Hello Barney and Rascal, just thought I would pop round to see how you are?? Me I am fine, just having a lazy day at my Auntys. Mum and dad loved the races on Saturday, mum lost a tenner, dad lost forty but luckily won on the very last race of the day. And they both enjoyed watching Boyzone performing at the end as well. Mum was apparently dancing and singing away to the songs!!! Treat and kiss love One-eye and Taz xxxxxxx

HI TED THE ED here well we have sunshine today , Mum took me over the fields to catch a rabbit but they were to quick for me ,Now i dont know if you heard poor MAXYMOO [ andrew sue & cole ] had to have an operation yesterday as he had been eating stones so would you please pop over and send him your Get Well Wishes lets hope he wont be doing that again i do it sometimes and i chew sticks but mum tells me off and i do a runner with the sticks but she always catches me ha haaaaaaa then shes puffed out . Today we have a PAWS OF FRIENDSHIP a lovely chap called OWEN [ owendog ] we did laugh as his best friend is his Ball and he calls it Wilson i suppose my toys have names like quack quack the Duck and chicky for my rubber chickens , but my balls havent got names !! well todays treat is Spag Bol and this weekend we will have a new Baby Puppy to welcome OSCAR [ CaroleA] has a New Cocker Spaniel arriving i just hope Oscar likes him i think he will well i will be back tomorrow lots of love TEDDY xxxxxxxxx

******************* SAM’S (BESTMAN) SPEECH********************** Laydees and knights, pooches of all ages. Before I begin I would like us to toast all of our friends that have gone to Rainbow Bridge. We love and miss you all so much. We know that you will all be watching over us and sharing in Maxy’s and Shadow’s special day. Fluffy, Shadow asked you to be her bridesmaid and I know that you will be doing a wonderful job from Rainbow Bridge making sure that everything goes well (blows a kiss to Fluffy and to all our friends) If you could all raise your glasses “to our beautiful friends at Rainbow Bridge, you are here in our hearts always” Great service Father Ted, or should I now say Bishop Ted – boy are you going up in the world. Mate you did us proud again. Well doesn’t the wedding party look fabulous. You all look great in your outfits. I think the bridesmaids look absolutely lovely. Sir Maxy you really do make a wonderful Knight in shining armour. I hope I don’t look too ridiculous in tights hahahahah. Shadow you look absolutely stunning – Maxy you must be glowing with pride. Maxy my bestest buddy in the whole world (turns to his best mate) – what can I say? I met Maxy back in February at Ash’s and Mischa’s wedding. We hit it off straight away and it is hard to believe that we have only been buddies for about 5 months. I feel like I have known him all my life – he feels more like a brother to me. I think we knew we would be buddies for life when I lent him my speedos to wear to the beach cos he couldn’t find his own (hahaha). They were quite a tight fit cos as you can see he is quite a bit bigger than I am, but rather than complain he looked on the bright side and said they were fine cos they showed off his manliness more (winks as Shadow) I am sure that Shadow will agree. I remember our first poker game. There wasn’t really a winner cos we kept eating the pot (well we played for bonios) hehehe. We sunk a few pints of Guinness too didn’t we mate. Enjoyed our nights out ever since. I remember the day he came running to my kennel so excited to tell me that he had found the love of his life. I was so glad when he told me it was Shadow because she was a friend of mine and I knew straight away that they would make the perfect couple. I have watched their blossoming romance with great joy and interest and was so over the moon when they said they were getting married. Maxy asking me to be his best man was the biggest honour and I hope I have done a good job mate. Maxy and Shadow my dearest friends I hope you have a wonderful doggymoon and keep us posted on your travels, obviously we don’t want all the ins and outs hehe. I wish you both all the happiness in the world and may all your skies be blue. Let’s raise our glasses and toast Maxy and Shadow, the lovely bride and groom. we have come with our appologies again for not visiting for so long we have problems with our internet its still very slow!! and we didnt know mum could speak in so many languages!!well we have been really good we have even learned how to work the tv remote mind you some of the buttons dont work we did try to clean them but not sure it helped!as some of the buttons fell off!and we done mums dusting for her well sort of we couldnt decide who was doing it first so the feather duster just sort of fell to pieces a bit like our toys really!!as its gypsy's 1st birthday today we have brought you in some spider and tennis ball cake with a huge bag of bonios for later we hope to get our internet sorted soon as mum said something about going with someone else!!see you soon luv and woofs rosie,gypsy&angel sasha xxxxxxxx

