Hellooooo Charlie, thanks for visiting me. I'm not sure if we've met before or not ... I came to live with Molly & Roly nearly a year ago now (my gotcha day is nov 9th), after my other people couldn't keep me & my brother anymore - he'd found a new home, but I hadn't, but the dog trainer lady asked my new mum if she'd have me, so she brought Roly to see me, & cos we got on ok, she collected me a few days later. I get on with Rols & Moll much better than I did my brother, cos we did nothing but fight!!! I do occasionally have a little 'outburst' with the others, but mum doesn't put up with my nonsense, & I get sent to my bed near the window until I calm down!!! We all like going to the park together .. me & Mols chase the ball, & Rols just sniffs & has a game of chase with Moll (he doesn't 'get' chasing a ball!!), & at the moment, we get very wet & muddy, then decorate the back of the car on the way home!!!! For your treat today, as it's soooo miserable & wet, we're leaving you a bowl of hot chocolate & some biccies to dip in it!! luv'n'woofs, Barkley, Molly & Roly xxxxxx

Hi Charlie & Bruce! How's it going there? Well I hope! Mum is happier today because we have our internet connection back. It was so frustrating not being able to talk to our friends. We have a cooler day today (going for 21c) & it is overcast. On Sunday our state had 48,462 lightning strikes. No, we didn't stand out in it, counting them (ha ha). The experts did that for us. You should see some of the spectacular shots that some people got of those flashes! Mum said that there was great excitement at the hall that they meet in for services on Sunday. The kids came running in after service, saying "come on, you have to come & look now!" In the gum trees on the property were a host of koalas. There were some quite young ones too. They are gorgeous little critters & they made everyone feel so good. At least they will not be harmed, if they stay there. Mmmmmm I smell beef cooking!! Wonder if I can scrounge some before dinner??? HI TED THE ED here Well its the 1st of November this year has gone so Quick Well Last night it was very quiet maybe because Mum took the doorbell batteries out and the Curtains Blacked out the Lights anyway she's not a meanie she was just worried i would get upset with the Bell Ringing !!!! [ and Jackymac wanted the batteries ?? Now i should of told you yesterday that we have 2 Birthdays Today TESS [ joybelle ] is 5 today and JESS [ dogwhisperer ] is 11 yrs old so please send them a DoggySnaps Birthday wish xx Now our JENNY [ wiggly waggly ] has still got her cough Now she has got to cut down on the Ciggies i have told her about this so many times and when you visit her have a look at her NEW BED its well Posh but im supprised she fits into it hahahahahahahahaha Also Auntie JAN [ snowflake ] has a funny tummy so she hasnt been on here for a while she does appologize and will be back soon you see i told her once you reach 60 its downhill all the way hahahahahahah Well todays treat is a toffee yum yum see you all tomorrow love TEDDY xxxxxxxxx

