Hi Poppy & Sky - Well we have had a very exciting weekend in North Yorkshire! We travelled up there in a big white van to collect some kitchen units. Frankie loved it in the van. It had three seats in the front, so he sat by the window with mum in the middle and dad driving. He looked out of the windows the whole time, and was really interested in the cows, sheep and horses we passed on the way. I didn’t like it though and sulked in my bed the whole time in the footwell. Frankie laughed at me for being scared, but I like the car, not big noisy vans! Anyway, I’m having the last laugh because Frankie is at the vets today (for the snip! – but don’t tell him I told you, I promised I wouldn’t). Frankie is worried his DS girlfriend Lucy won’t fancy him any more. Anyway, we had a lovely time in Yorkshire, and now I never need to go out in the van ever again! Mum has promised to make us some more dog biscuits today, I think she feels guilty about Frankie, but the dog’s home insist that it gets done. I reckon seeing Frankie with a cone on his head will more than make up for him destroying my Peppa Pig football – hee hee, he thinks I‘ve forgiven him for that! Anyway, Frankie will be back doing the writing tomorrow if he can type with the cone on. Hope your mum's feeling better now. Will leave you some cheese and parsley bones once mum's made them Love Bobby –x-

Hi gang!!! We have been for some long walks this weekend. On Saturday we went for a walk in the woods, and we met two lovely dogs called Maisie and Spice. Spice has only got three legs, but she still whizzes around, and she is one of the friendliest dogs we’ve ever met! On Sunday we weren’t very popular with mum as she mopped all of the floors and hoovered, but we were out playing on the freshly cut grass in the back garden and came in with lots of bits stuck to us and green paws. Then we went out for a long walk and stood in cowpats, so came home with green paws again, but this time not fresh grass! Mum was cross and we had to have our feet washed in the bath! Mum says she doesn’t know why she bothers cleaning with us two around! We also found some giant mushrooms under the hedge. Mum thinks they are just field mushrooms as we’ve found loads this summer and not been ill. We don’t eat them though, we just throw them around a bit – it’s a good game! Mum has tried looking for them, but she can’t find them – hee hee! Bobby found one a couple of months ago that was 20 cm across – he could hardly carry it. Leaving you all some veggie sausages. Thanks for the steak and mince, we don't mind you licking it first! love from Bobby & Frankie -x-

Hi, thanks so much for all the info on the veggie food! By the way, my hubby always sneaks a couple of the biscuits I make for the dogs when they're warm out of the oven, (well the cheese and parsley ones anyway - he's drawn the line at the beef ones!)

Hi Sky and Poppy, it would have been good to go to the field but the human brothers seem to forget about age in us dogs. My brother Luke had to be reminded that Homer was old and couldn't do a lot of the things he used to. Mum was late home today, so that means I am late getting my tea, so I am really scoffing into it.Leaving you both some liver treats(my favourite) bye from Max xxx

Hi there, thanks very much for your post on the forum. Have your dogs got on really well with being veggie? I'm a veggie but haven't actually even considered that for my dogs in case they 'miss out'? I've probably seen Shirley Valentine too many times, but don't they miss meat? Good to hear your vet thought that veggie was OK. I'm really interested to know if they ate it at first?

How Spooky, mummy was just thinking of you, mummy scares me at times cos she seems to know what i am thinking, and others, and then she was thinking of you and then you pop up. thats great. must be mental telepathy, well i get the mental bit right. I have been a good girl i decorated the loungeroom with pieces of wood, cardboard, and old beaker all stolen from the garen while mummy was turning out the sheds. She did not appreciate it she cleared it all away, how ungrateful can you get. hehehe thanks for treat, yum, Hope you are all ok, and leaving you steak, bonio, and pig ears, plenty of each for everyone so no fighting, and a glass of vino for your mum. Just off to read pm, catch you later. love Dottie xxx
