Hi Millie and phebe Hope you are ok, especially poor phebe. How irresponsible of the dog owner!! I bet yor mum is angry, I know my mum would be. She keeps me away from other dogs who are scared, but the ones that like me, I do get the chance to sniff and maybe have a little play, but I am on a lead, as Im not that good yet, I am doing recall now, on our walks, and mum has a 12 foot rope to tie me on, so I can have a good run.
