Hello Girls…Well, firstly we hope you are …well! Today was our first time being left for approx 7 hours “Home Alone” for the first time in 9 weeks (due to mum’s recent ailment…) and to say the least we were not impressed! Mum left us all our lovely new US of A “guilt toys” to play with and made sure our water fountain was full to the brim…we listened to radio 2 and we watched the clock all day until mum got home! She was impressed that there was only a tiny mess to clear up…(our blankets are to be played with our way…and that means playing tug of war with them and thus tearing them up!!!) (mum says thank goodness for cheapo blankets from “Primark“! This afternoon we went for a 2 hour walk with mum, her best friend (our “godmother”) and her son…we went to a local beauty spot which involves a walk across a normally empty field, then a steep climb up a hill, then a stroll in some more fields and then it’s into the woods where the ground was carpeted in bluebells…very picturesque…on the return stretch, the normally empty field we first traversed, now had what we thought were cows…however, on closer inspection we realised that they only had one “udder” and successfully concluded that the cows were in fact bulls and bullocks! As our friend’s son was wearing a red shirt we had to make a detour via the next field…however there was no dignified way to gain access to this field so we all had to scramble on the ground and crawl under the barbed wire…we managed it in a trice, however, they all made a scene and we, as a consequence, raised our eyebrows and tut tutted in disgust at all the drama that they made of such a simple task…Parks has had to have an emergency hose down as all those cow pats were far too tempting for him and he rolled! Mum was not impressed as one of his new bandanas has cow poop on it and requires washing…I on the other hand just watched on and enjoyed the fact that I had avoided a hose down…We have left you some wholemeal pasta with pesto, broccolli and cheddar cheese this evening…delicious! Hope you have had a great Saturday and that your Sunday will be even better…(we’ll sunbathe and assist mum with a bit of gardening…in between going for nice walks and wrestling!) Take care…Love Parks & Boz

Hello again guys and gals! Sorry we have been a bit hit and miss with our messages and treats but mum is still a little jet lagged and therefore we’re unable to get on air as often as we‘d like! Dad has taken the caravan up north for a family gathering for the weekend and mum has finally gone back to work (after 9 weeks off in total!) (it was her first day back today and we missed her something chronic…luckily we had our new US of A toys to keep us amused until she came home again)…Dad took us out for a lovely long walk this morning and we have been out for another lovely walk this afternoon with mum and met the 2 mad whippets….they truly are bonkers! You lot think we’re mad…well…let us tell you we look sedated in comparison to them! Nan is still waiting to hear back about the “rescue dog” (if he comes to Nan’s he’ll be known as “Miller”)…she had a call from the rescue place last week and he is still having medical treatments…hopefully something will be known for sure within the next week! Mum was talking to the lady next door this afternoon as she (lady next door) was painting her fences…well, Parks is now sporting a green stripe across the top of his head as he is so nosey he had to see what the lady next door was up to and got a little too close for comfort to the brush! Mum says he’s a real wally at times…lady next door laughed and agreed…and then said I (Boz) am a wally too! Also, the 2 husky dogs who live at the back of our house escaped and came down our drive (at the back of the house thus at the rear of our garden)…we went bonkers and almost jumped over the gate (it’s nearly 5 foot high!) Man next door had to round them up and our mum was shouting over the fence for lady who lost dogs and lady next door made a dash round to knock on her door…anyway, when lady who lost dogs came down the drive she thought mum was the Lovely Victoria, so this has made mum really happy as the Lovely Victoria is 10 years younger than mum! Anyway, we have left you a batch of chocolate chip cookies and a glass of milk today (Mum says it’s the American way???) Take care…Love Parks & Boz (p.s …Kirby says hello too!)

