Hi Pennie, how are you? We have had a lot of rain here over the weekend and the tracks have turned into muddy streams. Now I was never a Boy Scout but I remember their motto "Be Prepared", so I have decided it is time to build a boat, just in case we get more floods. I was going to call it an ARK but then I thought "No er, someone has already done that". So I have decided to call it a BARK. Not BARK as in sailing ship but BARK as in WOOF. In fact, on reflection, I shall call it a WOOF.... DAVID'S WOOF.......that has got a nice ring about it, don't you think? Anyway, it is for doggies only so let me know if you would like to reserve a place on DAVID'S WOOF, reasonable rates. Yesterday I made some thai fishcakes which were yummy so the girls, doberdog and I are sending some over with sweet chilli sauce. Got to go now because there are people at the door, OOH ER it is the men in white coats!! Have fun x
awww why dont u like snowmen darling they r nice y know well i cant speak im afraid of clowns but they r nice i think we have something in common pennie
Hi Pennie Lennie, WOW....WOW...and more WOWs.....the weekend was marked by an absolutely sensational event.....a truly incredible result.....Drum Roll.......Another Drum Roll......And Another Drum Roll......No, not the rugby, even more incredible than that.......yes indeedy, Purdey didn't get to roll in anything stinky because we managed to stop her! She spotted something on our walk, something which would have been, invariably, very smelly and would also have been very unpleasant stuck to her neck and back!!! We think that, in a previous life, it had been a duck's dinner. Fortunately, Purdey was still on the lead so her loveliness (Mrs Davidmh not Sarika, not to say that Sarika isn't lovely, in fact she is very lovely) managed to pull her to her feet as she started to drop....EXCELLENT....Our first victory over the POOMONSTER which makes the score very much closer...Us 1 - Purdey 237. And now our walk....WE MET UP WITH SOME OTHER DOGGYSNAPPERS for the first time. It was brilliant because they all turned out to be great fun and really lovely and the doggies turned out to be even more gorgeous in real life than they are on here. Roll on the next meeting. And finally it will not come as a surprise to anyone that today the girls and doberdog are dropping off a portion of recycled duck's dinner to roll in...Purdey cannot have it(TeeHee), Sarika is far too much of a Laydee for such things and Max is asleep. PS Oh yes, it is of course DDDD35 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 35), gosh, 5 weeks now and weigh day tomorrow, I don't "feel" any lighter this week so we will see. Have fun x
Hi Pennie Lennie, a quick visit today as I have to get on the motorways again. We are having great fun getting used to paparazzi everywhere here at the moment, trying to get pictures of Sarika, The Laydee of the Month of Lurve (Hergorgeousness) and her companions Purdey (Herverysmellymostofthetimebecauseshelikesrollinginfoxanddeerpoopoodiness) and doberdog (Hisveryoldandsleepiness), As a result I may have to put them all in disguise (which should get some odd looks from those round here who already doubt my sanity). So it is spare disguises - dark glasses and funny hats - they are sending over today. Have fun x.
Hi Pennie Lennie, only had about 5 minutes for DoggySnaps yesterday as I had appointments with several Ms - not Maltesers unfortunately but Motorways, the M3, the M25 and the M23. Today's visit is about SARIKA who, as some will know, was yesterday announced as winner of the Humansnaps Laydee of the Month award for February, the Month of Lurve. I was really pleased and not a little proud and I just wanted to say thank you to all those who voted for her gorgeousness and also I wanted to compliment all the other lovely dogs who were nominated. In celebration we partied long into the night, apart from the other supermodel, Purdey, who was in disgrace, having again rolled in something that was both unmentionable and of uncertain origin but was, being typical Purdey, very smelly. Today the girls, the Laydee of the Month and Purdey (newly refragantised - nice make up word that), are delivering kisses to absolutely everyone and Max is delivering handshakes xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Oh yes, it is also DDDD30 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 30) and it was weigh day yesterday......10lbs gone now. I was chuffed about that too but not nearly as much as about my beautiful Sarika x
Hi Pennie Lennie, DDDD25 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 25). I have started to dream about food which strikes me as pretty sad. And yesterday, when I arrived at Sainsbury's on my morning walk, I HAD (was compelled by a force far beyond my control) to buy a TUB OF CORNISH ICECREAM.............and............A BOTTLE OF TOFFEE SAUCE...............and...............A PACKET OF CHOCOLATE RAISINS...............and...........ANOTHER PACKET OF CHOCOLATE RAISINS! I haven't touched any of it yet but I think that DDD could come under a bit of pressure this weekend! As there is great news on the dog front, Sarika, Purdey and Max all being not only well but are also clean and fragrant (which makes a change), today they are delivering a large amount of whatever you might fancy, you can choose. We hope that you and yours have an excellent weekend x
hi wellcome to doggy snaps ! ITS SO NICE TO SEE U i hope you like this cool site as for me i am a treat postman u look cute please come and visted us sometime ****daisy****jules*****kira**** xxxx treats toooooooooooo xxxxx u are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute !
Hi Pennie Lennie, DDDD21 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 21). Weigh day tomorrow. I am a bit doubtful about weight loss this week - although the "man flu" helped midweek I have since "given in", more than once, to being simply too hungry. We will see! The dogs health report: Sarika and Purdey are now recovered from the nasty tummy bug, Max is almost there. And that "sigh of relief" you heard was not just from the dogs and not just from me but also from the tiled kitchen floor which hasn't had a great couple of weeks! Today the girls and doberdog are delivering what would have been MY sausages, beans and mash with onion gravy but, of course, I am on this bloody DDD. Enjoy
