Hi Rosie & max, hope weather better were you are. We enjoyed our holiday on the norfolk broads. Treacle was a bit nervous at first but loved the wild life!! we went to lots of pubs for grub, & everyone thought we were cute. Love sparky & Treacle xx

Hello everyone !! Were all well , hope all is well your end ! Well Bailey had his 2nd vaccination on thurs and is due to go on his 1st walk next thurs night -yippeeeeee ! I can't wait to show him the park -i'm so excited ! He's becoming a little he is - i can't chill for 1 minute , i mean as soon as i wake up he wants to play fight and to be honest chaps i like at least an hour to wake up ! But i suppose it keeps me fit , he also keeps eating my food-he he .I didn't like Bailey when he 1st arrived , he was on my territory but i love him to bits now and love play fighting with him-as i always win ! Mum and dad always laugh when were playin because as bailey is tiny he's always on his back and looks like a dying fly !!! leaving a lovely Bonio ( we love em ) Benji + Bailey xx

Hi all- and what a miserable morning it is in the north west this mornin-yep you've guessed IT'S RAINING AGAIN !! over the last few days we have seen a bit of improvement with benji's behaviour with bailey (really chuffed)-they have started chasing each other around the house and playing in the garden ! Benji still growls at him but we can put up with that for the time being . Bailey is due at the vets this mornin for his first vaccination and then 2wks later his second and then hopefully we can start takin him for walks ( he he ) hope things are well at your end-were leaving you a rubber fish to chew on -enjoy ! Benji + Bailey xx

hallo there we just came on there and read about gis i cant believe it he was doing so well hope hes some were happy how are you? we had maggie's pal over sofie so they were out playing in the garden today and mums mum got her new car cant wait to try it out she cant chip us in the boot it to small hehe the weather says it to be raining this week coming what have you been up to? how the weather been? leaving you chicken and a glass of wine to toast to gis x

Hi Max, how are you, soon to be numb gum David here today. I managed to break a front tooth vertically again yesterday, it serves me right for eating broken biscuit cake straight from the fridge (I blame she who has just got back from university, I hid the cake so she wouldn't pinch it!). "That is a very crunchy biscuit" I thought until I found the gap in my tooth. I am temporarily being referred to as FANG but at least my soon-to be visited dentist is beautiful. All is well here otherwise, glorious weather and all the doggies are enjoying life. As a treat we are sending over a bit of broken biscuit cake (if you find any very crunchy bits perhaps you could let me have them back) x

Hi Max, today the girls and dobes are sending over a very large matchbox. Open it very carefully because in it you will find a rather large live beetle found by Purdey yesterday morning. We are sending it over in hope that you will know what to do with it because it is scaring the living daylights out of Purdey, Sarika and Mr Wimp (ie me!). I think Max is actually pretending to be asleep so that he doesn't have to get involved! PS I'm having a "seventies" moment (not age, just the decade) and have made a lemon meringue pie, so a piece of that is enclosed too (but not in the matchbox because that beetle is so SCARY. Have fun x.

Hi Max, this is a quick visit before we go walkies as the weather is changing, blast. Just when I was getting used to dry and clean (the dogs) and a suntan (mine). So it is away with the suntan lotion (mine) and out again with the wellies (mine) and the towels and wash basin (dogs). Typical. To cheer myself up I made another vodka and orange trifle (hic!) because it went (hic) down very well (hic) before and the girls and dobes are dropping off some of that as well as a tennis ball (from Sarika), an empty bird's egg (from Purdey) and some zzzzzzs (from Max). Have fun x

Hi Max, how are you? Getting older has simply nothing to recommend it, I realised that this morning when I was looking for my glasses. I knew that, being as blind as the proverbial bat, I had absolutely no hope of finding them unless I was actually wearing them, if you SEE what I mean. And I will not mention the senile moments which seem to come now with increasing frequency - did I shut the door? which door? why did I go upstairs? what was that I said I wouldn't forget? And the worrying thing is that I still have the male menopause to come!!!! Anyway, at least the doggies are all flourishing, the girlie gundogs spark each other off and seem to be in a permanent state of puppydom and it is wonderful and long may it last. And although Dobes is obviously beginning to feel his age and is sleeping most of the time, he remains a happy little chap. And none of them have to wear spectacles, the lucky sods. Today the threesome are delivering a bird's feather found by Purdey on our walk, a hair tie (Sarika's favourite toy, she loves it put on her nose) and a duvet (slightly used) from Max...oh yes, and an empty spectacle case. Hi Max, "here we are again, happy as can be".......except we are NOT because it is back in the veterinary nurse's uniform again for me (any excuse!)........ and very fetching, or something, I look too!!! Sarika did another claw yesterday, I think that she hit a stone whilst charging around endeavouring to remind Purdey as to exactly who is the boss. Although there was a lot of blood at the time, it has already healed, so, although she is a bit lame still, that isn't the problem. No, today, instead, nurse David is clearing up after the upset stomachs of those two rather silly girlies who drank some rather unpleasant looking puddle water, no accidents in the house yet, thank goodness, but it is not the easiest thing to deal with in a wet garden! I fail to understand the attraction of stagnant puddle water, not that I have actually tried any but I doubt it has that lovely gooseberry and nettle tang of a nice glass of New Zealand sauvignon wine (do you know, my mouth actually started watering when I typed that!!! - How sad is that?). Anyway today we are dropping off useful stuff, some water purification tablets and, should you forget the tablets, some baby wipes and, most importantly, a bottle of NZ sauvignon for the humans. H Max, great news, I am pleased to announce that Star Wars Jabba the Hutt is alive and well and living in Berkshire! It is ME. Or should that be Mr Blobby as never have I, David, scoffed so much as I did over Easter? And it was wonderful!!! It is why I haven't managed to get on DoggySnaps - first I got stuck in an armchair and then I couldn't see the computer keyboard for chins (mine). Back on the diet next week methinks. All three of the doggies are absolutely fine, Her Princessliness Sarika was lame following tearing a claw up into the nail bed but is now 100%, Purdey the ponging poomonster hasn't found anything delectable to roll in recently so all walks are currently approached with trepidation and, like his "dad", the old fellow and champion botty burper Maxwell is also perking up a bit now that spring is, hopefully, about to.... spring. To help me out they are delivering things for your humans which I will not now be needing ie various Cadbury products - 3 tubes of mini eggs, 6 cream eggs, 4 packets of chocolate raisins ( a mix of milk, plain and white chocolate... yummy...in fact, on refection they are so yummy it will only be 3 packets!!!!) and 2 very large bars of fruit and nut chocolate. And something more doggy appropriate for you, a slice of smoked salmon. Enjoy x

Hi Max & Rosie, mum had now been walking us & treacle has behaved herself, apart from splashing around in muddy puddles. Sparky has has 3 seizures over the last week, but they don't last very long & he is fine afterwards, he has to take his medication twice a day. Lots of 'bunnys' to chase in the woods!! Hee Hee. love sparky & treacle x

Hi Max & Rosie, Treacle went down a rabbit hole today. Dad was walking us ,as mum had to work. He is now going to walk her on a long lead. She is better behaved with mum!! Happy easter. Love Sparky & Treacle xx
