Hi Razyn, well we had a great walk yesterday evening. Well, to be precise, it was great until the moment when I attached Purdey's lead. You see I hadn't noticed that she had rolled in something and I am actually not sure, on reflection, whether I noticed before or after the deer's breakfast was on my hand. And did it pong, you ask? Well, it took five washes in soapy water and treatment with tomato sauce (useless) and tomato puree (much better) to get rid of the stink....and that was just from my hand! Purdey, the gorgeous little sod, required more drastic treatment and is now, thanks to the tomato puree, a RED Slovakian Rough Haired Pointer. Sarika looked on with regal disdain at the chaos and also increased her human vocabulary somewhat, doberdog was, yes that is right, sleeping. Today we thought we had better send over some dog friendly bleach so that, if you are lucky enough to find and roll in some deer poo, you can be restored to your former glory without changing colour. Have fun x
hi ya. how are you, so glad you popped round. can you believe mum let another male dog in the house, ok well it was dad who came home with him. he was a unwanted staffy and daddy said mum would look after him until we found a new home. what a cheek!! we had to go in the outside kennel for awhile then we meet him one by one. it was ok at first but i then got alittle green eyed, cant be havin any competition for the laydeees in town, plus he wouldnt leave chillie alone hehehee. he is now gone to his new home. mum was very upset she had fallen in love with him, women!!!! talk soon floyd
Hi Razyn weve been to visit Nana Mags today, we took the pups and Oscar was scared of them hehehe. Then Mum n dad did the garden and we helped again haha by pinching the plant pots and raking (digging) all the bark everywhere, Mum was a bit worried cos theres some very strange mushrooms growing in it but she found them on the internet and they are ok but not supposed to grow in our area, must have been in the new bark, anyway treat today is bacon and eggs (best not have the mushrooms) xx Lucy Poppy & Tink xx
Hi Razyn we have been sad today 2 of our babies have gone to their new homes now and we are missing them, mummy made us sme special doggy cookies to cheer us up so we are sharing them with our friends. Love Lucy, Poppy & Tink xxx
Mum got quite emotional today as she had learnt to use her scanner and uploaded lots of photos of my big sister Mandy who I never met. Wish I had, she sounded lovely....sending you some ham I found on the street today - tastes great with the dirt in it!! Love Kim.xxxx
Hi Razyn its good to see you, weve had a busy day playing with the pups, they are getting big now and keep pinching our dinner, but we still love them. Sending you a lovely pork chop xx Lucy Poppy & Pups xx
Hi Razyn, how are you, soon to be numb gum David here today. I managed to break a front tooth vertically again yesterday, it serves me right for eating broken biscuit cake straight from the fridge (I blame she who has just got back from university, I hid the cake so she wouldn't pinch it!). "That is a very crunchy biscuit" I thought until I found the gap in my tooth. I am temporarily being referred to as FANG but at least my soon-to-be visited dentist is beautiful. All is well here otherwise, glorious weather and all the doggies are enjoying life. As a treat we are sending over a bit of broken biscuit cake (if you find any very crunchy bits perhaps you could let me have them back) x
Hi Razyn, its been so hot today we dont know what to do with ourselves, mum has had the backdoor open so we've kept running out to bark at Nelly next door but then we've got in trouble for tormenting her and had to come in. Leaving you some yummy fruity ice cubes xx Lucy & Poppy & Pups xx
Hi Razyn, well what a week with the insects, an entomologist's delight. Except the "spider".......well this is a bit embarrassing.......the spider wasn't quite what it seemed. You see I didn't......if you see what I mean....... I didn't actually have my glasses on (because when I take them off I cannot then see to find them again and I had taken them off and so I couldn't find them - TWIT) and the spider was something else not quite as scary but still quite scary........well actually not scary at all really........unless you are dust mite, in which case it would be very scary.......it was the duster bit off a feather duster which Mrs Davidmh had obviously left to frighten us. Well it worked. You cannot imagine the relief, in more ways than one, our garden is now flooded but not just because of all the rain. To celebrate we, the girlie gundogs, sleeping baldy and me, are sending you quite a lot of "whatever you fancy". And a bottle of pop for the humans who sent some very interesting advice!!!!! Have fun x
