Thats a great idea Jessica Strictly Dogs Dirty Dancing...hehehe. I (Foxy) went to the vet today. I was limping yesterday. She said I might have the same trouble as me sis, arthritis. I am not easy to examine so I have had an injection and I am on metacam for the week. I go back next Thursday. If I have stopped limping then I have probably twisted it. We shall just have to wait and see. The 'lodgers' have been very well behaved. They go home tomorrow, well one does. It looks like one is staying 'cause she gets on with mum. Her humans say she doesn't like them and bites them. We spent the morning moving things around to find a nice place to put her. When summer comes she can go in the conservatory with the cockatiels. Well, I (Foxy) have got me Beagles mixed up. Its Bobby who is getting married and having his stag do in Amsterdam. Sorry guys. Now Jenny (wiggly waggly) has hurt me deeply. She thinks I may not have time to bring her back some tulips...as if I wouldn't have time for Jenny. She will have to give me extra dances at Rosco's party now to make it up to me. Mum went to her posh do last night to get the cheque for the Blue X. Dad took some piccys of her all posh and she has deleted them 'cause her bum looked big...hehehe. Its been another beautiful day, warm and sunny. Its like we are having another little summer. As its so warm, leaving a choc ice, light or dark, the choice is yours. See you soon, luv Foxy & Jess xx

Well, guess what??? I eneded up getting the dreaded kennel cough after all. But, PLEASE don't worry, I have it VERY VERY mild like Charlie and Bruce. I'm only having a few sneezing fits and a runny nose every so often. I started yesterday. Mummy's hoping it doesn't get any worse. It's been so warm and sunny here, feels like summer, who would believe it's October? Hey, not long now until Halloween :):) Are you going trick or treating? Here's some chicken nuggetts for you. lots of love always Alfie xox PS Mummy had a chinese yesterday and ate a chilli by accident, you should have seen her face LOL LOL LOL!!!

Hi Jess, what there is to tell, the humans have had a few 'hiccups' recently that they had to sort out. I am keeping the cats under control, although at times, I don't always get it right, bark at the wrong time and allegedly make matters worse. The other day, we were off for our walk, Zebedee was in the front garden, he has a tendency to follow us, my Mum went to get him, he rolled onto his back, she was about to pick him up, I barked, he run, I chased, wrong decision and my walk got even later because everytime, we tempted to leave the house, he was there lurking in the shadows, following us. Tigger, on the other hand has another trick, those of you with cats or have lived with cats, probably have experienced cats covering up they food dish after eating, Tigger, the greedy one, likes to check what everyone, including me is eating, he had spied a dish of food behind where I was lying, having a 5 minute rest, so he decided my fluffy tail was a good thing to hide the food, silly cat, didn't he know I would move and the food wouldn't stay hidden for long, even sillier, I didn't even feel him pick up my tail within his paws and move it for his own means. A sausage treat today. Love, Dylan and the cat gang xx xx

Hi Jess, sorry we haven't been to visit for a while, but we have been busy with a new friend in our kennel! Her name is Sandie and she is a big, soppy 13 year old Labrador who has joined us for her retirement. She is joining us on our 'rounds' today, so big sloppy Labrador licks for everybody!! Love Honey, Etty and Sandie xxx

Hi Jessica, NEWS FLASH....NEWS FLASH.....NEWS FLASH..... ANOTHER SHOCK HORROR AWE FILLED SENSATION. People of Berkshire in the United of Kingdoms have been stunned by the incredible news from the davidmh kennel. Her Princessliness Sarika ....... a member of The Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla Royal Household, she of the ”butter wouldn’t melt” expression, she of the human eyes and the perfumed botty burps, the Laydee of the Month of Lurve, also known as Her Gorgeousness and, by Purdey, as Miss Goody Twoshoes............ has disgraced herself. On a walk this morning she did a Purdey, SHE ROLLED IN SOMETHING UNMENTIONABLE AND VERY SMELLY. Her human slave (now on tranquillisers) and the incorrigible one, the Poomonster, looked on in complete bewilderment. The sleeping dobes has yet to express an opinion. TV news crews from the Doggy Channel are on site and the Ambulance Service are administering to many stunned passers-by. What next?!!!! Will Sarika become the Poomonster? Will Purdey give up her title willingly? Will Max wake up? A bottle of pop and a fillet steak for you while we are waiting for answers to these fundamental questions. x

Hi Jessica, NOT THE BEST 24 HOURS. First of all Max did a “fish fart”, unfortunately he was sitting on my lap at the time. Owners of older dogs will probably know about fish farts, owners of younger dogs have a treat in store. I am not articulate enough to describe the noxious lingering pong that results. Then on our walk Sarika came back lame, by the looks of things she got a stone caught in her paw, no cuts but bruises. While I was sorting her out I noticed that Purdey had trailed some mud on the floor. I picked it up and sniffed it....WHY DID I DO THAT? WHY DID I PICK IT UP? WHY ON EARTH DID I SNIFF IT? It is fair to say that I now regret picking it up and, very particularly, sniffing it. The little darling had obviously walked in what she normally rolls in, deer poo I think. I very nearly joined my clothes in the washing machine. So indeed NOT THE BEST 24 HOURS and now there is the next 24 to look forward to, OH DEAR. Today the girls are sending over some spare kisses and Max is sending a cork and a nose clip. PS Despite being well snogged Tommy didn’t turn into a prince, perhaps because he is a toad rather than a frog? But at least he has a smile on his face now! x

Good evening my friend, it's been a bit 'nippy' (cold) today hasn't it? Mummy says it wont be long until my woollies are out ;) I was given a pigs ear today by a complete stranger when I was out on my lunchtime walk, I'm now on mummy's bed with it. Mummy is watching me like a HAWK, she doesn't really like me having them but I was crying for it, which she couldn't resist. She said i can have a small munch on it and that's it. She doesn't let me have hyde or anything like that, so she's on 'edge' Here's some for you. Be careful with it, make sure you're human family watches you while you eat it. Love you lots. Alfie xox
