Thanks for your kind messages. I am on the mend now. Dr Desmond and his Nurses Jessica and Lily, did a fine job. I am still hobbling on a wedgy shoe and desperate to walk Jess and drive again. Probably got to wait another few weeks yet Have to be taken out by my husband in the car...to Tesco!! I can't walk much further than round the supermarket at the moment. I had my other foot done three years ago so I know it is worth it. Just frustrating sitting around for weeks on end. I have been cross-stitching my cot quilt like a maniac!! Alison x

Hello to you all! My, your mum must have her hands full! I have been sleeping most of the day, must be all those muddy puddles i have been rolling in! Mum has bought me some pigs trotters from the butchers and cooked them up. Yum! The weather has turned milder here. Am busy chasing the ducks along the canal, when they go in the water, i am free to eat their poop, that makes my breath really stink like you wouldnt believe! Left you some steak and sausages, love Sid xx
