Hi Tiger, our gorgeous Purdey the Poomonster is TWO years old today, a grown up lady now. Sarika and Max are therefore dropping off some birthday cake and a bottle of pop for you. Enjoy x
Hi Tiger, a quick visit today because the sun has just come out and Sarika and Purdey are now standing by the front door. Could be a clue David? I have just made some fishcakes - salmon, coriander, green beans, egg and thai red curry paste - so we are dropping some off for you and yours as today's treat. Enjoy.
Hi Tiger, how are you? Sarika, Purdey, Max and their aged slave wish you and yours a lovely Easter and are sending you each a virtual Easter Egg full of happiness. x
Hi Tiger, well at one stage I thought I had a lump on my back but it was OK, it was only a sofa! Six hours of televised rugby on a Saturday can do that for you. The weather has been awful here so only one word is necessary to describe the doggies over the weekend and that is DIRTY. Actually I could add a couple of other words too but I doubt they would be allowed by the site censor. To celebrate the various victorious rugby teams the girls and doberdog are delivering something Italian, pasta, followed by something Welsh, poached sewin (seatrout), followed by something English, treacle pudding and custard. And Purdey the poomonster is adding a savoury(!) course of something she "found" on our walk - I am not prepared to describe it, you will have to guess what it is (or for that matter, was!!!) but, my goodness, it smells. I use the word "enjoy" with some caution. x
HI ITS ME TEDDY well after Monday i will be off for over a week as mum and dad are DESERTING me for a week and going to spain so i will be neglected / sad / lonely and missing all my doggysnap friends i know mums only going for her duty free as i heard her say to dad some bloke who works in the pub i think his name is BarSteward has put her up 11p !!!! well today there are 2 kennels who always send me kennel names with requests for us to visit for THE PAWS OF FRIENDSHIP well i think as a thankyou to them we should pay them a visit the 1st is PIP AND TOBY [ K2001lw ] now there owner is only 19 yrs old and suffers with Cerabral Palsy and this year they are getting a guide dog and is so excited and the 2nd is FOXY & JESS [ dogwhisperer ] there mum is as mad as mine and JESS has asked ME to be her BRIDESMAID ????? bloody cheek IM A MANS MAN heheheheheheh so i would like to thank both those kennels for sending nominees for us to visit well todays treat is barbecue spare ribs lots of love TEDDY xxxxxxxxxxxx PS LISA21 is having trouble getting on this site also DOTTIEDOO was so just letting you know they are all ok just incase you wondered why they havent been in touch xx

hi tiger, it isn't my birthday, my birthday is in janurary, well it is nice to hear from you, it has been ages, leaving you steak and chips, wags and woofs shadow
Hi Tiger, strong winds, heavy rain and deep and thick mud. I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooo glad I have got hairy gundogs who love walkies! I stand a good chance of getting both dogwashers elbow (like tennis elbow but doesn't require a bat!) and agedhousehunk's knee (like housemaid's knee but doesn't require a frock - well, except, perhaps, on Tuesday's!!!!) with all the cleaning (girlie dogs and house) taking place at the moment. Thank goodness for the DoggySnaps photos - they at least give me some idea of how the East European lovelies are meant to look! Thank goodness also that dobes prefers sleeping. A brief David's Dreadful Diet Report, after 10 weeks I have lost 1 stone 3lbs and now I am having a break until after Easter. As a clue as to what is on my eating agenda, sooner rather than later, in fact very much sooner, the mud babes and sleeping baldy are today delivering a tub of Haagen-Dazs icecream - dulche de leche flavour. YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMY. Enjoy x
Hi Tiger, goodness me it is windy here, I knew I would regret that second bowl of cabbage soup! Watched Crufts on the tv and there was that wonderful moment in the Friends for Life result when Harriet, the little girl with cerebral palsy, got upset after winning. Her dog, the beautiful Yepa, climbed onto Harriet's wheelchair to comfort her. It was such a wonderful moment it made me cry. The HWVs are such a fabulous sensitive breed. As a tribute to Yepa, her princessliness Sarika has been in the kitchen making an Hungarian goulash which she is sending over. Purdey is bringing the mashed potato and a vegetable of your choice and Max is bringing some bread with which you can mop up all those lovely juices. Enjoy x
Hey my dear friend, I am sooooooooooooooooo sorry for not visiting you for a while, mummy was quite ill last week and she just wouldn't let me on unsupervised, no idea why!!! How have you been? Guess what I had yesterday?? A lovely B.....A......T......H!!!! Actually it was OK, but mummy decided to get the hair dryer out and that freaked me out, I hate the noise it makes, so being the nice mummy she is, she put it away and towel dryed me. I went to Pets At Home today which was fun. We called onto the embankment on the way home but mummy soon turned around when she saw the fair being set up. She usually lets me off the lead there for a good old run. Anyway, must run, well, not run, but go, it's late and I'm getting sleepy. I hear we are to get a storm tommorrow :( Leaving you a chicken roast dinner. Love you lots. Your friend Always Alfie xox PS I can't believe I'm the hunk of the month :):):):)
