Hello Indi and gang yesterday it turned coudly and really cold too today it is coudly but not to cold out there, yesterday afternoon mum took us to the place we told you about yesterday the new one we went to pathways mum stood on the first field throwing are balls for us to chase, we then walked up the path and then turned right where mum stood on another field throwing are balls for us to chase, and then we walked back down the path and mum stood on the front field throwing are balls for us to chase again and then we went home, yesterday before it got dark mum took us out for another walk we went over the fields and mum had just let us off lead when Bella spotted a pheasant so of she went running after that, we went on the back field and mum threw are balls all over the field for us to chase after Bella then spotted a rabbit it popped it's head out right in front of her, so of course she just had to have a chase after that too she did have a sniff around to see if she could smell it again, this morning we have been for a walk we went over the pathways again we do love it over there mum stood on the first field throwing are balls for us to chase, and then we walked up the path some more and she stopped on the path and threw are balls for us to chase after again and then we turned right and played more ball on this other field, after a while mum heard someone speak so we went on are leads and sure enough that meant dogs two of them actually the man walked past us and stopped and said hello, one of the dogs was on lead but friendly the other wanted us to play i was quite good actually i did snap at him a few times i even put my nose right up against the dog on his lead, Bella was trying to get at the dog off lead when mum and there owner was speaking she went for the grey dog the one off lead mum did say sorry, Bella likes to protect me now mum pulled her away as she was on lead the man said they are as soft as anything so maybe i can play with them we then walked back down the path and mum stood on the first field again throwing are balls for us to chase, and then mum said it was time to go home so just as mum was about to put my lead on i thought it would be a good idea to have a paddle in the stream i had a walk along it too, well i was hot and needed to cool down but boy i do smell now well that's what mum said's well we are off for a nap as we was out for ages, leaving you a pork belly strip wtih mash potato and some veg love and woofs Holly and Bella xx

Hi Angus here. I’m sorry I am not as regular with my kennel visits as I should be. Well, I went to the vets on Tuesday to have my staple stitches out and the vet said I have some swelling on my leg. It isn’t unusual to have it, but he suggested that I keep the staples in and he gave me some more antibiotics. I have to go back on Saturday, and he will check again. I can’t wait to have the staples out as it also means I can take the awful plastic lampshade off my head. I knock into everything! Hope everything is Ok with you. I haven’t had any walks and not allowed on the bed or furniture. I’m bored! Take care. Love Angus xxx leaving some treats….

Hello Indi and gang it rained all morning and all afternoon yeserday it stopped raining just before tea and so far today we haven't had any rain it's abit cloudy today, yesterday morning mum to us out for a walk we went onto the little grave yard field first Holly had to stay on her lead only another week to go until she can go off lead again, Holly had a splash in some puddles and i had a sniff around mum then walked us over to green fields where we walked up and down the paths i ran off in front of mum and Holly, then we walked home and we had to be rubbed down when we got in we stayed in for the rest of the day and i played some ball with mum and Holly played with some of are toys, this morning mum has taken us out for a walk we went over the fields it was rather muddy and there were puddles everywhere so we stayed on the front field and the front of the back field too mum threw my ball for me to fetch which i did, but she didn't throw it that far for me as i don't like fetching it that far over the fields for some reason Holly of course had to stay on her lead but she was on a flexi one so mum kept calling her back to her so she had a run running back to mum, she kept nicking my ball though before we went home we had a quick walk round the little grave yard field and then we went home we had to be rubbed down when we got in again, and Holly had to have her lampshade wiped down as she brought quite abit of mud back on it better go visit the rest of are friends, leaving you some fish pie and a slice of crusty bread love and woofs Bella and Holly xx

