Hi Leo, Sorry not been round for a while mummy has been very busy and not letting us use the laptop. Ruby has been here a whole week now and she is settling in fine, I’ve taught her how to play tug and she’s getting the hang of it. Vester isn’t allowed to play too much because of his leg; as soon as he starts to get bouncy he gets put in his cage. Ruby is also good with her cage, but I fight like mad to stay out of mine! Roobs and I went to our first training lesson today for ages, mum’s not been able cos of her back, but today we went and I managed to trip mum up he he he, she didn’t laugh tho, I was only trying to play with her laces, honest! Daddy took Ruby who for the first time did quite well considering but not as good as me. Leaving you some pigs ears today as we seem to have loads of them, yummy see you again soon, luv & licks Heidi, Vester & Ruby xxx

Hi Leo, sorry not been round much, mummy has been getting stuck on the forums an not visiting our friends, I keep telling her off, but she takes no notice! So how are you today? Did you get all wet and muddy on your walk? Little Sis did, so much so yesterday she got unceremoniously dumped in the shower downstairs, but put up such a fight she flooded the bathroom and part of the kitchen! I kept well out of the way, just in case. I’m out of my cage quite a bit now, but mummy has spotted a lump on my leg so I’ve got to go and see Mr Richard (vet) again. Other than that I’m taking it easy and just chilling on the sofa…..bliss! As it’s Sunday we are leaving you a full Roast pork with trimmings but more importantly a lovely piece of crackling.. yummy! Well Hello, Good to see you again, sorry not been round much, but I’ve been confined to my cage at regular intervals and let out of an evening to sleep next to mummy on the sofa, but only if I don’t try and bounce around and play cos if I do I get put back in again, it’s just not fair! I’m only 2, well almost, sometime this month we think so mummy gave me the 8th Jan as a birthday. Heidi is being her usual self, and teasing me and I’d love to play but I get told off! Did you get some snow? We got some sleet and that was it! I love the snow, great fun to play in will keep my paws crossed for some, in the meantime leaving you some chicken stew and dumplings to keep you warm. Luv & Licks Vester & Heidi xx

Well Hello! Boy is it good to get out of that cage. Hope you all had a great Christmas’s and got totally spoilt, I know we did, we have lots of treats still to consume, but I’m sure we will manage he he he. My leg is doing good, had the stitches out on Saturday but my ear is still a bit mucky so mummy is trying, and boy is she trying let me tell you! To wash it out, but I’m having none of it so run the other way so she has to catch me. I’m sure she speaks some foreign language at the same time, perhaps it make it work better, what do you think? Do your humans speak foreign languages when trying to get you to do something? Strange breed aren’t they? Little sis went over to see Daisie yesterday at daisiemummy’s and boy did she have some fun, she was covered in mud and as soon as she got home she flaked out and slept for 6 hours! She had to be woken up for her dinner, personally I’d have left her then I could have had it..humpf….Anyway leaving you a big tasty rib eye steak with some chips for a treat today, hope you have a great New Year and hopefully there wont be too many fireworks! Santa Paws is coming to town, Santa Paws is coming to town, San-ta Paws is com-ing to tooooowwn! Yippee! Santa comes tonight and what a good job it’s a full moon so we can see him fly past on his sleigh eh? I’ve been a very good girl and helped mummy and daddy make sausage rolls and mince pies, they were yummy! Vester is behaving himself too, he lives in a huge cage since he had his op, which means I get the sofa! His not too happy about that let me tell you. The humans are going to decorate his cage today with some tinsel to make him feel better, his leg is healing quite well and his really fed up as his only allowed out to visit the garden, but mummy lets him out for cuddles too. Hey Leo, how are you today? It’s very cold here but nice and sunny and I got to make a new friend this morning on my walk with Daddy, he was the same as me! Daddy said it was really hard to tell us apart, we could have been twins, except he was a boy. Daddy has arranged for us to meet again and have a good old play. Vester wasn’t very happy tho as his not allowed to play at full speed ‘cos of his leg. He has his op next Wednesday and Mummy also finishes work for Christmas, it’s getting really exciting as Santa Paws is coming soon, Mummy is going to put the little tree up at the weekend and hang our stockings up (whatever they are???) It will be my first Christmas with my new family so I’m really looking forward to it…. Leaving you some nice warm sausage rolls and a mug of tea to keep you warm. Heidi & Vester xxx

Hello my friend Leo, Hope you are well, not much happening this week as mummy has gone back to work full time so we get to sleep all day and play with Daddy when he comes home for lunch. Little girlie was rather naughty yesterday as Daddy forgot to move the log basket out of the lounge, so she helped herself to a few logs and make sawdust out of them!! He wasn’t best pleased but blamed himself for not moving it. Do you have an advent calander? We do and we’re enjoying our chocolates each morning, do you think they could continue all year? Will have to ask Santa Paws in my letter to him… till then my friend we’re leaving you some pork chops and apple sauce to enjoy! Sylvester & Heidi xxx

Hello Leo, sorry not been about much this week, mummy had to go back to work, she only lasted two days and has been working from home due to her back. But whilst she’s on the work laptop we have sneaked on to hers. We met Daisie on Sunday, she’s gorgeous! Mummy says if I’m a good girl, we can meet up with Daisie and have a really good play, but we have to wait till her back is much better. Big Boy hasn’t done much but sleep on the sofa, as per usual! He is soooo lazy. Anyway today we are leaving you some gammon and eggs for tea, enjoy! Heidi & Vester xxx

Well, not a lot happening this week, mummy’s been home and it’s been lovely having her here, she keeps cooking so I’ve got to try all different vegetables they have been very yummy! We are hoping to go and see Daisie at the Dog’s Trust Christmas Fayre on Sunday, but will know more when mummy’s been to see her Chiropractor in the morning. I was a very good girl on my walks again today and I didn’t see my friend the prison warden, she makes a fuss of me which is great, maybe I’ll catch her tomorrow. Hey Leo, How are you? It’s been very cold lately hasn’t it? we even had snow on Sunday! Little sis kept licking it, what’s she like eh? We still got Mummy at home all this week with her back, she can only drive for 10 minutes and she works 40 mintues away so we have her company which is lovely! I keep the sofa warm for her and cos I look so content she leaves me there, how smart am I eh? Well I do have to rest my leg as well you know. I keep hearing the humans talk about more surgery and something to do with Christmas so I may be having it then as they can be with me 27/7 while the stitches are in as I like to try and get them out! Little sis is still doing well in her classes but I’m not allowed to go anymore till I’m 100% fit again. Anyway’s hope you enjoy your walks and don’t get too wet, just remember to tell what all the sniffs were like eh? Leaving you some toast and scrambled egg today.
