Afternoon Marthakins. Hope you are well today. It's a very wet and very miserable day here. Mum said she has never known rain like it. It briefly stopped this morning, so off mum and I went on our hike. I was very reluctant to go as I knew we would get drenched. Sure enough, we got half way round and the rain started again. Mum and I were soaked! Everywhere is flooded, and the building work going on in my park is a total washout! There are rivers of water and mud flowing everywhere! Hi, I’m just popping by to say cheerio for a couple of weeks as Mum will be very busy tomorrow…she’s getting ready to desert us. Afternoon Marthakins. Hope all is well where you are. It's another lovely day here today. Mum has spent the morning washing and repairing all my cuddly toys - under my strict supervision of course. As soon as she had repaired one, I took it off her and gave it a good shake to see if it met my standards. I got a shock though, when she said it was about time some of the older ones went into the bin! How very dare she! I just put on my best "pity me" look, and she said that I could keep them for a little while longer! Result! Hehe! Take care my friend, and treat today is a bowl of tea and a Mars Bar. Hi, Well I’m still not happy with Mum leaving me but after a chat to the dog next door I realise it could be worse (he has to go to kennels with total strangers) at least I’ll be snug in my own home with my human sis. Karla keeps practising her “I need a treat” looks but sometimes she looks more like someone is standing on her paw….. I suppose I’d better show her how its done.. although she’ll never pull it off with the same finesse as a spaniel lol . Well how’s your day going & leaving you a treat, Waggy tails. Belle & Karla xx.

Apologies for not being round for so long but I am sure you are well aware by now that mum is rubbish!!!! We have all been busy though. Saffy got second place in the waggiest tail competition that our training place did on their open fun day (she doesn't get called wiggly-wag for nothing you know) & was only beaten by a dog that even though it didn't wag as fast it wagged longest in the wag off!!!!! Lilly is still going to puppy training classes & proving she is NOT a vicious, biting, attacking, salivating beast but just a bit of a naughty pup who who thinks the world loves her. Honey is now bezzie mates with Lilly (mum thinks it's because they're closer in age) & they both get up to mischief together & have lots of wrestling matches & chew things they shouldn't. I am also doing well even tough I am back on the dreaded D.I.E.T. as I haven't been for as many walks due to my knees playing me up. Mum says I'm not over weight but need to lose a little bit as I have to be kept 'lean'. Well have you ever heard such things!! Unfortunately due to the D.I.E.T. I am leaving a frozen banana & a carrot today as I couldn't get my paws on any of the good stuff. Enjoy, Holly, Saffy, Honey & Lilly.

Hi Karla here as Belle is hiding under the dinner table sulking. Mum has got out the BIG bags out and she doesn’t like it one bit. I’ve told her not to worry as we can work on human sis for extra walks & treats while mum & dad are away but thre seems no consoling her. Mum’s not a lot better either she really, really hates flying and all the scareyplane incidents that have happened of late are not helping at all. Afternoon Marthakins. Hope all is well where you are today! No rain today, and I am pleased to say we have sunshine and brilliant blue skies. Certainly makes a change from all the torrential rain. I had a lovely long walk with mum this morning, and decided to chase a seagull. Well, it was making a funny noise at me and was just asking to be chased, so I had to do as I was asked, didn't I? Hehe! Spoilsport mum shouted me back, and I came running back to her looking absolutely filthy, but very happy with myself! Mum has spoken to my Nana (Katie's mum), and Katie is feeling a lot better today. She is still taking her pills, and is almost back to her normal self. She gave us all a scare, but, thankfully, the pills are working and is looking a lot happier and healthier. Take care my friend, and treat today is sausage, beans and chips. Hi, Sorry we’ve not been around this week but it’s been another chaotic one, first the bad news…. human granddad had a mini stroke, but is recovering really well considering. Now for some good news Human brother has been brought home early from Afghanistan for a promotions course. To be honest we don’t care if he passes of fails it we are just glad he’s safely back in the UK. Paws crossed we may even get to see him soon. We are just popping by with a treat. Karla is feeling a lot better now and almost back to her normal bouncing self, Mum has almost got her bark back.. well she barked at Tumnus when he tried bringing a dead bird home lol. Afternoon Marthakins. Hope all is well where you are. A wet and miserable day here. It has been raining all day so far, so I am looking very fluffy after my morning wander! I may get a reprieve this afternoon, as mum said the rain is too heavy for me to go out in. I translated that to mean mum doesn't want to get soaked, so we are in for the rest of the day! Hi, well another really odd day not only did Mum loose her bark but Karla started being poorly. Mum then had to take her to the vets with a printout she did on the computer as she couldn’t bark at our vet, so with that, mouthing words & a lot of arm waving they managed to communicate. He did feel sorry for mum but Mum did the right thing as Karla was poorly and had a very high temperature. Mum has to go back this evening to get some more jabs and have Karla checked over again.