Hello Indi and gang we had a play with are toys this morning of course i only played with a ball so mum was throwing that for me to catch, Holly played with a ripped teddy bear she had mum throwing that for her too and of course she had mum throwing her blankets too she must be the only dog that chases blankets, well we had a quick nap and then mum took us out over to green fields we went onto the first field and chased are balls on there and then onto the paths we went well mum threw are balls down the paths but sometimes she threw them back onto the field, of course we lost both are balls though mum should take 3 out with her just incase i just hope we don't run out!! so of course we had to make do with playing together although i didn't want to of course Holly did i wanted to have a sniff around, well mum played a game where she walks away from us and then she calls us so of course we have to go running back to her well Holly does i like to jog back most of the time, we had to be rubbed down when we got in which we wasn't keen on but mum won in the end so now we are off for a nap leaving you sausage, egg chips and beans love and woofs Bella and Holly xx

Hi there, Angus here. How was your weekend? Well on Sunday, Bertie’s dad was 50 (actually he is 50 tomorrow), we went around there for a big Sunday lunch. I got lots of lovely treats, and was able to play with Bertie, and also our mate Harry, who is also a Springer. We all went to the park in the afternoon. I slept a LOT yesterday evening. I layed on the settee and was in a deep sleep, as I was making silly noises and made dad laugh. Have a good day today. Leaving you some lovely Roast Beef and Yorkshire puds. Love Angus xxxx

Greetings from a wet and dismal Somerset. Its been an ordinary weekend, though Daddy is pleased, as my limp seems to have vanished. I am still taking my medicine. Dad says I need a haircut, but I hope he waits until the end of February, and the last of the really cold weather has gone. Leaving you some chicken and rice, and a cup of hot tea.. keep warm, love Angus

Wow.. for my first time, I saw real deep snow. We usually don’t get any, or just a dusting here, but yesterday morning when I went out for my morning ablutions, everything was white, and deep too. I ran around the garden in the snow and felt it crunch under my feet. Daddy couldn’t get to work yesterday, so we went to the park and then on to the beach and we were out for hours. It was great. Today he is working so I and in the snowy woods today with Bertie and his Dad. Hope you’re enjoying the snow too (the sunshine if you’re in Australia!). Leaving you a hot tea with milk, and cheese on toast.. enjoy! Love Angus xxx

Hi all. Angus here. It’s been a long holiday and sooo busy. Daddy has been off and we have been doing lots of things. We went to London to visit friends and relatives and some Aunties and Uncles met me for the first time. We also stopped at Auntie Angie’s and I played with Teddy for a while. New Year was fun, daddy dressed up as Cruella de Vil for a fancy dress party. He did look silly! Still no snow. It is supposed to snow tonight, but I doubt we will get any! Have a wonderful new year.. Love Angus.. leaving you some mince pies and a nice big lick for luck in 2010!

Hello everyone. I am so excited. Christmas is sooo close now. Dad and I would like to wish all our DS friends a very very Happy Christmas. Dad is off after today, so I will have 100pc of his attention. Can we also ask everyone to think of our missing friends who are at Rainbow Bridge, and send them loving thoughts and prayers. Auntie Angie’s message for the angels, the other day, was lovely, wasn’t it? A special get well prayer to Desmond’s dad who will be separated from Des and his mum for Christmas. Lots of love to everyone. We are so happy to have made so many friends on this site. Next rounds will be after Christmas, so we both send a wish that everyone gets what they have hoped for, and more, and enjoy a great festive holiday. Leaving you with a glass of sherry (juice for the furbabies.. sorry!), and some Christmas Pudding and custard.. yummm.. love Angus xxxx and Daddy xxx PS Daddy is preparing his costume for our New Year fancy dress party…. I don’t think I’m gonna like it…. More news after Christmas..

Hi Angus here. How was your weekend? We still have not had any snow at home, but Daddy has it where he works. It snowed a bit on Friday but didn’t last more than half an hour. Normally I have a very special walk on my birthday, but Dad had to work so we had our special walk on Saturday. We walked along the ‘Strawberry Line’. It is a disused railway line from Cheddar to the main Bristol line and used to carry the local strawberries. I had never walked there before and it was great to have new smells and sights. In parts there are high embankments and I loved running up them. I was a bit scared in the tunnel though and kept close to Dad. He will soon be off for Christmas and New Year and we can spend more time together. I can open my pressies soon, too.. I see him trying to hide them from me! Well, I’m going back to the fire to keep warm, and leave you some cheese and tomato quiche. Love Angus xx
