are you taking care of the little darling? he'll be up and about soon enough, puppies have the most amazing ways of bouncing right back, don't worry. :D
hi kd and sid, how are you today, well the sun has gone, and it is gloomy and dull here, todays treat is chicken casserole and dumplings wags and woofs shadow
Hi KD, nice to see you, what a lovely weekend, perhaps THAT was our long awaited summer? We walked up the Thames a couple of times and much fun was had by all....well, except perhaps for the duck which Purdey chased.....or the tennis ball which Sarika managed to sink.... it is a tough life being a tennis ball round here! The weekend’s big news was that Sarika and Purdey found a new friend who we are calling Tommy (pic in kennel if you can get there!). Max hasn’t met Tommy (who might even be a prince, who knows) because dobes opted for sleep rather than exercise. Because of Tommy the girlies are sending over a HALL.....Purdey wanted to send mouthwash too but that is her problem, serves her right for picking up Tommy with her mouth......all will become obvious, hopefully. Have fun x
Good Morning KD! It's D.G. here!!! WELL, this morning Mom woke VERY EARLY, and surprised us with a nice walk down a trail we haven't been down in a long time! We saw deer, skunks, SQUIRRELS, and... I think also a possum... anyway, we made it to the lake in time to watch the sunrise... how lovely! Now that we're back home, Mommy is brewing her coffee... and Penelo and I are keeping are eyes open for squirrels. Sassy is lounging in the garden, in a patch of pink petunias, that the sun has managed to warm for her. Today looks to be a beautiful day! Sending you some natural beauty and teriyaki chicken!!!
Who's a pretty girl? YOU ARE!!!! Yes, DD, DG, and KD would be... interesting to have to deal with... imagine the three in the middle of a field... my goodness that would be irritating for us, and the dogs. I would just call out, "D Come," and hope that D.G. heard my voice!- That or I'd send out Sassy to retrieve!!!!! :) I can totally picture it!!! How is KD doing? Being good, and staying healthy?! I'll have to stop by later to give out some treats- apparently it hasn't been long enough since my last visit! It's 60F degrees out right now... I can't remember the last time we had such a cool morning... IT'S WONDERFUL!!! Besides it being cool out, there is also a steady breeze coming in, making it all the more comfortable! Penelo is especially loving the slight chill in the air... D.G., on the other hand, looks chilly!!!!! I wish I lived back up North like I used to years ago... I, nor my dogs, are made for the heat! That's what I get for being Irish!!! Have a lovely morning and I'll see you later!!!
A Zen Garden and a cup of chamomile tea should do the trick!!! I hope that Sid hasn't been getting too carried away with his antics!!! Sorry for missing you the last couple of days... very sick, but getting better. Tonight we're going bowling, but leaving the dogs with our neighbor and their dog Sampson. I hope your day has been as chill as ours... see you later! TREATS!!!!
hang in there, KD. most pups calm down by the time they are a year old. pugs calm down at three though. okay. i'm sending you a mini zen garden to help you relax.
Good Evening beautiful! It's D.G. here!!!! Now, don't be modest, it took a lot on your part to be as nice to Sid, as he was to you! You must admit, it can be quite a trip playing with a little terror, such as your Sid!!! As for the compliments... well, you are quite worthy of them. Every Rottie (and Rottie mix for that matter) I've met either had globs of drool hanging from their face, or dry flaky skin... you are BEAUTIFUL, and have such the kind, gentle face... I bet you're a cuddle-bug, too!!! Thank you for letting me know how your day went. I'll stop by again tomorrow with some more treats! XXX P.S. Thanks for not giving any of the coffee to Sid.
Good Morning KD, you're coat looks especially shiny and has such luminescence to it... or is that just the flash from the camera?!?! Nonetheless, you are BEAUTIFUL!!! It is so easy to see the Rottie and GSD in you... and may I say, what a wonderful combination the two make!!! Stay sweet, and go easy on Sid today... try playing some tug-a-war with him... it'll be easy and it will wear him out quickly. Here's an apple-turnover for you, with powdered sugar, and warm cup of hazelnut coffee... don't share the coffee with Sid!!!!!
