Laydees mystery night out started by boarding the star ship enterprice by way of tele transportation or molecular transportation, we then went to the moon and laneded there and did a moon dance, wethe flew to Saturn and Jupiter, Jenny was seen with her face pressed up against the window. We dropped into Sorrento to a time traveller there called Paolo for drinks and biscuits, Stella did a Tarantella (fast Italian dance) with one of the locals, then Jenny spotted a local lad called bepe, an Italian Greyhound, well in never knew she could move do fast, up she went to introduce herself, the rest Is left to your imaginatin, she behaved herself, you shameless bunch, In Bermuda there was a wonderful buffet spread for us, but all we wanted to do was swim at first, we all went skinny dipping, Dottie wasn’t sure, but we woofed her round as there was no one else but us there. Off then to the food, and drinks of course. Jenny stayed on the beach, because she felt a bit wobbly. Too many cockertails she said. Jinx stayed with her, as she had already eaten loads on the way and still felt a bit queasy herself. Stella, Fluffy and Shadow took them some food down, but they were fast asleep. So we left them to sleep it off for a while. We had a great time, Fluffy showed us round some places she knew, then it was time to move on. Dottie called us back to the enterprise, we carried Jenny and Jinx, as they were still sleepy. We wanted to give them time to recover before we got to Bondi beach, so we slowly flew round the planet, taking in all kinds of breathtaking sights. At Bondi Jinx had sobered up a bit. Minstrel was just sitting back watching every else getting a hang over for the next morning, Irma from South Africa was totally amazed at how the ozzies drank so much and were still standing, Zoe joined Irma because she is a little hard of seeing so Irma looked after Zoe really well, it was great to see them getting on, Angelina from the Starr kennel was seen chatting to the lifeguards in the speedos, and I wont tell you what she was looking at,and it was not the surf, Tess from Australia met us at Bondi it was not far for her to travel, Thankfully all the ladies behaved them selves unlike the boys, brawling in the gay bar etc, There was a bit of skinny dipping went on but we wont mention names, Stella was a fabulous companion to Dottie as was Jenny and Angelina, I heard molly and floss got arrested again for drunk and disorderly, so what new, Lady Lucy sat back on the beach at Bondi with several local round her, they have never seen a LADY before, she was happy to accept drinks all night but kept the men at paws length, Then the night slowly slipped away, along with some of the travellers, which to be honest I would love to mention all of them but I cant remember for the life of me who they all were. If you want another mystery tour let me know and it will be arranged, xxx

Hi Kiera, how are you? I have had a BRILLIANT idea. I have put BRILLIANT in capitals because it REALLY is. I have two hairy gundogs who are currently moulting into their summer coats - Sarika (injured paw much better) a bit, Purdey a lot. Purdey is shedding so much hair I thought we had a new puppy the other day, in fact I had already named it before I realised it was just Purdey cast offs! So two doggies with hair to spare...and then of course there is Max, who is certainly follically challenged ie bald...and then there is me. Now I wouldn't say I was bald but I was in a bank the other day, in a queue, when I noticed the security tv was showing the queue. On the screen there was some chap and the light was reflecting off his bald bits which seemed to cover his entire head. I was just thinking who is that poor bald "person of unknown parentage" when I realised who it was. Hmmmmmmm. So I have got dogs with spare hair and I've got Max the baldy and me. Simple, collect the hair, add a bit of glue and Max and I will be new hairy men - BRILLIANT. I am just not too sure about the colours - gold and dark grey - so we are sending some tufts over with a tube of super glue. See what you think. Have fun x

Hi Kiera, today the girls and doberdog are delivering A STONE each as a present. Sarika, her princessliness, is delivering A STONE (precious) - you get to chose from a diamond, a ruby, an emerald and a sapphire - pick whichever you want. Purdey, currently, but no doubt temporarily, a fox/deer/duck poo smell free zone, is delivering A STONE (semi precious) - jet, opal, amethyst or aquamarine - as before you get to pick. And Max, when he wakes up, will be delivering A STONE (common) - your choice from pebbles he found on a walk At STONEhenge and very pretty they are too, one even has a fossil in it (no, not me!). This delivery is occuring to some background music, some provided by A group called STONE The Crows, some provided by A group called STONE Temple Pilots and also the song Ruby Tuesday by A group called the Rolling STONEs, because we Admire itS TONEs, although Max would probably prefer a lullaby. Have fun x PS It is DDDD51 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 51) and it was weigh day yesterday.....guess how much weight I have now lost? PS2 There are clues in the message PS3 TEEHEE, time for a mega booze up methinks x.