Hello to you all…fear not…we are now back on line now that mum & dad have returned from their jolly holiday in the good ole US of A!!! They have asked us to tell you all that they had a really great time with their friends Delores, Scott and Macee and their shitzu called Kirby…they ate way too much and spent a small fortune on presents for us (we like to think of the gifts as guilt complex as they left us to fend for ourselves…well, with the very capable help of the Lovely Victoria who moved in here fro 16 nights who walked us, fed and watered us and played with us, took us on picnics, introduced us to new friends, played wrestling with us…showed us a few new holds too!!! My (Parks) eyes look almost as good as new and due to the extra walks we went on (as Victoria loved to parade us around the village and talk to all the locals) we are now slim, keen fighting machines! We were so pleased to see mum & dad return but the loss of Victoria until she comes again to visit or stay is hard to swallow at the moment! Whilst they have been away we have lapped up the glorious weather and laughed when we found out that mum and dad were shivering in near zero temperatures with snow blizzards!!! (however they say the weather did not stop them from visiting St Louis for a weekend, also visiting 5 different winerys, 10 pin bowling with all the family and drinking beer and eating weird fried foods…(cauliflower???), dad went fishing in Scott’s pond (it’s the size of a football pitch!) mowed their lawn (20 acres) and rode the gator round the land (it’s a cross between a small jeep and a tractor/pick up truck, they (Scott & dad & Macee) also had petrol engine go-cart races in the garden, a trip to a Vegas style casino (no big win to report though…), a trip to a basketball match, a day at Macee‘s school where they were interrogated by a class of 9 year olds on the joys of the UK, mum showed Delores how to make scones and her famous big chips, several bottles of wine were enjoyed between mum & Delores and dad & Scott through countless crates of beer…basically lots of good times with great memories! Mum & dad are now jet lagged and had their first British meal in 2 weeks…curry!!! Speak to you tomorrow! Love Parks & Boz

Hello One and All! Today mum & dad set off for USA, so we’ll be unable to get to the computer as the Lovely Victoria (who’s coming to stay with us for 2 weeks whilst they are away) demands 24 hour attention from us involving treats, affection, cuddles and walks…we’ll give her personal displays of our wrestling tournament skills and hole digging in the middle of the lawn capabilities too…she is going to be so spoilt over the next 2 weeks…we’ll pin her to the bed at night as we cuddle in sooooooooooooooooooooooo tightly for a snooze and when she’s watching TV we’ll sprawl on her whilst she’s on the couch or in the armchair…she’ll have no privacy in the bathroom whatsoever and if she dares to ignore us by going onto the computer we’ll both attempt to sit on her lap at once…we’ll introduce her to the postman and anyone who walks by the house if we spot them whilst sat on the footstool at the window…she wont want to go back to the real world after spending 2 weeks with us…We’ll be back with treats for all of you as soon as we can (maybe some extra special ones from the States…we have our eye on a special spandex leopard skin leotard item for Harry in particular that we have seen on the net…) …we know you’ll miss us and our shy, reserved and delicate natures and NON rascally ways (we have no idea where that idea came from…any suggestions Thierry? Charlie? HP-ACE-001 Joe? Toby? Maximus? Princess Molly? Harry? Biggie? Boxer Boys? Keavy? Anyone else???) (We’re always innocent of any crimes that happen to happen whilst we’re in the vicinity…we have absolutely no idea how items such as tea towels, mobile phones, marigold gloves, dog blankets, abandoned slippers and shoes, apple catcher knickers (clean!) or cushions get ripped up and shredded…there must be a destructive poltergeist in this old house (built circa 1902...) Anyway chums…we’ll miss you all and we’ll give you all virtual reality cyber treats by thought process alone whilst we‘re “off air“ (we’re practising for the Paul McKennel evening…) We love you all…Love Parks & Boz

Hello Sassy & Chelsea! Today we have left you a portion of mum’s lasagne which she has made for their dinner tonight…We had a pretty busy weekend what with all the walks and wrestling we got up to! We have also been digging more holes in the lawn which, surprisingly dad was not too impressed with…we’re sure if Alan Titchmarsh had seen them he would have praised them to the skies! We’re excellent diggers! Parks has to go to the V.E.T this morning as mum thinks he has an allergy against grass and it has made the fur round his eyes fall out…it doesn’t appear to distress Parks but it doesn’t look very nice…I (Boz) am going to stay with dad at home…it’ll be one of the very rare times we have been separated from each other…albeit just for 20 minutes or so! Later today we have to supervise the arrival of our food supplies for the next 2 weeks…a big white Tesco van is due to deliver them all…we’ll be on standby to check all the bags to make sure there has been nothing forgotten about! Dad has been issued with a list of chores the length of his arm to keep him out of mischief (and mum’s way!) as tomorrow they head off for the airport to go and stay in USA (fly out Wednesday) …mum will tomorrow morning ensure that a fresh batch of homemade scones have been baked for the arrival of the Lovely Victoria who is coming to look after us for the 2 weeks…we’ll miss mum and dad obviously when they are away…but we’re looking forward to having the Lovely Victoria here as she lets us get away with pretty much anything we do…who can resist our “cheeky but always innocent of any crimes” faces??? Butter wouldn’t melt that’s for sure! Well, we’ll catch you later…Love Parks & Boz
