well what a lovely morning, its absolutly pouring down and blowing a gale, i've been to the woods, bit more sheltered in there and i met all my friends, i'm pleased to say my friend tess is well on the mend, i gave her a little kiss from everyone. mummy says i'm a sensible girl cos i'm not letting the boys anywhere near my rear end in fact i've literally been leading them a merry dance. i've retired to my bed now as the weather is so awful, leaving sausage egg and bacon, love kizzie, xxxxxxxxxxx

this is a very special message i am sending today, as my dear departed doggy mummy insisted i share this information with as many doggies as i possibly can, so here goes, The 10 Commandments of Jess(The Jess Said Rule) 1. If you want it its yours. 2. if you do it its right. 3 if you go to the beach and get all sandy and wet, you MUST refrain from shaking until back in the house or car. 4. when on walks you must find the muddiest smelliest puddles and have a good roll. 5. when back home you must try to spread your mud to everything possible, even the ceiling if you can manage. 6. you will take up as much space on beds or couches as possible remember you are a very large dog. 7. if you deliver a silent and violent, you will look disgusted with your human and walk away. 8.when in company look very pathetic and will your belly to rumble loudly. 9. make sure all visitors are presented with your humans underwear, dirty if possible. 10 most importantly, YOU are ALWAYS right.

well i am absolutly disgusted today, i've spent days turning mummy's bed into a sandpit, and do you know what she did? she HOOVERED it all up, not even a word of thanks. and now shes gone and put smelly sheets on again, just when i had got the last ones smelling just right and she's threatened to ban me from the bedroom. i would leave home but no one else will have me heehee. leaving you some chocolate buttons, love kizzie, xxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi Pipsy, how are you? This is our first DS visit for a while because I’ve simply got fed up with my continuing difficulty in getting into my kennel. Everything is fine here, Her Princessliness remains just that and dobes is asleep. Today’s treat is practical and necessary, a bottle of eau de dogogne.....VERY necessary in our case as our sensational news is that Purdey is no longer THE POOMONSTER, she is now THE STINKMONSTER. She has stopped rolling in recycled animal dinners (no doubt aware that a BATH will result) and has now taken up rolling in places where there are just strong smells (and, yes, I know what that could be!). You can imagine the scenario.......she comes running out of the fields and she is not covered in poo.......PHEW .......which rapidly changes to COR, WHAT IS THAT EFFING STINK as she gets closer. More baths await, methinks. I daren’t change her name on here however as, if I do, it will probably take me even longer to get into my kennel! Have a good day x

Hey, Pipsy our pal!!!!! Thanks for the messages & treats. Ma's been away so we've been a bit lax on the PC. Had a great time today tho as we were at N'boro racing thru the forest & finding news paths to avoid the tourists. Treat tonight is elderberries & yogurt (do you like fruit Pipsy ... in moderation of course ?). We search the garden every morning & have just found the elderberries YUMMY!! ... love from all of us ... Pebbles & Co. xxxxx

well what a time i've had again, i've never met a dog that tried to kill me before. 2 men came to the house today over the incident, mummy said they were please-men, so i tried to do my bit and please them and left a little pressie at their feet, well mummy went a strange colour and said she was mortified, what a cheek!!! worse than that though, she gets all annoyed if i leave a tiny wet patch on the carpet and today she has soaked every last inch, i don't even have a dry spot to lie on. she said she was sham-pooing, and yet i'm not allowed to poo on the carpet. i don't think i'll ever understand the strange human things. leaving you a bacon buttie tonight, love kizzie, xxx

Hi Pipsy, how are you? Something extraordinary happened here earlier........THE SUN WAS SHINING. Based on the year so far, and the weather forecast, this could have been the summer so it was walkies time along the river with the girlies and, yes, dobes too, although he needed to be carried after 50 yards! Today’s treats, apart from our good wishes and some pork sausages, are a sunshade and, just in case the forecast is correct, an umbrella. Back soon but my ability to sort out a new computer arriving today will determine when! Have fun x PS It is raining again.

well my mummy is really pleased with me today, she took me for a nice long walk and i rolled in all the muddy puddles as you do, so i came home and rubbed all my mud off on mummy's bed. Well what else am i supposed to do to get clean. she was using a few forighn words and saying something about having just changed the bed but i don't see whats wrong with sleeping in a damp muddy bed, humans are strange. leaving you some horse poo i found on my walk heehee, love kizzie, xx

WOW, wasn't Teddy's party GREEAT, I do think I drank a little too much though, he sets such a bad example and is ALWAYS leading me astray, but I do love him :):) Hope you've had a great weekend, I'm off to bed to rest my poor head ;) Here's a nice cup of tea for you. Love you. Alfie xox

Hey Pipsy i'm so glad its nearly the weekend as i have been so busy! We went to the v*ts and asked for some sedatives for the 6hour journeys down to cornwall he said it was best if we did a test run to make sure they don't give me any nasty side effects so on monday mum sneakly hid the tablets in my breakfast (otherwise i wouln't eat them) and for the rest of the morning i was very sleepy, mum said i looked very funny because my eyes were droopy and when i went to bark at the postman i fell over and couln't get back to my bed so mum had to support me, hehe! Now i won't eat my breakfast because i keep thinking there will be sedatives in it and it doesn't help that i'm on antibiotics for a dodgy digestive system so mum is having a real problem getting me to eat them. Mums a bit worried as it is not like me to refused food!!! Todays treat is a pork pie, enjoy! Have a good weekend lots of love from Badger x x x x x x

Hi Pipsy, how are you? I have just heard a joke....What do you call a man with a spade in his head?.................Doug! I thought that was funny, I think I am cracking up because of the problems accessing my kennel. I now get in by putting Sarika's name in fetch, clicking on a picture and following the links to her main one. Hey Ho. Anyway, allowing for my cracking up and the poor weather (it is summer after all), we are all well here. The girlies and sleeping beauty are such a joy and great fun and we feel blessed that they are part of our lives. I do have another problem though, I've even created a thread in the Lampost.....it is that age old male swimwear question...SWIMMING SHORTS or SPEEDOS? So, to canvas opinions, the girlies and dobes are today not only delivering a piece of fillet steak but also a pair of shorts and a pair of speedos. What do you think? Have fun x PS Have just heard another joke.....There are three types of people...those who can count, those who can't!..................C>>R>>A>>C>>K>>I>>N>>G>>>>>>>>U>>P!!

Hi Pipsy! Glad you're back. I'm making a nuisance of myself chewing on furniture because it's been raining so much I haven't had a chance to be outdoors much. I'm leaving you some yummy leftover Chicken a la King and rice with lots of fresh peas. Take care of yourself and your mum. ♥Hooch

Hi Pipsy it's abit cooler here today, so sorry we havn't visited for a while but we have been worried about our dog Bally as she has been losing weight, if you want to read all about it look in the forums in the health section and then Bally has been losing weight. Hope you are not suffering from the heat too much, apart from that there is no news. Steak and chips is your treat today xxx
