Hi Blazer - Our mum’s back! We were so excited to see her but it was funny cos she was balancing on these two sticks and didn’t want us to jump all over her. Soon as we quietened down we got loads of cuddles and kisses. Dad’s been really good but we haven’t been able to have very long walks cos he said his “back has gone again”. We can’t understand why mum’s not like her usual self and dad is not very happy either! Our mum’s friend is coming today to look after her – looks like she will have to look after our dad as well. All last week when mum was in hospital we had some really lovely summer days but now she’s home it looks like its on the change. I (Jackson) am terrified of thunder so looks like I will be hiding behind the chair again. When dad took us out this morning I went into my favourite big muddy puddle and pulled out a ball on a rope. What a find – brought it home with me but for some reason dad wouldn’t let me play with it until he put the hose all over me. I thought I smelt quite nice – sort of wet muddy dog smell. Sending you over some of our cheesy biscuits that mum made as our special treat before she went away. Love and Licks from Jackson and Kia xxx

Hi Blazer and gang - just dropping by to say hello and leave you some treats. We have been on our holidays to Kent to stay at mum's friend's house while they went away. We looked after Beamish, a black lab and Mia, a Weimerana. We have known them since me and Kia were puppies and we love going to visit them as we have such a lot of fun together. Kia loves Beamish and I Love Mia. Mum had to take all four of us out together - what a handful! It was lovely going walkies somewhere totally different. Lots of open fields where Beamish and Mia live and different smells from what we're used to on Dartmoor. When we got home mum took Kia for assessment at a dog school. She can be a bit of a bully sometimes with little dogs so mum is taking her back to school! Mia doesn't let her get away with anything when we visit and Kia is very submissive with her. Beamish tolerates her constantly licking him all over his face cos she loves him so much. The trainer told mum to stop giving us treats with colours and additives in them so she has been buying "natural" treats but says they are really expensive. She has got some recipes off the internet for doggy treats and is going to have a go at making some doggy biscuits. We will let you know what they're like! Today has been so sunny. Mum is going to have to check the tortoises to see if they have woken up yet! Sending you over some of our hide chewies to much on. Love and Licks from Jackson and Kia xx

Hi Blazer and family - I love dobies! I have four at Rainbow bridge and loved them all so much. Some people think they are frightening dogs but mine were all gorgeous softies who wouldn't hurt a fly! Sending you some of Jackson and Kia's chewy stix to share with all the other lovely dogs. xxxx

Hello Blazer, it is DDDD7 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 7) and I find myself thinking of food and booze quite a lot of the time. It will not suprise you therefore that today the girls and doberdog are delivering a full english breakfast. I will list the constituent parts - two fried eggs, sausages, fried bread, baked beans, mushrooms, fried haggis, black pudding and bacon. YUMMMMMMMMMMMY. And, of course, a glass of a nice champers as a mouthwash. Enjoy. PS You might notice that four mouthfuls are missing....one each for the supermodels, one for doberdog and one for .................?

Hello to you Blazer & Gang. Today was a great day, I think. I (Tess) had an adventure. Mum took me to the river for a swim. I did not like it very much but mum held me up so I had to paddle. It is good for my rehabilitation of my leg they say. I wish Buster was able to come with me but mum could not manage us both on her own. Buster loves the water. I am so tired tonight. plenty of sunshine here today. sorry, for all you that are having it so cold. nice to have a visit with you. thanks for the treats.Treat today is turkey necks. Yum!! have a great and a safe day. love Tess & Buster ♥♥♥

hello my pretty friend, well so far today both me and gypsy have been good!apart from the accident of us knocking over the treasure chest while doing a bit of wrestling not sure why mum was shouting at dad to get gypsy while she chased me(maybe it was because gypsy had half a sausage she is so lucky!!all i managed to get was an empty box!)thing was they didnt chase the cat and she was inside the treasure chest!mind you she is getting lots of fuss just now as she has a poorly paw and beleive me shes lapping it up!!we do so try to be good but somehow things just happen ,brought you in an empty box to play with and some sausages from gypsy tell me if they are good as i never got to try any!!off to help mum in the garden since the sun is out for a change see you soon luv and woofs xxx*rosie & gypsy*xxx
