Hi Dilly, how are you? My birthday celebrations continue, how lucky I was to be three weeks premature, my liver and I could be very tired by what should have been my real birthday in mid August. It is a lot of fun though!!!! I took the girlie gundogs to the Gamefair at Blenheim yesterday. They were much admired and Purdey even met some of her Slovak relatives. The funniest thing was watching her make friends with a water buffalo, I have never seen a dog stretch its neck so long while in "ready to flee because I am not actually sure what it is " position. She ended up licking the buffalo's ear. Sarika was above it all...buffalo, horses, eagles, ferrets etc etc..they are not humans (her favourites) so hardly worth a princess's interest. Max, as befits one of his age, stayed at home and slept. Today, apart from our best wishes of course, we are delivering a water buffalo's dropping, mainly because we don't know what else to do with it...it is rather large and, as yet, unrolled-in, the Poomonster still being "not too sure". Hi Dilly, toupee of the morning to you! Some of you will know that I, David, had a BRILLIANT idea about dog hair. Hmmmmmmmmm. Well Mrs Davidmh didn't think so, in fact she was so cross that last night I was banished from the house and had to sleep in a tent in the garden, I didn't even have the moulting hairy gundogs with me for company and warmth. Brrrrrrrrr it was jolly cold. You see Mrs Davidmh is not best pleased - it is because of all of the hair, in all sorts of colours, which we are being sent by our fellow Doggysnappers. Personally I, and the doggies, think it is wonderful but the Mrs has got a cross face on. I wonder whether she actually heard me say it was "virtual" hair? Perhaps she only heard me mention four tons? Perhaps I'd better try and explain again? Hmmmmmm. In the meantime Purdey and Sarika and Max are sending a snowball made from yesterday's snow and a piece of the egg custard tart, flavoured with cardamom and with a pistachio topping, which I made for a party on Saturday. Have fun x

Urgent message, I need help, I hear Mum and Dad talking about going to Egypt for over 2 weeks. I also heard them talking about the doggy hotel for me, I need to form an escape plan, Im going on Sunday so need to be quick. Can you help, I will return tomorrow for any ideas. Hiya, just a quick visit today to say hello. Mum has not been well all weekend, she has been brave and gone to work, I am hoping she comes home early like she did on Saturday!!! hello again just back from puppy class,got a bit carryed away tonite and was more interested in playing with my friends mind you the trainer hide the treats tonite but i still found them he,he,the trainers says im full of beans i havent even tryed beans yet so not sure whats shes talking about,she says i would be good at agility thats sounds great to me as long as its fun and i get lots of treats,got you some fish cakes and a ice cream for afters off to see what new things i can find in the garden last night i found a snail but mum wouldnt let me have it(she always spoils the fun im sure she wanted it to herself)will come back soon luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx*

hi again my friend,been busy today helping myself to the plumbers lunch(he,he)got lots of biscuits from the builders,they said im their new supervisor and im cheap as it only costs them biscuits he,he,shez the cat doesnt like the builders dont know why she attacks them!maybe its cause they dont give her any biscuits tryed to share mine with her but she just whacked me one on the nose mum says shes tempremental i say shes just mental!!got you fish cakes and chips with an ice cream cone for afters off to cuddle in to mum as our heating is off and the only electric we have is one socket mums got a lamp plugged in as well as our lights arent connected yet see you soon luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx*

hi my buddy,been busy today helping mum strip all the wallpaper off the walls its good fun though im not allowed to eat it!!(mum being a spoilsport again!)had a little accident this morning bumped my head off the door it really hurt but im fine now as i got lots of cuddles to make me feel better,got you some nice chicken and pasta bake today with jelly and ice cream for afters,off to see what else i can help mum with (he,he)its great fun got my class tommorow night so will need to pretend im shy again(he,he)you get more treats that way!!be back soon luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx*

