Hi Sadie, it is DDDD14 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 14) I am sure that my weight loss continues as I have noticed my watch strap is loose. We will find out tomorrow, weigh day 2. At least I have recovered from the "chilli experience" and am now sitting comfortably. More than can be said for the dogs: Sarika has had a really nasty tummy bug for a week, although she is now recovering she has passed it on to Max, so far only Purdey's cast iron constitution is resisting. Today's treat is therefore some aromatic incense sticks - if you were here you would know why they are absolutely essential. Have fun.
