Hey Cherrys mum, what can I say, I dont think there are any 'downs' to having a Dobe! We had a mungrel when I was a child, and a staffie when I left home, but after owing a Dobe I wouldn't have another breed now, as you probably know as you've had one and want another! Biggie is brilliant, he's got a perfect temprament and is more affectionate than any dog I know! He's 'stand offish' with strangers but full of love with the people he knows, which is good because he makes a cracking guard dog! I would definately recommend getting another Dobe, I would love another one, but Biggie is that spoilt I think he would get jelous. Anything else you want to know just give me a shout, Shell x
