Hi Rocky, NEWS FLASH....NEWS FLASH.....NEWS FLASH..... ANOTHER SHOCK HORROR AWE FILLED SENSATION. People of Berkshire in the United of Kingdoms have been stunned by the incredible news from the davidmh kennel. Her Princessliness Sarika ....... a member of The Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla Royal Household, she of the ”butter wouldn’t melt” expression, she of the human eyes and the perfumed botty burps, the Laydee of the Month of Lurve, also known as Her Gorgeousness and, by Purdey, as Miss Goody Twoshoes............ has disgraced herself. On a walk this morning she did a Purdey, SHE ROLLED IN SOMETHING UNMENTIONABLE AND VERY SMELLY. Her human slave (now on tranquillisers) and the incorrigible one, the Poomonster, looked on in complete bewilderment. The sleeping dobes has yet to express an opinion. TV news crews from the Doggy Channel are on site and the Ambulance Service are administering to many stunned passers-by. What next?!!!! Will Sarika become the Poomonster? Will Purdey give up her title willingly? Will Max wake up? A bottle of pop and a fillet steak for you while we are waiting for answers to these fundamental questions. x

Hi Rocky! We hope that everyone is well. When I opened my eyes this morning, I knew that it was going to be a wonderful day. The sunlight streamed through the bathroom window, making flickering patterns on the tiled floor. It was warm at 8am & we've spent heaps of time outdoors. First, the work had to be done. So, of course, I supervised Mum with the washing, then the gardening. It was quite hot in the sun - heading for 29c, so mum kept checking to make sure that I wasn't getting sunstroke!! Oooo I had so much fun! I searched & searched for the sleepy lizards but couldn't see any today. They probably sensed I was coming & turned tail & slinked away. I did paw at mum's wombat but he just lay there, all curled up & quiet like. He was no fun at all. I even managed to stay away from the ants!!!! I didn't even have to beg for a treat at lunchtime. Mum was more than willing to give me something, cos she said I was a very good girl. Wait until next time (hee hee)!!!!!! Leaving you some angel food cake. Have lots of fun! Waggy tails, woofs, Zahli xxx The blonde cookbook: It's fun to cook for Tom. Today I made angel food cake. The recipe said to beat 12 eggs separately. The neighbours were nice enough to lend me some extra bowls.

Hi Rocky, some people say that you shouldn’t NAME and SHAME unpleasant behaviour on DoggySnaps. Well, I am going to make an exception to the rule because, quite frankly, enough is enough........The NAME is.....PURDEY...............THE SHAME is.....FOX POO. Now I guess that some people probably think I exaggerate Purdey’s prideliction for recycled animal dinners.....well, this time the gorgeous little sod has got her comeuppance because I took a photograph of her in her fox poo finery and I have put it in her kennel for all her friends and supporters to see. Serves her right. The clean and fragrant ones, Princessliness Sarika and His Baldiness, are dropping off virtual photos of themselves.....”unpooed” they said somewhat smugly! Have fun x PS New new computer still working, PHEW.

Hi Rocky! How are you & all the family? We really miss you!!! Even though it's a bit early, our Spring has sprung!! The blossoms looks so lovely, as do all the flowering bulbs. We have sunshine today, although the wind is still cold. I haven't spotted any of our lizards today, yet. Mum reckons that I have scared them all away. I know they're still there because I hear them scurrying through the under-growth. I'm ok as long as I don't ever meet up with any of those snakes. I have another bird story for you. A woman cleaned her diamond rings & earrings in a new cleanser. Being a sunny day, she decided to put them outside to dry off. Surprise, surprise!!! When next she went outside, they were......gone!! Looking around, she couldn't see anyone. She decided to put another sparkly piece out in the same spot but this time she hid with camera in hand, ready to catch the thief. It wasn't what she had expected......down swooped a magpie, grabbed the jewellery & flew back to its nest in the gum tree. They are notorious for snatching sparkling things, aren't they?. So, never, never, leave your diamonds outside!! Today I'm leaving you a soft frisbee to play with. Have fun! Waggy tails, woofs, Zahli xx