Hi Tiger, a quick visit today because I have an appointment with a sofa, a television set and a couple of rugby matches (come on Ireland, come on England). Whilst walking the girls this morning I went near a house where, judging by the most wonderful aromas, someone was cooking breakfast. What is it about the smell of bacon cooking? Whatever it is and maybe because of my diet, it started me off and I simply could not stop salivating. I do not wish to exaggerate the extent of the resultant flooding but suffice to say I was a) very pleased that nobody saw and b) very pleased I had my wellies on and c) very pleased that the girlie gundogs can both swim! Oh the embarrassment! I would be grateful if we could keep this "hush hush" and between ourselves should you hear anything about unexplained flooding in a leafy country lane in Berkshire. I am sure the water level will drop soon. Anyway today Sarika is invariably dropping off an unopened packet of unsmoked back bacon, thick sliced, Purdey is dropping off a frying pan and Max, ever practical, is dropping off a life raft - just in case someone near you cooks a fry-up and I am in the vicinity. Have an excellent weekend and lots of fun x
I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sorry I haven't been on doggysnaps for a while. Firstly, mummy went gallavanting off to London for the weekend, and then she has been ill with some kind of bug, but she's ALL better now:) It's GREAT to be back, I've missed you so much. It's been so cold here, but still we haven't had any snow. Oh, and guess what, mummy thinks I'm putting on weight again <sigh> , she has been giving me a little ready brek though, yummy yummy. Have you tried it? it's her fault not being able to resist my cute face looking at her and my paw on her lap. I'm sooooooooooooooo good at begging!!! Anyway I thought I'd leave you a little bit of ready brek. Love you lots, your friend always Alfie xox
Hey Tiger, how are you? Hope you are having a great day. You may have already spotted the announcement but just incase you haven't it is my 13th birthday on Saturday 8th March and I will be having a party for all my poochie friends. It is a vicar and tarts theme but boys and girls can come as either (no restriction) I would love you to come. Well today I am sending roast lamb - hope you enjoy. Big wags and woofs, love Sam xxxxxx
Hey Tiger, how are you? Hope you have had a great weekend. Sorry I have not been to see you for a while. It has been really hectic here over the last week, and now mummy is feeling poorly again. So unfortunately this will be a short one too because I am going to try and get round everyone and redeem myself. Well today I am sending you some canelloni. Take care and catch you soon. Big wags and woofs, love Sam
Hi tiger, a quick visit today because I, David, have got to go to the dentist. This is both "could be" bad news and "is" good news. The "could be" bad news is all that stuff featuring injections, drills and burning smells. The "is" good news is that a) it is only a check-up (hopefully) and b) my dentist is beautiful. In sympathy with my predicament, the girls and doberdog, all currently behaving and smelling nice, are delivering some very fetching pink mouthwash and some Orbit chewing gum. They also wanted to send a picture of my dentist but I have said that they cannot because it is mine. Did I mention that she is beautiful? It is why I am setting off now, my appointment isn't until tomorrow, but I will wait!!!!!!!! TEE HEE x
Hi Tiger, as you know I have two hairy gundogs. What I want to know is why is it that one (her princessliness Sarika) can drink water and leave not a drip on the floor and the other (the poomonster Purdey) leaves the kitchen looking like we have had a tsunami in it? Is it because one is a princess? Does it have anything to do with fox/deer/duck/provider-unknown poo? Is it because her mum didn't train Purdey properly? Is it correctable? Shall I get Purdey a bib - one of those plastic ones that catch baby food? Do they still make them? Do they do them for dogs? HELP. It is DDDD58 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 58) and it was weigh day yesterday and it wasn't great, same weight as last week. I am a bit disappointed as I'm not aware of having eaten anything naughty and unfortunately the diet is under pressure this weekend as I intend "excessing to excess" at a wedding. More exercise required methinks. OH DEAR. Today therefore the girls and doberdog are dropping off a couple of my spare pounds (no, not of the cash variety!) to see if that helps, and a mop, just in case Purdey comes to visit you. Oh alright then, and a large piece of fillet steak too. Have fun x