Hiya, hope all is well. I do not have much to tell today except what a disappointing weekend I had. I thought Mum and Dad were taking me to Longleat but how wrong was I? Friday afternoon I was taken to the dog hotel which is not much fun. Dad told me I had to go Friday afternoon as they were leaving so early on Saturday to get to Longleat. I was collected Sunday morning so I suppose I should count myself lucky I was not there all day. I was not happy about this as I had all sorts of fun planned, such as chasing the Monkeys, riding the Camels and feeding the Sealions. Mum and Dad sound like they had a great time whilst I was stuck in the dog hotel. Dad told Mum that I made him laugh because as soon as the door was closed to my room I started bouncing in the air really high and barking, I don’t do this at home. Hopefully that’s all my dog hotel visits done for this year? Well that’s my moan out the way, lets hope more happy times are on the way. As the sun seems to be winning at the moment I am leaving you a tasty ice cream sundae that has 3 flavoured ice cream, squirty cream, raspberry sauce, nuts, chocolate shavings and a wafer biscuit, yum yum. hello my friend,the sun is shining today so lots of spider catching practise for me,mums gave me a frozen kong to keep me busy for a little while as apparently im putting too many air holes in her boxes(doesnt she know im trying to help!!)got a new cuddly duck today as well(wonder how long that will last before it goes to casualty he,he)its friday so got you chicken curry and rice and a bannana fritter for afters will come back soon luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx*

I hope all is well. I am having a great time. On Sunday mum and dad took me out for a walk to the Breacon Becons, or so dad said. However Mum and me think it was not as we drove for ages in a large circle and were closer to home then the Brecons. It was nice when we did stop; we found a really nice waterfall that Dad decided we were going to walk to. One problem, the bridge did not allows us to get to the waters end so Dad had the bright idea of walking down the bank and through the river to get there. All very well but Mum had to take her trainers off as she had not brought her walking boots, she ended up cutting her foot on the rocks. She was brave and did not cry, she says she could not feel her toes they were so numb!!! Dad lost the sole of his walking boot, which was really funny. I tried to climb up the other side of the bank but it was too slippery so came back down, the water was much deeper here so I was fully immersed in it, Dad found that hilarious. We made it through the river but Dad said to get any closer we would be waist deep so turned back. What happened next was funny, but you probably had to be there, Dad’s sole from his other shoe came off. Mum nearly wet herself laughing which made her nearly loose her balance and fall in. We finally got out the river back up the bank and headed back up the bank. Mum was still laughing over Dads shoes, he did look funny as his boots had expanded and he had fat feet. Nobody we passed realised he had no soles!!! We got back to the car and mum sat on the wall near by, when Dad joined he yelped and jumped in the air. He had only sat on a thorn thing it was so funny. You’ll be glad to know we got home safely with no other mishaps. Cannot wait to see what our next adventure brings, if Dad is brave enough that is!!! Well I know it is not really the weather but I can not resist sending a ice cream sundae with chocolate sauce and chopped nuts, yum yum, hope you enjoy, Charlie xxx

hi my friend,being busy to day mum was sad as its 3 months today since sasha went to doggie heaven,but we released some nice balloons in memory of her,and when we came back mum was cleaning out a box in my human sis room and she found 2 pics of sasha that she hadnt seen for years she was so happy to find them,ive been helping dad treat all my friends and showing him what to do as its usually mum that does it ,hes learning(he,he)got you some nice roast beef and yorkshires and yummy apple crumble for afters will come back soon lots of luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx*

morning,just done my morning 200 metres ready for the 400 metres later,dont want to tire mum out too much so im sure dad needs some more excercise will make sure i keep him fit for the house move,guess what i caught a spider and a moth when i was out doing my training not sure mum was happy think she wanted them to herself as she tryed to steal them from my mouth(she can catch her own),as you know whats in our mouths are ours to eat!!got you some lovely sausage rolls and a rice cake for afters will come back soon luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx*

Good morning, hope all is well with you. The weather is still not good is it, it is not cold but this flaming rain is getting boring. My garden is usually a mud bath in the winter not this time of year; mum says I can pretend I’m at Glastonbury, whatever that is????? Mum is pleased as the Virgin Media man called yesterday and fixed the internet, this means I can access doggy snaps and catch up with all my mates without mum getting in the way, hooray. Mum has gone to work this morning so was up really early again, it’s Saturday, thought I would have a nice long lay in with Dad this morning but he got up as well, what on earth is going on? I have heard Mum and Dad mention the dog hotel a few times, so I am guessing a stay is coming up. I don’t enjoy it there very much as I always get the room that has a really noisy dog next door; find I don’t get much sleep. Mum and Dad have mentioned Lions and other animals and a place called Longleat, can’t wait to go it sounds fun, I can chase the monkeys and maybe have a run about with the giraffes, they look fun!!!!