Boo !!!we are back gosh we have missed you so much thank you for looking after our kennel for us while mum was ill,well i rosie have been so good!!apart from eating the£10 note last week well i have such expensive tastes!and it did taste yummy!i still love the odd sock nothing new there he,he,im still training for the doggy olympics(watch this space!)gypsy here yes im still practising my singing getting better and louder all the time oh and i do love a good book!but i prefer to eat them rather than read them!not sure dad likes the fact that he doesnt get to read the end of the book he,he, mum reckons i was a mountain goat in a past life as i like to jump up everywhere and anywhere rosie is putting me in for the high jump in the doggy olympics,i still love to steal mums underwear when shes not looking though we haven't met our new postman yet!leaving you a sloppy kiss and some nice spider and paper flavoured lasagne with some moss flavoured ice cream for afters mind you rosie prefers spiders to moss i just love eating the moss though not sure why mum tells me to leave it think shes jealouse because she cant have any to eat!will come back soon though by the time we get around all our friends it could be christmas!(he,he,only kidding it wont be that long we promise)luv and woofs ***rosie,gypsy&angel sasha***

Hey Barney and Rascal my friends. How are you? Sorry I didn't get to see you. Been a bit hectic. We've left the sunshine for a while, in fact its frrrreeeeeeeeziing. But the night sky is amazing. Excuse me, everydog (plus horses of course ...) I'd like to say a few words. My husband and I (pause for cheers!!) are so happy that you all came to share our happy day, and it has been wonderful. I must admit that when Sam first asked me to marry him I was a bit uncertain because after all I am quite a mature laydee and used to being a single dog and pleasing myself. But I soon got to realise how happy I could be with such a loving, kind and wise partner by my side. Anyway, Sam has already proposed a toast to all our absent friends, both living and at Rainbow Bridge, but I would like to mention one special friend - Barney - who did so want to come but wasn't well enough. And of course Rascal, who does such a good job looking after him. I would also like to thank my lovely bridesmaids Shadow and Jenny who did such a great job getting me ready even if they didn't think I should be naked on my wedding day!!! Here is a little gift for each of you to remember the day by. And of course the excellent Mr Ben who gave me away; here's a bottle of vintage port as a thank you. Once again thank you all for coming to share our day, and for all your lovely gifts, and thank you most of all my lovely Sam for making me the happiest laydee around!!! (Gives Sam a big kiss)

We love and miss you all dearly and wish you could have been right here with us in Bermuda. Also to our friends that couldn’t make it for a number of reasons - please raise your glasses “TO ABSENT FRIENDS” The first thing I must say is, I am sure you will all agree that my darling Fluffy is the most stunningly beautiful bride. When I laid eyes on her under the funny tree, my heart did somersaults and dances and skipped a few beats. It is a moment I will cherish forever along with many other cherished moments we’ve had and still have to come. My darling thank you for making me the happiest boy in the world. I will spend my life trying to make you as happy as you have made me. On behalf of my wife and I, I would like to thank Father Ted for such a beautiful service, it was perfect. And your first time too. I knew you would do us proud buddy. I am sure you will all agree that he makes a fine vicar and I think Teddy, that you will be getting many more bookings coming your way very soon. Thank you to Mr Ben for consenting to give Fluffy away today. I know it was a hard thing to do because you have been her friend and protector for so long. You were her first friend on DS and you looked after her and helped her and I am sure you always will. For that, I will be eternally grateful. You all did a wonderful job today and you all look so gorgeous. Fluffy and I are so proud of you all. Little Kizzie you did so well to not eat the flowers, we know how hard it was to resist. You can eat them now if you like. Thank you to Ella and Apollo for pulling the carriage. You both look absolutely wonderful and did a fantastic job. I saw you both chatting away afterwards I and must say you look great together. Could we have a budding romance here? Equestrian wedding bells in the future and maybe the clipperty of little hooves one day. That would be lovely. Last but certainly not least a big big thank you to everyone here for sharing in our special day. Especially as all of you had to travel such a long way. You all accepted that without question and are still here with us, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It wouldn’t have been the same without you. The resort is open to you all tonight and for tomorrow Fluffy and I have laid on a glass bottom boat trip as a thank you for being here with us. (Fluffy’s idea, isn’t she wonderful?) I TED here well im a bit knacked this morning buster got us up at 6am he wanted to play well we were still tired so mum let him come upstairs and we all slept to 9am [ dont let his mum know ] hehehehe and toggle&buttons mum phoned us OHHHH SHE IS SO POSH but very nice and she said she liked me [ who wouldnt ] Now a lovely dog called PEGGY has been stolen and ROSCO [ thaliaward ] has a photo of her on her page PLEASE have a look i will find out what area she was taken from and let you know she could be anywhere now so please keep your eyes open in your area just think it could of been your dog the poor owner is devistated as you can well imagine . It's been raining this afternoon so I was all wet when mummy came home and let me in, but I didn't mind because she snuggled me up in a big towel and dried me. Hello Barnes, my lovely friend, how are you??I had a lovely time at Mopsy & Max's house last night, Max is a bit cheeky so I had to tell him off once, but Mopsy is a laydee like me. While the humans were tucking into their fish curry and rice I went outside and investigated a garbage bag, unfortunately I had just got into something really interesting when mummy came and caught me in the act ("Fluffy's very quiet, what's she doing?").
