When Cara Darling died my mummy came to see me where I lived in Dorset and she brought me home to be a friend for Luke who was very sad.

Hi Dexter, sorry we haven't written for a while, we went to our Labrador rescue party and had great fun, Jack won a rosette for coming 3rd in the most handsome dog event (lucky boy). PS. we have added some more photos hope you like them. Sausages and chips today xxx

Hi Dexter, I have been painting with my tail & for days had a 'Applewhite' designer tail with delicate flicks on the ends, the cats have been keeping me busy, bit scared of Tigger, he sometimes blocks me in the kitchen & I have to bark so my Mum & Dad can remove him to enable me to get pass, it is those sharp things at the end of his claws, I don't like, he is into everything, the washing machine, dishwasher, he jumps onto my Mum back & she has to piggyback him to the settee, he has even learnt how to paw out the cat food out of tins. Do you remember Arthur, the white cat on TV a few years back?, he has copied that trick. Zebedee, sadly has been catching birds, we tried to save them, but as you know, once a cat catches one, sadly their fate is sealed, she attempted to revitalised one with water, he did respond but a few seconds later died in her hands. To human news, my Mum tried to set the kitchen alight, she made some watercress homemade soup & turn down the gas when she did something else, forgot to turn it off completely & when later put down her favourite doggy fleece on the stove ready for the next wash, went out to hang the first wash on the line, needless to say, the fleece went up in flames, she was so cross with herself for being so silly but it could have been a lot worse, if it had been Dad's shorts she could have replaced them from M&S but this fleece was a one off. I have been off my medication apart from joint care, to see how I fare, still get tired and I still get a limp but now the weather is cooler, it doesn't seem as bad, I tend to run around like a mad thing for the first 5 minutes & then run out of energy, if I meet my friend Susie, she keeps me going while the Mums chat. I am leaving you some Cullen Skink, my Mum has learnt her lesson & always double checks the gas ring is turned off. There is probably more to tell, but I haven't been in contact for a while, so might have forgotten some antics. Love, Dylan xx xx

Hi Dexter, humans have decided to call the new ginger fluff ball 'Tigger', he is curious, greedy, mischievous, playful, he bounces, leaps, jumps, hisses but he is OK. When he is microchipped, I know, he will be here to stay. Steak treat today. Love, Dylan xx xx

Hi Dexter hope you are all ok as we have not heard from you for a while. Well the weather here today is horrible it rained for most of it but has stopped for now, hope it's better on sunday as our local rspca are having their open day and we really want to meet all those lovely dogs. Jack is feeling alot better the Metacam really seems to be working well. We have also added some holiday photos now in Bally and Jack's kennel if you want to take a look. Leaving you chicken and egg pie today xxx

hi there thanks for popping round how are you? were ok how was your day? we didn't do much today we just mucked about in the house then we went outside for a bit and had a carry on and got heated by the fire but then mum and her parents told us to go away as we were attracting the midges so maggie just let bob lick her dry from the rain the weather was rubbish all week so fingers cross this week will be better leaving you a doughnut enjoy xx

Hi Dexter, again, our sympathies, we are so sorry you lost your Mum. It was my birthday yesterday & guess what, I was at the vets along with Whisky, one of our cats, I have left you a slice of my cake. Hopefully they will sort out my limp & Whisky's bad tooth, as we are both a bit uncomfortable. my Mum took the opportunity to wash all my water bowls in the dishwasher & washed our bedding, even cooked the chicken for our homecoming. Enjoy your cake & when I am better, it will be a good excuse to have another party. Love, Dylan, Whisky & the other cats x

Hi there my friend, first of all we would like to say thank you to everyone who voted for Bally as June's Laydee of the Month, as you know she won and is so happy. Also the paddling pool has arrived so please look at the new photos, there is one in Bally's kennel and one in Jack's, unfortunaly it wasn't a huge success which was surprising as they both love the sea, ponds and lakes and Bally just loves laying in those muddy muddles, but all they did was stand in it (maybe the water was to clean for them) never mind. Todays treat is chicken and chips xxx