Hiya Rocky sorry weve not been around for a while its been mad in our kennel, Mum n Dad have been ripping the front garden apart to make a drive for when mum gets her new car, we cant wait more seat covers to mess up hehehe. mum says she feels very old today cos she has been shovelling limestone, we told her we would scatter it about for her but she was worried it would hurt our feet. Lucy has got a poorly leg so weve not been able to go on our walks to the park ;0( so while they have been doing the front garden we have been doing the back hehehe I dont think they will be pleased. Leaving you a smelly old burger we found buried under the bushes hehehe its lovely and aged xx Lucy Poppy & Tink xx

Hi Rocky! We're thinking of your family & hoping that all are well. We had to stay in today as mum is waiting for a plumber to turn up - yeah, right!! He was supposed to have been here for 1pm. Oh well, there are still daylight hours left! Must keep a positive attitude, eh?? We officially have had the coldest start to August in 31 years!!! Maybe that is why the humans are going around shivering & groaning - they just are not aclimatised!! Wait until summer hits! Then you will hear them moaning that it's too hot to do anything (hee hee), can't win!! Today's treat is some home baked choc chip cookies. Keep well! Waggy tails, woofs, Zahli xx xx Hugs for your mum, Blake & Josh. xxxxxxxxxxx Ps.Just a thought: Old computer operators never die, they just lose their memory. Gentle reminder:VOTING FOR LAYDEE O T M will be underway from today.

Hi Rocky! Thinking of you & all your family.xxxxxxxx (((((big))))) The rain finally stopped! Everything was very soggy this morning & the bird feeder was full to the brim with water. Mum decided that in view of the dry morning, she would spend some time in the garden. Beauty, I thought! That would mean lots of sniffing, poking, proding, running, & exploring for me. Well, I'm just about walking on my mouth!!! I had to stay...inside!!! Mum said something about the grass being too wet & that I would just make life harder by dragging all the prunings around. Sweet little me? Would I think of doing that?? Mum came back inside, looking like she'd been dragged backwards through a bush (hee hee). Her feet & knees were all drenched, her hair was like Yahoo Serious', & she was plain worn out!! That was when I knew that I had gotten the best deal. I gave mum a little nudge with my nose to let her know that I still loved her. Well I had to stay in the good books, didn't I? I needed her to answer my DS messages for me!! So today's treats are some of the pelargonium cuttings & some chicken dumplings. Ahhhhh ain't life grand? Waggy tails, woofs, Zahli xx

Hi Rockey...Happy birthday to you.....!!!! hope you had a good one. It's so hot here that Mum had to put a sun-hat and sun-block on when she oiled Apollo's riding tack....she likes to do it in the sun as it helps the leather to absorb the oil more easily. Have a fun weekend...leaving you with some denta stix. Loves and wags Pippa Michaela and Scoop xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Happy, yappy day to you big boy! Do I have to bow to you now that you are 2? I hope that you have a wonderful day getting really spoilt rotten. I've cooked you some lamb shanks on the BBQ & I made you a tasty doggy choc. cake. Sorry about the frosting, but I just had to taste it to make sure that it was ok. I also got you a new tug rope with a ball at either end. Now you can play with Blake & Joshua at the same time. Here's something that you may get a giggle out of:TEST OF FAITH A small country on the west coast of Europe has cliffs with a sheer drop of hundreds of metres with the Atlantic Ocean below. There is no protection around the cliff. A tourist falls over the cliff & grabs onto a small tree branch that is growing out of the cliff side. Hanging on for dear life, he starts to get very tired. His arms are causing him severe pain. He knows that he can’t hang on much longer so he calls out “Is anybody up there?” A voice from above says “Yes, I’m here my son!” “Help me, I’m going to fall.” The voice asks “Do you trust me?” The man replies “Yes!” “Do you really believe I can save you?” “Yes” says the man once again. “Let go of the branch!” There is a long silence………”Is there anyone else up there?” Waggy tails, woofs, licks, Zahli xxxxxxxxx Hugs for your mum & B, J. (((((big))))) xxxxx

