Hi Comfort, it is HALLOWEEN, a time for trick OR treat. Well the girlie gundogs, dobes and I are not going to do that.......we are going to deliver to everyone a trick AND a treat AND a surprise. The SURPRISE is that Max has woken up. I have also managed to get him on a video with the girlies. Apologies, should you watch it, for the twit sounding commentary but Purdey decided to lick my head during filming. I bet Steven Spielberg doesn’t have that problem! The TREAT is a virtual fillet of beef. I know it isn’t as yummy as a real one but “it is the thought that counts”. (Hmm). And now for the TRICK. I have been practising this so I hope I get it right.....I have a pack of cards here.....SHUFFLE, SHUFFLE, CUT, SHUFFLE......now you pick a card, remember it, put it back so I cannot see it......SHUFFLE, SHUFFLE, CUT, SHUFFLE.....now watch....1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9.....and the 10th card is the......7 of clubs!!!!!!!!! HOW BRILLIANT IS THAT???? Me MAD? Probably.x

Hi Comfort, I think Maxwell has turned into a fish as we have now “enjoyed” a veritable shoal of fish farts. I am not actually sure that “enjoyed” is the right word there! However I cannot find any fins on him so I asked the local “she who knows absolutely everything about dogs” and she said I had to squeeze some glands in his nether regions. “SQUEEZE......”GLANDS”..... .”MAX’S NETHER REGIONS”.......”ME”. I don’t think so, that’s the sort of thing you PAY someone else to do.......Mrs Davidmh, have you got any cash, would you like some? It has also been all quiet here as far as Purdey is concerned, no rolling in, no treading in nor scoffing of unmentionables. Which is TROUBLING because I said that pigs would fly before that happened. I now go outside with considerable trepidation...it is ok being hit by a bird poo from 100 feet but PIG POO!! Goodnight Vienna methinks. Her Princessliness remains just that so today she is sending over some cash (should you have Max’s problem) and a golfing umbrella for your slave, just in case pigs do fly! X PS the one good thing about fish farts (what AM I writing!!!!) is that I have discovered that my reflexes still work, you would not believe how quickly I got out of the sitting room yesterday!!!

Hi Comfort, some people say that you shouldn’t NAME and SHAME unpleasant behaviour on DoggySnaps. Well, I am going to make an exception to the rule because, quite frankly, enough is enough........The NAME is.....PURDEY...............THE SHAME is.....FOX POO. Now I guess that some people probably think I exaggerate Purdey’s prideliction for recycled animal dinners.....well, this time the gorgeous little sod has got her comeuppance because I took a photograph of her in her fox poo finery and I have put it in her kennel for all her friends and supporters to see. Serves her right. The clean and fragrant ones, Princessliness Sarika and His Baldiness, are dropping off virtual photos of themselves.....”unpooed” they said somewhat smugly! Hi Comfort, I missed you at my Birthday bash, I had a grrrrrrrrreat day. Soooooo many treats and prezzies, I din't know which to open first. I got a new Walt Disney Beach Ball, a chicken raggety, a chewy shoe and even a bubble machine yippeeeeeeee! When mummy came home my party began, and I chased the bubbles round the garden with all my friends, I've left you a glass of Pink Poochie Pomagne anyway my friend. Enjoy. Helloooooo Comfort, well the weather has stayed dry up till now, but it does look dodgey. Mummy has hung her washing out, but I think she will be bringing it back in shortly. This horrid rain is driving me barking. We would normally be down at the seaside having loads of fun with my beach ball and frisbee, but in stead I'm stuck in doors. Not a lot happening to speak of, but I think mummy was talking about going away for the weekend to daddy, as she has the day off work tomorrow, so she has an extra long weekend to spend with me. Hi Comfort, how are you? I have just heard a joke....What do you call a man with a spade in his head?.................Doug! I thought that was funny, I think I am cracking up because of the problems accessing my kennel. I now get in by putting Sarika's name in fetch, clicking on a picture and following the links to her main one. Hey Ho. Anyway, allowing for my cracking up and the poor weather (it is summer after all), we are all well here. The girlies and sleeping beauty are such a joy and great fun and we feel blessed that they are part of our lives. I do have another problem though, I've even created a thread in the Lampost.....it is that age old male swimwear question...SWIMMING SHORTS or SPEEDOS? So, to canvas opinions, the girlies and dobes are today not only delivering a piece of fillet steak but also a pair of shorts and a pair of speedos. What do you think? Hi Comfort, how are you? My birthday celebrations continue, how lucky I was to be three weeks premature, my liver and I could be very tired by what should have been my real birthday in mid August. It is a lot of fun though!!!! I took the girlie gundogs to the Gamefair at Blenheim yesterday. They were much admired and Purdey even met some of her Slovak relatives. The funniest thing was watching her make friends with a water buffalo, I have never seen a dog stretch its neck so long while in "ready to flee because I am not actually sure what it is " position. She ended up licking the buffalo's ear. Sarika was above it all...buffalo, horses, eagles, ferrets etc etc..they are not humans (her favourites) so hardly worth a princess's interest. Max, as befits one of his age, stayed at home and slept. Today, apart from our best wishes of course, we are delivering a water buffalo's dropping, mainly because we don't know what else to do with it...it is rather large and, as yet, unrolled-in, the Poomonster still being "not too sure". Have fun x.