Hi Kiera, WOW....WOW...and more WOWs.....the weekend was marked by an absolutely sensational event.....a truly incredible result.....Drum Roll.......Another Drum Roll......And Another Drum Roll......No, not the rugby, even more incredible than that.......yes indeedy, Purdey didn't get to roll in anything stinky because we managed to stop her! She spotted something on our walk, something which would have been, invariably, very smelly and would also have been very unpleasant stuck to her neck and back!!! We think that, in a previous life, it had been a duck's dinner. Fortunately, Purdey was still on the lead so her loveliness (Mrs Davidmh not Sarika, not to say that Sarika isn't lovely, in fact she is very lovely) managed to pull her to her feet as she started to drop....EXCELLENT....Our first victory over the POOMONSTER which makes the score very much closer...Us 1 - Purdey 237. And now our walk....WE MET UP WITH SOME OTHER DOGGYSNAPPERS for the first time. It was brilliant because they all turned out to be great fun and really lovely and the doggies turned out to be even more gorgeous in real life than they are on here. Roll on the next meeting. And finally it will not come as a surprise to anyone that today the girls and doberdog are dropping off a portion of recycled duck's dinner to roll in...Purdey cannot have it(TeeHee), Sarika is far too much of a Laydee for such things and Max is asleep. PS Oh yes, it is of course DDDD35 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 35), gosh, 5 weeks now and weigh day tomorrow, I don't "feel" any lighter this week so we will see. Have fun x

Hi Kiera, DDDD21 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 21). Weigh day tomorrow. I am a bit doubtful about weight loss this week - although the "man flu" helped midweek I have since "given in", more than once, to being simply too hungry. We will see! The dogs health report: Sarika and Purdey are now recovered from the nasty tummy bug, Max is almost there. And that "sigh of relief" you heard was not just from the dogs and not just from me but also from the tiled kitchen floor which hasn't had a great couple of weeks! Today the girls and doberdog are delivering what would have been MY sausages, beans and mash with onion gravy but, of course, I am on this bloody DDD. Have fun.

Hi Kiera, DDDD16 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 16). Weigh day yesterday and 7lbs off now, that's the Christmas excess gone so now it gets difficult. Only a stone to go though and I was so pleased that I had to have some chocolate raisins to celebrate! The dogs health report: Sarika is now fully recovered from the nasty tummy bug, Max is still struggling with it and, unfortunately, Purdey's cast iron stomach turned out to be wishful thinking on my part as she has it too. All I can say is thank goodness for a tiled kitchen floor! Today's treats are some more of those essential aromatic incense sticks, some baby wipes and as many square metres of kitchen floor tiles as you would like. Have fun. PS Sarika is a nominee for HumanSnaps Laydee of the month for February. Should anyone vote for her, via the private message facility in BoviBoy's kennel, we would be very chuffed. Thank you. x

Oh dear, I've been a naughty boy today. It's rainned all day here and I just HATE going out in it, I especially hate doing my business out in it. I think you can tell what I've done can't you? Yep, I did a pooh (infact two poohs) on the door mat. Did one this morning and one just a few moments ago. Mummy wasn't too cross though, cos' she's a softy :D Here's a nice garlic chicken kiev and veg for you tonight. Lots of love your friend always Alfie xox

Hi Kiera, it is DDDD14 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 14) I am sure that my weight loss continues as I have noticed my watch strap is loose. We will find out tomorrow, weigh day 2. At least I have recovered from the "chilli experience" and am now sitting comfortably. More than can be said for the dogs: Sarika has had a really nasty tummy bug for a week, although she is now recovering she has passed it on to Max, so far only Purdey's cast iron constitution is resisting. Today's treat is therefore some aromatic incense sticks - if you were here you would know why they are absolutely essential. Have fun.

Hi Kiera, it is DDDD7 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 7) and I find myself thinking of food and booze quite a lot of the time. It will not suprise you therefore that today the girls and doberdog are delivering a full english breakfast. I will list the constituent parts - two fried eggs, sausages, fried bread, baked beans, mushrooms, fried haggis, black pudding and bacon. YUMMMMMMMMMMMY. And, of course, a glass of a nice champers as a mouthwash. Enjoy. PS You might notice that four mouthfuls are missing....one each for the supermodels, one for doberdog and one for .................?

We put the Christmas decorations down last night, how sad is that??? Mummy says it wont be long until next Christmas. I went to see Charlie and Bruce today. Bruce has grown. Unfortunately we couldn't go out and run about in the garden because it was all wet and muddy. Was suppose to snow here yesterday but we didn't get any. I'm keeping my paws crossed that we get some soon, I LOVE rolling around in it. Here's some speghetti bolognese for your treat tonight. Don't get too messed up with the sauce. Lots of love you friend Alfie xox

Hi Kiera, it is DDD4 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 4) and I am feeling thoroughly fed up. In sympathy with my predicament the girls and doberdog are today delivering the last piece of Christmas cake because they know I will feel better once it has gone - it is a very considerable temptation! Just wait until I am two stone lighter - then you will see some eating!!!! Have fun.

Hello Kiera, well that was a fun-packed couple of days wasn't it? I wouldn't say that I over-indulged but I am worried as to whether my legs can support the new rather-a-lot-heavier (you could say gross!) David. And who was the idiot who thought getting the dogs squeaky toys was a good idea.....oh yes ...ME! You should hear the noise - blends perfectly with a hangover......OH NO IT DOESN'T!!!!!! Anyway, and not surprisingly, today's treats are leftovers and a set of earplugs. Have fun.
