Hi Charlie, I have been painting with my tail & for days had a 'Applewhite' designer tail with delicate flicks on the ends, the cats have been keeping me busy, bit scared of Tigger, he sometimes blocks me in the kitchen & I have to bark so my Mum & Dad can remove him to enable me to get pass, it is those sharp things at the end of his claws, I don't like, he is into everything, the washing machine, dishwasher, he jumps onto my Mum back & she has to piggyback him to the settee, he has even learnt how to paw out the cat food out of tins. Do you remember Arthur, the white cat on TV a few years back?, he has copied that trick. Zebedee, sadly has been catching birds, we tried to save them, but as you know, once a cat catches one, sadly their fate is sealed, she attempted to revitalised one with water, he did respond but a few seconds later died in her hands. To human news, my Mum tried to set the kitchen alight, she made some watercress homemade soup & turn down the gas when she did something else, forgot to turn it off completely & when later put down her favourite doggy fleece on the stove ready for the next wash, went out to hang the first wash on the line, needless to say, the fleece went up in flames, she was so cross with herself for being so silly but it could have been a lot worse, if it had been Dad's shorts she could have replaced them from M&S but this fleece was a one off. I have been off my medication apart from joint care, to see how I fare, still get tired and I still get a limp but now the weather is cooler, it doesn't seem as bad, I tend to run around like a mad thing for the first 5 minutes & then run out of energy, if I meet my friend Susie, she keeps me going while the Mums chat. I am leaving you some Cullen Skink, my Mum has learnt her lesson & always double checks the gas ring is turned off. Love, Dylan xx xx

Hi, I’m just popping by to say cheerio for a couple of weeks as Mum will be very busy tomorrow…she’s getting ready to desert us. Hi, Well I’m still not happy with Mum leaving me but after a chat to the dog next door I realise it could be worse (he has to go to kennels with total strangers) at least I’ll be snug in my own home with my human sis. Karla keeps practising her “I need a treat” looks but sometimes she looks more like someone is standing on her paw….. I suppose I’d better show her how its done.. although she’ll never pull it off with the same finesse as a spaniel lol . Well how’s your day going & leaving you a treat, Waggy tails. Belle & Karla xx.

Hi Charlie, how are you? This is our first DS visit for a while because I’ve simply got fed up with my continuing difficulty in getting into my kennel. Everything is fine here, Her Princessliness remains just that and dobes is asleep. Today’s treat is practical and necessary, a bottle of eau de dogogne.....VERY necessary in our case as our sensational news is that Purdey is no longer THE POOMONSTER, she is now THE STINKMONSTER. She has stopped rolling in recycled animal dinners (no doubt aware that a BATH will result) and has now taken up rolling in places where there are just strong smells (and, yes, I know what that could be!). You can imagine the scenario.......she comes running out of the fields and she is not covered in poo.......PHEW .......which rapidly changes to COR, WHAT IS THAT EFFING STINK as she gets closer. More baths await, methinks. I daren’t change her name on here however as, if I do, it will probably take me even longer to get into my kennel! Have a good day x

Hi Karla here as Belle is hiding under the dinner table sulking. Mum has got out the BIG bags out and she doesn’t like it one bit. I’ve told her not to worry as we can work on human sis for extra walks & treats while mum & dad are away but thre seems no consoling her. Mum’s not a lot better either she really, really hates flying and all the scareyplane incidents that have happened of late are not helping at all. Hi, Sorry we’ve not been around this week but it’s been another chaotic one, first the bad news…. human granddad had a mini stroke, but is recovering really well considering. Now for some good news Human brother has been brought home early from Afghanistan for a promotions course. To be honest we don’t care if he passes of fails it we are just glad he’s safely back in the UK. Paws crossed we may even get to see him soon. We are just popping by with a treat. Hi, well another really odd day not only did Mum loose her bark but Karla started being poorly. Mum then had to take her to the vets with a printout she did on the computer as she couldn’t bark at our vet, so with that, mouthing words & a lot of arm waving they managed to communicate. He did feel sorry for mum but Mum did the right thing as Karla was poorly and had a very high temperature. Mum has to go back this evening to get some more jabs and have Karla checked over again. Hey Charliei'm so glad its nearly the weekend as i have been so busy! We went to the v*ts and asked for some sedatives for the 6hour journeys down to cornwall he said it was best if we did a test run to make sure they don't give me any nasty side effects so on monday mum sneakly hid the tablets in my breakfast (otherwise i wouln't eat them) and for the rest of the morning i was very sleepy, mum said i looked very funny because my eyes were droopy and when i went to bark at the postman i fell over and couln't get back to my bed so mum had to support me, hehe! Now i won't eat my breakfast because i keep thinking there will be sedatives in it and it doesn't help that i'm on antibiotics for a dodgy digestive system so mum is having a real problem getting me to eat them. Mums a bit worried as it is not like me to refused food!!! Todays treat is a pork pie, enjoy! Have a good weekend lots of love from Badger x x x x x x
