Hi B & B. Weather still hot, hot, hot here. Mum has mended my paddling pool as I sort of got a hole in the bottom of it. She says she will get me a new one for next summer. We need it to keep cooling off our feet! The humans went out last night to a BBQ and left us here. So, went into the bathroom and moved all the Poole pottery ornaments that I could find and arranged them nicely in the hall. Mum sat in the sun shelling peas today. Helped for a bit but then got bored. They didn't taste very nice either. BBQ'd spare-ribs and sausages on their way for your supper. Love Fudge and Meisha. xxx

Hi both - thanks for the treats. We helped Mum cut the grass on Friday which is just as well because it has chucked it down with rain ALL day today. Got soaked in the park. After dinner, Mum sat on the bed and read a book - how lazy can one get? Fudge still doesn't like taking her tablets but Mum says she is a very good girl. And she has that syrup squirted in her mouth - I tasted it and not too keen thankyou. Not going to mention where she has the cream - far too personal. Hope I don't get all these things when I get old. Think Mum is dropping to bits too. So long as she keeps buying the treats though. Sending you a Cornish Pastie (not like the ones from Cornwall Mum says) for your supper tonight. Love Fudge and Meisha. xxx

Evening my dear friend. At this very moment I am barking at my calcium bone trying to make it get up on the bed, but it's not moving by itself, mummy will just have to help me when she's finished typing this for me. I am sending you a large sausage roll tonight. Enjoy! See you tommorrow. Lots of love Alfie xox PS Have you seen that new pedigree dog food advert, I LOVE it

Proud of my little Ridgeback

Hey gang how you doing. Mummy wasn't very pleased with me today and my nan came to look after us whilst Mummy was at work, but when she went she didnt shut the kitchen door properly and I had a field day ripping up a wicker basket in the lounge!! It was great fun and couldn't understand what all the fuss was about. It only took her half an hour to get it all out of the carpet!!! Also, met a new funny dog today called a hedgehog. He wasn't very furry at all and I couldn't even see his face, he just looked like a big ball of spikes!! O well, mates just off to see what I can chew now woofs and wags, speak to you soon, love Rosco, Barney & Wimble xxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi B & B, thanks for the yummy treat. I mean to say, how else do humans think we can get their attention. We like standing up when they step over us too. Have you both tried cutting across their path unexpectently - that's a good one too. Guess what, it was sunny here today. Unfortunately, Mum shut us in the house for a little while as she was spraying the vegetables to get rid of the bugs, whatever they are. We were not impressed with watching her through the window. But we had a huge walk in the morning and then she played ball with us in the afternoon. Wonder if the grass will still be under water tomorrow? Most odd jumping onto the grass and landing with a splash! Pork fillet for supper tonight. Love Fudge and Meisha. xxx

Hi both. Aren't humans odd creatures? Me (being Meisha) took Mum's socks last night and dropped them in our waterbowl. Was only trying to wash them for her but she didn't seem too impressed. Also tried helping sweep the decking when it wasn't raining. Think I shall have to practice a bit more. Thought Mum swept the rubbish into one pile so that I could scatter it again for her - apparently not! Also discovered the delights of spashing all the water out of the little pink pool. Fudge far too much of a lady to be involved in any of that but she does play with me sometimes and Mum gets really chuffed as Fudge is getting on a bit now. Liver and mash for supper tonight. Love Fudge and Meisha. xxx
