Hi Abby, we hope you had a great Easter. We did until the gorgeous Purdey decided to provide us with some Easter drama. She went off on a sniffathon/chase of a bunny on Monday and then, in her keenness to get back to us, ran straight into part of a metal fence hidden in the woods. The poor little sod was quite shocked and her face was a bloody mess (literally). I cleaned her up and nothing was broken but she was a very subdued little darling for quite a while. She seems fine now...PHEW...I felt like I used to when my children hurt themselves, sad, guilty and very protective. BLOOMING DOGS. The other two are “in the pink”....Sarika is still getting used to her SQUOOF (squeak/woof) and Max is currently applying factor 20 before having some time in the sun. So no more dramas hopefully, just loads more rum!!!! Have fun xx.

Hi Abby, well that was a fun day, Sarika timing her illness (both ends) with Mrs Davidmh being out and me being almost immobile. As I wrote in the forums I had to laugh (although I admit it was verging on HYSTERIA) and my attempt at clearing up would have made an interesting picture!! Anyway my gorgeous Princessliness seems a bit perkier today so hopefully she is on the mend but it is still OUCH as far as my back is concerned. Allowing for canine illnesses, my disc problem has its advantages as my domestic goddess days also seem over, at least temporarily, so no hoovering, lifting etc....I still can do a bit of dusting though if I get withdrawal symptoms .....WE WILL SEE. Anyway we shall continue to sing “ALWAYS LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE OF LIFE” and, as usual, the girlie gundogs and dobes join me in sending cuddles and kisses. And finally, Two cannibals are eating a clown. One cannibal turns to the other and asks, "Does this taste funny to you?" xx

Hi Abby, some people say that you shouldn’t NAME and SHAME unpleasant behaviour on DoggySnaps. Well, I am going to make an exception to the rule because, quite frankly, enough is enough........The NAME is.....PURDEY...............THE SHAME is.....FOX POO. Now I guess that some people probably think I exaggerate Purdey’s prideliction for recycled animal dinners.....well, this time the gorgeous little sod has got her comeuppance because I took a photograph of her in her fox poo finery and I have put it in her kennel for all her friends and supporters to see. Serves her right. The clean and fragrant ones, Princessliness Sarika and His Baldiness, are dropping off virtual photos of themselves.....”unpooed” they said somewhat smugly! Have fun x PS New new computer still working, PHEW.

So glad to hear from you and to know that you and Abby are so happy together. Pity about things not working out with Bluey, but I am sure you have done the right thing. Hope all is well with you - my Mum is recovering from a heart attack brought on by the stress of having her cash cards stolen so we haven`t been on the Internet as much as usual. She is now greatly imprpoved and able to take me for my morning walks once again, so I am a happy girl now. Hope Abby soon recovers from her spaying op. - I know what that`s like but feel a lot better for it now with no messy "seasons" to worry about!!! Big huugs all round and some chicken treats for today. Love from Pipsyxx
