays in the pool, no water mind wouldn’t be the same with water, urgh! hello there my friend,,didnt get chance to come by and see my pals yesterday as i was too hung over from the party Sunday hehe,,no not really just kiddin ya :O) The truth was mummy had lots to do and said she didnt have time,,huh any excuse,,well it was a beautiful day yesterday,,was a change for a bank holiday but then again daddy was at work so what do you expect,,daddys off today though but has taken grandad fishing as its grandads birthday today,,my lil cousin Courtney is here to stay for the week as her mummy and daddy are working,,so thats grrrrreat,,lots of fun and sweeties :O) this morning mummy told me to go and wake her up and she was sleeping in rachaels cabin bed,,so i jumped up really high on the bed and plonked myself down on her head hehehehehehe,,well it sure woke her up and she did see the funny side,,well its lamb,mash and lots of veggies today followed by wait for it................home made apple pie and custard Mmmmmmm Mmmmmmmm YUM YUM !!! have a good day cu soon lotza luv from Filan xxx♥♥xxx P.S mummys found a bikini top on my garden which was left on Sunday,,and wants to know whos it is hehehe im saying nothing,,its nothing to do with me tee hee :O) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi Benson, just popping by to say I won’t be able to visit for a few days, mummy and daddy are going away for a couple of days, something to do with a knot they tied last year (think their off to see if they can find it or something!!?!?) so we are being left with Jenny whilst they are away, she’s really nice and keeps calling Sylvester ‘beautiful’ & ‘pretty’ which his not amused at he he, Mummy said she wont leave the PC on as we will be up to all sorts, not only catching up with our pals, but surfing for new toys and looking for new playmates on the Dogs Trust site as well as others. Will try and get back on the pc when they return on Sunday, till then my friend have fun and enjoy the good weather!! Kim went to the vets last night and the vet I wanted to see had been called away (grrrr). However, we saw a lovely lady who listened and didn't dismiss anything. Kim IS allergic to flea treatments and judging from how she was when she had her booster vaccination, the vet thinks she may well be allergic to that as well. So, next February she will be having a titre test which will measure the antibodies present in her and if the level is OK, she will not need a booster! This can be repeated each year and if her antibody level drops, we can discuss what to do then. She got a jab to help with her itching and when we got home, I decided to walk her on the field for a treat. Mum went into the house, I walked down to the field and there was no-one on so I let Kim off the lead. What did the little b*gger do? Turned right round, shot off the field, across two roads, down our avenue and into our driveway. About two minutes later, I came screaming down our avenue (not a fast runner me), to see a little nose peaking out of the driveway. She knew she'd done wrong and was told off, sent into the house and ignored for an hour which she hates. Honestly, I have never panicked so much in my life but thankfully she didn't cause an accident. Sending Kim's treats to you as she doesn't deserve them!! Debs.xx

Kim is going to the vets tonight and I'm going to make them listen for a change!! She is so allergic to conventional flea treatments and I'm at my wits end. At the moment she is stratching herself so badly that she has bald patches and her skin is a deep red and hot. I'm going to ask for blood tests to be done as she is allergic to booster vaccinations (although they don't believe me). Have done research online and printed off loads of true cases where dogs have died so they'll HAVE to listen. Wish me luck!! Debs

Helllllllllloooooo,,well i kept a close eye on daddy last night and he didnt seem to want a nibble of my bone,he was more intersested in his chicken curry and poppadoms followed by bags of crisps,choccie bars,,cups of milk,,honestly i swear he is a human dustbin,,(well i heard mummy call him that)mind you i would have glady let him have a nibble of my bone for his tea last night hehe,,talking of dustbins,,you know my kitty Mia,,well this week she has been really greedy,,i have been watching her all week and boy is she crafty,,shes not been out much because of the rain and whenever anyone has entered the kitchen,,shes jumped on the floor and started curling herself round my familys legs and doing this silly sound and guess what,,whoever she had done this too wether being mummy/daddy or my sisters they have gone in the food cupboard and fed her,,anyways comes yesterday she had eaten all her tinned meat and your not gonna believe it,,they only started giving her MY food,,mummy has had to go to the shops this morning and buy her some more meat,,mummy said she cant understand how Mia has run out of her meals this week as this never happens,,but i know,the cheeky devil and i swear Mia was laughing and winking at me while she ate my food :O( grrr il get her back,,i must admit i did try this curling around the legs and making silly noises to see if i got more dinners,,and i got shouted at,,cos i kept tripping everyone over,,humphh,,im not having it i tell you,,its just not fair,,i hope mia gets really fat so she cant jump through the kitchen windows anymore hehe she wont be able to rattle the keys in the door to tell mummy she has to go out hehe,,anyways enough of my whining today,,my lil cousin courtney has come for the day and she has a big bag of dolly mixtures,,guess what???? theres a hole in the bag and they keep dropping on the floor hehe so thats what im sending you today,,some dolly mixtures Yummy!! have a good day cu soon lv filan X♥X♥X
