back again its hot and sunny today so nice weather for my olympic training,got to keep in training so today im doing my 200 metre sprint with mums washing(im helping her dry it quicker he,he)then im on to my spider catching and lets hide the ball from mum game(its great when we know where it is but they dont he,he)got you some nice steak with salad and a rice cake for afters sorry if the rice cake has teeth marks in them was just testing before i gave you them he,he see you soon luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx*

hi my buddy,been busy today helping mum strip all the wallpaper off the walls its good fun though im not allowed to eat it!!(mum being a spoilsport again!)had a little accident this morning bumped my head off the door it really hurt but im fine now as i got lots of cuddles to make me feel better,got you some nice chicken and pasta bake today with jelly and ice cream for afters,off to see what else i can help mum with (he,he)its great fun got my class tonite so will need to pretend im shy again(he,he)you get more treats that way!!be back soon luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx*

hello my friend,the sun is shining today so lots of spider catching practise for me,mums gave me a frozen kong to keep me busy for a little while as apparently im putting too many air holes in her boxes(doesnt she know im trying to help!!)got a new cuddly duck today as well(wonder how long that will last before it goes to casualty he,he)its friday so got you chicken curry and rice and a bannana fritter for afters will come back soon luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx

hi my friend,still doing my olympic training dont worry have put your name down for the team we will be representing doggy snaps at the olympics he,he today ive been practising my jumping got so high i got on mums worktop and stole a cake(again mum was a spoilsport wanted it all to herself,so she took it off me)i mean i ask you cant these humans not get their own food?anyways got you some lovely beef and ale pie(dont get to tipsy on the ale he,he)and some fruit salad for afters the sun is shining here today so might get lots more practise in see you soon luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx*

afternoon,just done my morning 200 metres ready for the 400 metres later,dont want to tire mum out too much so im sure dad needs some more excercise will make sure i keep him fit for the house move,guess what i caught a spider and a moth when i was out doing my training not sure mum was happy think she wanted them to herself as she tryed to steal them from my mouth(she can catch her own),as you know whats in our mouths are ours to eat!!got you some lovely sausage rolls and a rice cake for afters will come back soon luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx*

Mornin' gorgeous.. We had thunder and lightening yesterday.. I like to bark at it and if allowed I like to go outside and bark till it goes away. Mum is not impressed. Max hates it and I nip his ears cos I think he is a wimp when he gets behind a chair. Mum shouts at me for that too. I can't win. I was in trouble with dad the other day. Whilst mum was at work I stole a whole packet of Dentastix (my favourite). I am sure no-one would have known if I hadn't forgotten and left the chewed up paper all over the floor. Will remember next time - thats if I can reach them because mum has now put them in a cupboard high on the wall. Now where are those step ladders kept I wonder. hi my friend being busy helping mum again,this morning i decided i liked the rain and mum needed a shower so decided i would stay out in the pouring rain for ages mum said rosie if i had known you were going to be out this long i could have brought my shower gel with me(he,he)her fault for not taking a brolley,then i decided when i came home to do my 200 metres(helps get you dry)mum being the spoilsport eventually caught me and wrapped me up in the towel,have got you some lovely tuna pasta today with strawberry jelly for afters will come back soon lots of luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx*

Hi Daisy. Well it certainly is a dog's life round here. My three are in various places in dreamland, having, of course, had a sumptious meal. While I, apparently the Alpha, am acting as an aged delivery boy on their behalf. Whatever! Today's special is a diet aware low calorie blini. Also enclosed is some high fat cream cheese and some smoked salmon. The choice is entirely yours! And for fun, I also enclose an old slipper. Enjoy.
