Hello my friend.. it’s been a dismal few days. On Wednesday daddy took me on the beach and it was howling with wind, and daddy put up a big umbrella and it just broke! We both got soaked. The umbrella went into the bin. Yesterday was a bit better, dryer at least but windy and cool. Today looks cloudy. Thanks for signing the petition for us. Please tell all your friends, my neighbour has put the link on facebook for us so we may get a broader awareness of the awful collar. Lets hope Auntie Angie is feeling better now. Teddy, keep her off the booze, thanks mate! I have had help to wreck Teddy’s kennel, (I won’t reveal who, but of course ever Springer has his price…) But daddy felt sorry and has ordered a new one for him. Have a great day. Treats are some bananoffee pie and thick double cream..mmmm love Angus…. –ban the prong collar--

Hello… after a few days of sunshine we are back with the rain today.. uurrgghh.. never mind! Daddy thanks those of you who have signed his petition and asks others to consider it please. He now has the support of the editor and staff of ‘Pet Care’ magazine. He says it’s a start! Have a good day, and leaving you a knickerboker glory for you to devour…Love Angus xx

Hiya all. Another cloudy sunny mixed day. Better than rain eh? Good news is last night I took the last of my pink pills.. they have all gone hooray!! I have been good and ate them when asked, and daddy gave me a little bit of cheese as a treat. Now daddy is so upset about these spiked collars being discussed in the forum. He just cant believe they are not banned and people are actually using them. He has started a petition to the PM (what’s a PM?) to have them banned. Please check these out, and judge for yourself. http://www.downtownpet.com/blog/uploaded_images/dog.prong.collar-730053.jpg and this is what it does to a doggy http://www.ipdta.org/index.2.jpg If you agree, please sign daddy’s petition, and ask your friends too. Petition - http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/Cruelcollars/ Thank you all. Treats today is some yummy local Cheddar (with Cider yumm) some onion and pineapple pickle and some crackers…enjoy!

What a sad day.. after the fun of the stag and hen nights come the sad news that yet another friend has gone. Gis put up an incredible fight, and I’m sure his mummy and daddy treasured every extra moment they had together. Be at peace Gis! I’m going to have a quiet day today, you have a peaceful one too.. Take care.. Angus xx leaving you some Scottish shortbread..

Hello. Just an update for you. I took Angus to the vets yesterday, just before they closed and they did another examination and gave him pain killers. Overnight he was no better, not eating, drinking very little, and very weak. I took him back and they admitted him. First he had a blood test which had a normal result. They have him on a drip now to get some energy into him. Thank you for all your messages. It is a so nice to know that people care, I didn’t realise just how much it helps, until it happens to me. Bless you all. Malcolm (and Angus xx) Treats for the doggies today is love and kisses… some extra ones from the ones Angus has been getting…

Hi dixie, how are you, soon to be numb gum David here today. I managed to break a front tooth vertically again yesterday, it serves me right for eating broken biscuit cake straight from the fridge (I blame she who has just got back from university, I hid the cake so she wouldn't pinch it!). "That is a very crunchy biscuit" I thought until I found the gap in my tooth. I am temporarily being referred to as FANG but at least my soon-to-be visited dentist is beautiful. All is well here otherwise, glorious weather and all the doggies are enjoying life. As a treat we are sending over a bit of broken biscuit cake (if you find any very crunchy bits perhaps you could let me have them back) x

Hello. Angus is a bit poorly so I am doing his rounds today. He was sick and lethargic over the weekend, and refused to eat anything. I was quite concerned so took him to the vet this morning as soon as they opened. They saw us straight away and they think he has a gastric virus. He had two injections, one to stop him feeling and being sick, the other was an antibiotic. We have been given a course of antibiotics to give Angus too. He also has some powder to mix in his water. If he isn’t perking up today, I have to take him back tomorrow for a blood test. Thanks for all your wishes. Malcolm(Angus’ dad)

Hi, Angus here. Sorry I wasn’t on yesterday. Daddy went to a works dinner and didn’t get in until late. I kept Brian company instead. Daddy didn’t have any bits of food for me. He sometimes brings some home, in an Angus bag, so it must have been a nice meal. They obviously scoffed the lot. I wasn’t worried as I had wolfed down a dish of chicken meat earlier. Today is sunny so I’m out to enjoy myself in the warm sunshine. Hope you are too… treats of Sticky toffee pudding and ice cream (that was daddy’s dessert)..mmmmm Love and licks, Angus xxx
