hi Holly & Eva -This is just a short note to tell you our kennel is having some problems. Its been changed to Jackson and Kia instead of "Jackson&Kia" but its still showing the old name above our messages and it will not give a link to our kennel! Its showing right in your Friends list and you can visit us from there if you want to. Hope its sorted soon! Love and Licks from Jackson and Kia xxx

Good morning Holly and Eva how are you today...haven't seen you for some time now!!!!...good to see you!!!!, it's Friday so that means extra loooong walkies for us dogs...it was great!!!!...Mum took us on our up-up walk and she was equipped with her camera so she look lots of pics of us and the great view. Yesterday was terribly windy and the two nests of the poor Masked weaver bird blew down and Mum thinks there were already babies in the one nest. Mum could see the bird weaving his nest in our neighbours palm tree from our kitchen window, Mum has never seen a nest being built in those kind of trees before, guess he was a young male and didn't know better as the nests are usually built in the thorn trees that don’t sway in the wind. All the other nest's built in the right trees are all still in tact. Well have a great week-end, Mum's off to the Clivia show tomorrow,.. Loves and wags Pippa Michaela and Scoop ps see you at Gissy's paws of rememberance birthday party Sun night xxxxxx

Apologies for not being round for so long but I am sure you are well aware by now that mum is rubbish!!!! We have all been busy though. Saffy got second place in the waggiest tail competition that our training place did on their open fun day (she doesn't get called wiggly-wag for nothing you know) & was only beaten by a dog that even though it didn't wag as fast it wagged longest in the wag off!!!!! Lilly is still going to puppy training classes & proving she is NOT a vicious, biting, attacking, salivating beast but just a bit of a naughty pup who who thinks the world loves her. Honey is now bezzie mates with Lilly (mum thinks it's because they're closer in age) & they both get up to mischief together & have lots of wrestling matches & chew things they shouldn't. I am also doing well even tough I am back on the dreaded D.I.E.T. as I haven't been for as many walks due to my knees playing me up. Mum says I'm not over weight but need to lose a little bit as I have to be kept 'lean'. Well have you ever heard such things!! Unfortunately due to the D.I.E.T. I am leaving a frozen banana & a carrot today as I couldn't get my paws on any of the good stuff. Enjoy, Holly, Saffy, Honey & Lilly.

Hello Holly and Eva - Just dropping by to leave you a treat and see if you are okay. Not much has happened this week so we’ve got nothing exciting to tell you. Dad bought Kia a nice new collar the other day. A very fetching black one with white flowers on it. It looks very nice on her and matches her black and white coat! I think it’s about time I had one too. Five weeks since mum had her new knee so it won’t belong before she can start taking us for our walks again. Bet Dad will be glad about that – we thinks he’s a bit fed up with taking us out twice a day and we always end up with him having to put the hose on our feet because we come back all muddy. Mum made some more of our doggy biscuits today so we sharing them with you. Love and Licks from Jackson & Kia xxx

Hi Eva, how are you? This is our first DS visit for a while because I’ve simply got fed up with my continuing difficulty in getting into my kennel. Everything is fine here, Her Princessliness remains just that and dobes is asleep. Today’s treat is practical and necessary, a bottle of eau de dogogne.....VERY necessary in our case as our sensational news is that Purdey is no longer THE POOMONSTER, she is now THE STINKMONSTER. She has stopped rolling in recycled animal dinners (no doubt aware that a BATH will result) and has now taken up rolling in places where there are just strong smells (and, yes, I know what that could be!). You can imagine the scenario.......she comes running out of the fields and she is not covered in poo.......PHEW .......which rapidly changes to COR, WHAT IS THAT EFFING STINK as she gets closer. More baths await, methinks. I daren’t change her name on here however as, if I do, it will probably take me even longer to get into my kennel! Have a good day x

Hello Holly & Eva - Just dropping in to leave you a treat and see how you are. We are so fed up with the horrible weather we are having and it is so cold that dad has lit the log burner tonight! - in the middle of August. Mum says she feels sorry for anyone whose down here in Devon for their holidays! Last night when mum let us out for wee Jackson did a runner! Mum got a phone call from the man who lives up the end of the lane to say Jackson had appeared at his house! Jackson’s never done that before, he must have got the scent of something – it used to be me (Kia) that kept running up the lane until dad made the garden escape proof. Jackson is very clever at opening doors and he manages to open the front gate too so that’s how he must have got out. Treat tonight is some beef broth and a hot water bottle! Love and Licks from Kia and Jackson xxx

Hi Eva, how are you? Something extraordinary happened here earlier........THE SUN WAS SHINING. Based on the year so far, and the weather forecast, this could have been the summer so it was walkies time along the river with the girlies and, yes, dobes too, although he needed to be carried after 50 yards! Today’s treats, apart from our good wishes and some pork sausages, are a sunshade and, just in case the forecast is correct, an umbrella. Back soon but my ability to sort out a new computer arriving today will determine when! Have fun x PS It is raining again.

Hi Eva, how are you? I have just heard a joke....What do you call a man with a spade in his head?.................Doug! I thought that was funny, I think I am cracking up because of the problems accessing my kennel. I now get in by putting Sarika's name in fetch, clicking on a picture and following the links to her main one. Hey Ho. Anyway, allowing for my cracking up and the poor weather (it is summer after all), we are all well here. The girlies and sleeping beauty are such a joy and great fun and we feel blessed that they are part of our lives. I do have another problem though, I've even created a thread in the Lampost.....it is that age old male swimwear question...SWIMMING SHORTS or SPEEDOS? So, to canvas opinions, the girlies and dobes are today not only delivering a piece of fillet steak but also a pair of shorts and a pair of speedos. What do you think? Have fun x PS Have just heard another joke.....There are three types of people...those who can count, those who can't!..................C>>R>>A>>C>>K>>I>>N>>G>>>>>>>>U>>P!!

Hi Eva, it's abit cooler here today, so sorry we havn't visited for a while but we have been worried about our dog Bally as she has been losing weight, if you want to read all about it look in the forums in the health section and then Bally has been losing weight. Hope you are not suffering from the heat too much, apart from that there is no news. Steak and chips is your treat today xxx
