Hey there! Just popping by quickly to leave you a couple Winalot shapes & to inform you that Mum should be putting some new photos up of us in the next day or two - including the ‘famous’ bath project!! Keep your beady eyes open for them. We’ve been on two walks today & are all knackered! Lottie hasn’t moved since we got in! Have a lovely day & enjoy the shapes. Waggs & Woofs; Breeze ♥ Tess ♥ Lottie ♥
Hello. It‘s me, Tess! Sorry we haven’t been for a visit recently - Mum has been busy with work & other “human stuff”. The weather has been really odd the last few days. Mum said it rained cats & dogs yesterday. We all sat by the window but we gave up in the end; we didn’t see any animals flying out the sky! What a disappointment. Due to the weather we haven’t been able to go to the beach but we have had a trot down to the corner shop. We like going there & it’s just enough for Lottie to cope with now she’s getting old & arthritic. Breeze also loves the walk but when Mum leaves him outside, he cries & cries. I keep telling him he’s a man & to behave like one … to no anvil of course! He’s such a baby! We hope that you’re well & hope that you have a great weekend. We’ve left you a couple toys, a bone & a couple of soft treats for over the weekend.
Enjoy! Waggs & Woofs; Tess ♥ -- Breeze & Lottie send their licks as well ♥ ♥
Hello, Lottie here. We ended up having our baths in the end. Breeze warned me! So when I heard the bath running I tried to run downstairs. Unfortunately, Daddy caught me before I got a chance to hide. I hate baths! But on the plus side, I do smell a lot fresher. It was Breeze’s first bath so he stupidly walked into the bathroom when he was called - he didn’t know what he was in for! He got quite a shock but he coped very well considering he doesn’t like water.
The weather has been horrible the past two or three days. The wind has been howling & the rain has been non-stop so we haven’t been to the beach or on any walks the past few days. When Mummy lets me out in the garden to go to toilet I get all daft - the wind makes me silly sometimes! I think it’s because it tickles me when it blows my fur up.
I hope you’ve had a good weekend. We’ve left you some bacon & sausages; hope you enjoy them. Waggs & Woofs; Lottie ♥ -- Breeze & Tess send their licks as well ♥ ♥
Hey! It’s me Breeze here. I’ve been sat in the conservatory all day because it’s really warm in there. Unfortunately, it’s too windy to sit outside -- & those humans call this “Summer; The season of sun” …
I heard Mum muttering something about a bath tomorrow. I hoped that I was just dreaming (more like a nightmare!) but I think I spotted a bottle of dog deodorant shampoo on the kitchen table this evening! It’s just as well I’m eye level with the table; it means I can alert the others! I don’t know why she picked deodorant shampoo though! I don’t pong too much. Well, only when I eat too many bones … but that’s a different story.
I hope that you’ve had a good day & a good weekend to follow.
We’ve left you a treat to enjoy.
Waggs & Woofs; Breeze ♥ -- Lottie & Tess send their licks as well ♥ ♥
Hello my friend, it is so good to see you, how are you? we have come for a visit, and we have some chicken treats for you. have a good day. love Tess & Buster ♥♥♥
Hi Diesel, a quick visit today because the sun has just come out and Sarika and Purdey are now standing by the front door. Could be a clue David? I have just made some fishcakes - salmon, coriander, green beans, egg and thai red curry paste - so we are dropping some off for you and yours as today's treat. Enjoy.
Hi Diesel, "here we are again, happy as can be".......except we are NOT because it is back in the veterinary nurse's uniform again for me (any excuse!)........ and very fetching, or something, I look too!!! Sarika did another claw yesterday, I think that she hit a stone whilst charging around endeavouring to remind Purdey as to exactly who is the boss. Although there was a lot of blood at the time, it has already healed, so, although she is a bit lame still, that isn't the problem. No, today, instead, nurse David is clearing up after the upset stomachs of those two rather silly girlies who drank some rather unpleasant looking puddle water, no accidents in the house yet, thank goodness, but it is not the easiest thing to deal with in a wet garden! I fail to understand the attraction of stagnant puddle water, not that I have actually tried any but I doubt it has that lovely gooseberry and nettle tang of a nice glass of New Zealand sauvignon wine (do you know, my mouth actually started watering when I typed that!!! - How sad is that?). Anyway today we are dropping off useful stuff, some water purification tablets and, should you forget the tablets, some baby wipes and, most importantly, a bottle of NZ sauvignon for the humans. Have fun x

Hi Diesel, how are you? I have had a BRILLIANT idea. I have put BRILLIANT in capitals because it REALLY is. I have two hairy gundogs who are currently moulting into their summer coats - Sarika (injured paw much better) a bit, Purdey a lot. Purdey is shedding so much hair I thought we had a new puppy the other day, in fact I had already named it before I realised it was just Purdey cast offs! So two doggies with hair to spare...and then of course there is Max, who is certainly follically challenged ie bald...and then there is me. Now I wouldn't say I was bald but I was in a bank the other day, in a queue, when I noticed the security tv was showing the queue. On the screen there was some chap and the light was reflecting off his bald bits which seemed to cover his entire head. I was just thinking who is that poor bald "person of unknown parentage" when I realised who it was. Hmmmmmmm. So I have got dogs with spare hair and I've got Max the baldy and me. Simple, collect the hair, add a bit of glue and Max and I will be new hairy men - BRILLIANT. I am just not too sure about the colours - gold and dark grey - so we are sending some tufts over with a tube of super glue. See what you think. Have fun x