Hi Charlie! Sometimes doing nothing is good too. It's sunny! The sky is blue, the birds are singing sweet songs & I am happy. Mum & hs are walking around going "uh, oo, ow!" Guess who spent too long putting mulch on the gardens yesterday? Mum says they are feeling muscles they never knew they had. Mum was told this story & just has to share it with you. Have you ever run into someone who you knew (maybe from school) years ago & thought how lucky you were that you didn’t look as bad as them? Well take a look at this! I was sitting in the waiting room for my first appointment with a new dentist. I noticed his diploma that bore his full name. Suddenly I remembered a tall, handsome, dark-haired boy with the same name who had been in my high school class some 30yrs ago. Could this be the same one who I’d had a crush on back then? Then I saw him. This balding, grey-haired man with the deeply lined face just couldn’t be the same person. After he had examined my teeth, I asked him if he had attended Morgan Park High School. “Yes, I did. I’m a mustang” he gleamed with pride. “When did you graduate?” I asked. “In 1975” he answered. “Why do you ask?” “You were in my class!” I exclaimed. Looking at me closely that ugly, old, bald, wrinkled, fat, grey-haired, decrepit excuse for a man, asked, “What did you teach?” Leaving you some roast veggie pizza & a bit of our sunshine. Have fun! Hi Charlie, it is HALLOWEEN, a time for trick OR treat. Well the girlie gundogs, dobes and I are not going to do that.......we are going to deliver to everyone a trick AND a treat AND a surprise. The SURPRISE is that Max has woken up. I have also managed to get him on a video with the girlies. Apologies, should you watch it, for the twit sounding commentary but Purdey decided to lick my head during filming. I bet Steven Spielberg doesn’t have that problem! The TREAT is a virtual fillet of beef. I know it isn’t as yummy as a real one but “it is the thought that counts”. (Hmm). And now for the TRICK. I have been practising this so I hope I get it right.....I have a pack of cards here.....SHUFFLE, SHUFFLE, CUT, SHUFFLE......now you pick a card, remember it, put it back so I cannot see it......SHUFFLE, SHUFFLE, CUT, SHUFFLE.....now watch....1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9.....and the 10th card is the......7 of clubs!!!!!!!!! HOW BRILLIANT IS THAT???? Me MAD? Probably.x

Hi Charlie & Bruce! So what are you two up to today? After out mega hot day yesterday, today is cool & overcast. We have only seen the sun for a couple of seconds. It was only 16c this morning, compared to 30+c yest., no wonder we are finding it hard to cope with! There I was last night, sprawled out on the cool floor, sleeping soundly. All of a sudden, I sprang to my feet, looking dazed, because I had heard someone playing with MY toy. Everyone was lounging eyes now fixed on me. None of my toys were around, so I headed for the kitchen.....there it went again! Squeak, squeak!! Someone was teasing me! I couldn't see anything in the humans hands but I could hear......there it was!! The noise was coming from that big screen that has the moving pictures in it. How dare they imitate my toys!! Oh well, it was time to do a couple of turns & settle back to dream of fun times & glorious food. Hi Charlie! Oh, I haven't seen you for the longest time! Thanks for visiting me. You are all talking about frost & snow while we are sizzling!!!! Today it got hot very early. We even have the air conditioner on now. A storm hit us last night but the thunder didn't last more than a few minutes. The lightning was a different story though. We heard that it was still flashing in the wee small hours. I don't know about that......I slept like a baby!! Mum thinks that we will be hit again tonight because it has gotten too hot too quickly again! Guess what was up the hill from us, on the footpath? A koala carrying her little baby!!! We are getting worried about the wildlife now, as they are coming too close to the main roads.....& some people don't watch out for them!!! Also my bottom lip has dropped! No more running through the grass near the creek!!! Our weather is bringing out the snakes & their venom is very potent right now. In the past month, more than a dozen dogs & seven cats have been bitten by them. One poor dog died, not here near us but near the River Torrens Linear Park Trail. So all residents are being warned to keep their grass cut short & not to stack wood or rubbish in their yards. That's one creature that we don't want to toy with!!!!!! Sending you a thick, fluffy rug to put into your bed & some lamb hotpot. Keep warm! Waggy tails, woofs, Zahli xxx

Hi Charlie, hope you are well. We are back from our holiday in Lincolnshire and we all had a very good time, we will add some photos soon, the dogs especially enjoyed Skegness beach all that sand as it's just pebbles were we are and it was dog friendly. Now for the news on Jacks x-ray, the vet said he has a torn ligament or something in his knee and scar tissue so it wont get any better (not sure what it all means can anyone explain) and he also has artheritis in his hips so he is now on metacam for the rest of his life as it keeps the inflamation down and so relives the pain. Bubble and squeak is your treat for today xxx

we have come with our appologies again for not visiting for so long we have problems with our internet its still very slow!! and we didnt know mum could speak in so many languages!!well we have been really good we have even learned how to work the tv remote mind you some of the buttons dont work we did try to clean them but not sure it helped!as some of the buttons fell off!and we done mums dusting for her well sort of we couldnt decide who was doing it first so the feather duster just sort of fell to pieces a bit like our toys really!!as its gypsy's 1st birthday today we have brought you in some spider and tennis ball cake with a huge bag of bonios for later we hope to get our internet sorted soon as mum said something about going with someone else!!see you soon luv and woofs rosie,gypsy&angel sasha xxxxxxxx