Hi Rocky! So tomorrow will be a special day for you? You won't be able to sleep tonight for the excitement will you? This morning we had heavy downpours again. The garden has really appreciated them but now we have those wonderful yellow flowers everywhere-soursobs! Mum says that it'll take her a month of Sunday's to do the weeding. I could get in there & have a digging good time (hee hee). Do you want some of those pretty yellow flowers? They are free! We even heard God playing ten pin bowls in the hills briefly this morning. I wasn't scared though. My legs didn't suffer injuries from my acrobatics yesterday & I've been getting around really well. I'm trying to stay on mum's good side as she is cooking up my chicken & beef today. Yummo, can you smell them? Today's treat is some cold chicken. Waggy tails, woofs, Zahli xx Ps. hugs for Blake, Josh & your mum from my mum. xxxxx

Hi Rocky, Hope you are well. I haven't been feeling the best lately, my tummy still upset, so the vet gave me this yucky pink liquid medicine to take for a few days. Mum is quiet worried because my epliepsy is playing up and i keep having little miny seizures, my head keeps twitching and sometimes my whole body and i keep stumbling over my own feet, they only go for a second but it's not very nice. I'm waiting to get my test results to see if I have to change my medicine. I am lucky thou because i can still go on my walks, it doesn't seem to happen when i'm out walking. sending you some of my geenies treats that I wish I was eating right now. love Angus

Hi Rocky! I'm sure that you are giving lots of love to your family right now. This morning we awoke to a beautiful, blue sky, washed by the sun. It was cold but with a sky like that, who's complaining? So, I got to explore outdoors & I loved it! Mum caught me chomping on something & drats, she pulled the old, dry, dog food out of my mouth. She said that we didn't know where it had come from. I didn't really care-I found it, so it was mine, right? Then she saw me chewing on something else. Prizing my jaw open, she discovered a huge hunk of smelly, green moss inside. Well, you should have heard the carry on! I thought that my breathe smelt pretty good, didn't know what she was on about. Next it was time for the 'trimming of the pooch.' I just hate having the fur clipped from between my paw pads. Then the scissors did there work around my rear end. I kept a pretty keen eye on that, I don't mind telling you! Anyway, when it was done, I was given a treat. Guess that makes up for the trauma! Hope you're having a good day. Parsley & garlic biscuits for you today - they make your breathe fresh. Hey, wait a minute, I think that I'd better have one too. Waggy tails, Zahli xx

Hi Pippa Michaela Scoop and Apollo here, Mum's sitting at the computer armed with a toilet-roll!!!....since sunday morning she had been making those sudden achoooo...loud noises followed by bellowing trumpet noises with the toilet tissue up against her nose!!! So just a kwick stop to say 'Hi'. Lovely sunny day..started off cold at 2c and now around a sun-tanning 24c!!!!. Leaving you with some lamb chops and mash potatoes. Loves, hugs and wags xoxoxox

Hi Rocky! Well, what's going on in your world? Last night the weather decided to take a turn for the worse. The wind howled & blew with all its might. Then the rain pelted down! So, today it's very cold, very windy & the sky is opening up regularly. It's one of those hot soup & lay by the fire, days. I've been roughing around with my monkey (oh that is such fun, fun, fun). Hope you're having fun too. Have some stuffed turkey breast. Waggy tails, woofs, Zahli xx

Hello Rocky how are you today. Mum has a BIG apology to make, she has since discovered the so called honey badger carcass we dogs found is actually the carcass of a striped polecat...now this critter is cross between a ferret and a skunk!!!!!..so we retract sending that smelly thing for you dogs to roll in and sending you a deodoriser in it's place instead!!!. We tried to get our messages out yesterday, Mum managed to log onto DS yesterday morning but our server kept going down..grrrrr and what's more Mum wasn't too well yesterday either, busy fighting off the nasty 'flu bug Dad brought into the home. Dad has gone back to work today after fighting the 'flu since last week-end...really had it bad!!!! Well it's Friday and the week-end's up and sending you some fish and chips and see you at Ellie and Buddy’s engagement party. Loves and wags Pippa Michaela Scoop and Apollo xxxxxxxxx