Hi Charlie hope you are well. Jack has to go and have an xray on his leg on wednesday 18th as it's still bothering him, it can be ok for a month or so and then he starts suffering again, it all started when he was playing ball and twisted it, poor old Jack. Then on the 20th we are going on holiday to Lincolnshire for a week with the dogs as well so don't know when i will be able to visit again, mums mum is coming to cat and house sit whilst we are all away, I will update you on all the news soon after we return. Boo !!!we are back gosh we have missed you so much thank you for looking after our kennel for us while mum was ill,well i rosie have been so good!!apart from eating the£10 note last week well i have such expensive tastes!and it did taste yummy!i still love the odd sock nothing new there he,he,im still training for the doggy olympics(watch this space!)gypsy here yes im still practising my singing getting better and louder all the time oh and i do love a good book!but i prefer to eat them rather than read them!not sure dad likes the fact that he doesnt get to read the end of the book he,he, mum reckons i was a mountain goat in a past life as i like to jump up everywhere and anywhere rosie is putting me in for the high jump in the doggy olympics,i still love to steal mums underwear when shes not looking though we haven't met our new postman yet!leaving you a sloppy kiss and some nice spider and paper flavoured lasagne with some moss flavoured ice cream for afters mind you rosie prefers spiders to moss i just love eating the moss though not sure why mum tells me to leave it think shes jealouse because she cant have any to eat!will come back soon though by the time we get around all our friends it could be christmas!(he,he,only kidding it wont be that long we promise)luv and woofs ***rosie,gypsy&angel sasha***

Hi there mate, how are you? hope you are well. The weather here has been hot for days and the people are complaining that it's too hot now, too hot too cold too wet or windy it's never right is it! Now for the news Bally has been nominated for Junes Laydee of the Month and she is very excited and it would be great if she won then we would have a Hunk and a Laydee in the house. Treat today is a jacked potato with lots of butter topped with cheese and pickle xxx

Hi Charlie! Haven't seen you for awhile, how are you? Just when mum packed away all the wet weather gear....the sky opened up overnight & drenched everything again. We need the rain....but not up to my neck, thank you!! So, out of the shed came the tarp & mum was drenched trying to make a covering for little me. Then I go out & decide that I'd rather wander all over the place except where I should be to keep dry. Can't understand why mum was cranky!!! It's been a working day here, so I've had to amuse myself a bit....although I do keep checking to see that mum knows that I'm HERE. Leaving you a lamb shank to munch on. Enjoy. Woofs from Zahli

Hi Charlie, how are you? Getting older has simply nothing to recommend it, I realised that this morning when I was looking for my glasses. I knew that, being as blind as the proverbial bat, I had absolutely no hope of finding them unless I was actually wearing them, if you SEE what I mean. And I will not mention the senile moments which seem to come now with increasing frequency - did I shut the door? which door? why did I go upstairs? what was that I said I wouldn't forget? And the worrying thing is that I still have the male menopause to come!!!! Anyway, at least the doggies are all flourishing, the girlie gundogs spark each other off and seem to be in a permanent state of puppydom and it is wonderful and long may it last. And although Dobes is obviously beginning to feel his age and is sleeping most of the time, he remains a happy little chap. And none of them have to wear spectacles, the lucky sods. Today the threesome are delivering a bird's feather found by Purdey on our walk, a hair tie (Sarika's favourite toy, she loves it put on her nose) and a duvet (slightly used) from Max...oh yes, and an empty spectacle case. Have fun x
