Oh dear, I got into trouble today by my grandad. I was caught digging a hole in Nanny's garden, Lily was doing it aswell, infact she was doing more! We were both plonked into the bath. Lily hated it, she had to go in first. We were so dirty, the water turned completely black!! Had a tiny bit of mummy's chinese takeaway tonight, it was lovely. I'm sending you a mini spring roll with some egg friend rice. Lots of love your friend Alfie xox

Mummy dragged me down to the vets this morning, it was soooooo scary. I hate it. I cried and cried and cried and shook whilst in the waiting room but I was very brave when I saw the vet lady. She messed around with my little 'winkie' and my behind :( I had to get my anal glands done and it looks like I will have to have an operation on my 'winkie' in the near future :( I've got something called Parapermosis or something like that, can't remember the correct name. Mummy's a bit worried about that! I was given a steroid injection but I didn't even feel it go in :) It was a lovely feeling when we left, had such a great time in the park chasing conkers. hi my friend im back,would have been quicker only thanks to virgin media i had to wait till they fixed there problems again!!!well as im not allowed any spiders anymore i nearly had a slug but mum beat me to it!! so decided i would dig up her garden for her she wasnt impressed!!they are never happy are they!i mean take the treasure chest(the bin)we try to empty it for them they dont like us helping!but i always hear them saying they must empty the bin!so why cant we empty it for them?then theres the food they leave lying why we cant have it i dont know?i mean human sis left her cream cake i nearly had it as well till she said no rosie that will make you sick!well i never got the chance to see if it would make me sick or not !!mind you i did have a little taste of the cream he,he, got you some beef stew and dumplings today with fruit crumble for afters im off to see if i can work out the humans will let you know how i get on luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx*

hello again my friend,how are you today?we have a nice sunny day and guess what ive been skating !!well not really skating the cat was in the kitchen and when i saw her i got so excited to see her i slid all the way across the floor and banged in to the kitchen units at which point the cat whacked me in the face and ran away!cats they just dont appreciate us do they?im fine as mum gave me lots of hugs going to the park soon to play with my new rugby ball then i might get my new treats that my best friend yaz sent me they are yummy,got you some steak pie and veg with apple crumble for afters im off to try and work out why the cat doesnt like me!see you soon luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx*

wow im like a bouncy ball i keep coming back my friend he,he,i have some more tips for you today he,he,if you get bored start looking sad and the humans will make a fuss of you and give you lots of hugs then start running around till they are red in the face with chasing you so you get a big chew bone to calm you down works all the time!!another one is to keep going to your food bowl and licking it and sniffing it even though there is nothing there and give the sad sam eyes look so the humans then go and get you food saying aww they must be hungry he,he, got you some chicken curry and fried rice today with prawn crackers for afters im off to see what else i can do to keep the humans on there toes see you soon luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx*

i just love visiting your kennel my friend,had a great day learned you cant sit on top of cats as they make a funny screaching sound and you get told off!i was only trying to play with her,also learned if you have something in your mouth make sure the humans see it as they will always offer you a swap for a biscuit works every time!and if you want there attention but they are watching the tv just start barking they will soon play with you or take you a walk of course by the time there programme has finished you are tired and want to sleep he,he,well ive brought you some nice juicy steak today with a cream doughnut for afters and a fortune cookie carefull you dont eat the paper inside he,he. hope you have a nice week-end will come back soon luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx*

Hi Sampson, it is like a beautiful crisp sunny autumn morning, although officially summertime is supposed to still be here! I think the probability of an early walk is quite high : ) It has been a very wet weekend; I went to the park early yesterday morning avoiding the rain, although we did get a little wet in the afternoon at the forest. Have a lovely day, leaving you for yummy breakfast: Hot bacon butties with hp sauce & tomato ketchup, waffles with melting cheese & ham, platter of fresh fruits, freshly made Raspberry muffins. guess what my friend?im feeling a lot better,mums off to get me some new toys again(its a mystery to me they all seem to fall apart? )mum says its raining cats and dogs today but all i can see is water!!them humans are so weird!ive been doing some detective work this morning as my squeaky toys keep going missing(usually when dads programmes are on the tv!)i did try to ask shez the cat if she knew but she whacked me in the face the cheek of it!!i think she is guilty what do you think?either that or she just doesnt understand me!!not sure i i will ever understand them humans and cats!!got you some lovely chicken pizza today with a cream doughnut for afters off to do some more detective work will come back soon luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx*

hello my dear friend well i love having griffin here i love being the boss he tries to sit on mum and dads laps so i push him off weve swopped our food i like his and he loves mine but we dont argue not even with the chews weve been over the fields but the cows were out griffin was scared hehe i was ok and was showing off as usual well today im sending some quiche mum got it from work it was a bogof [ buy one get one free ] lots of love teddy xxxx and griffin xxxx

back again been really wet today,but that hasnt stopped me splashing in the puddles still not eating out my bowl but eating my food if mum puts it in my treat ball,mum made me some scrambled egg and i ate it all up so dad said there cant be much wrong with me if ate that and im still eating my treats,cant get booked in for my op till october as the vet was on holiday and is only catching up plus dad is back at work and not on holiday again till october,mum has still to put my new pics on she has been busy with work so not had time yet(and i sat all nice as well) got you some nice beef stew today with fruit salad for afters off to to see if i can find anymore spiders as shez the cat trys to get them before me!!!see you soon luv and woofs *xxxrosiexxx*

THE JOYS OF DOG OWNERSHIP....CHAPTER 4. ("Ahs" not "Urghs"). DOBERDOG. Max has given up barking, instead he is quite clearly saying "Rolf". He has always been quite articulate, once when he was begging at the dining table I told him that he could have some ham if he could say "gammon". Ten minutes later he said "gammon". He hasn't worked out however that it doesn't work if we are eating fish, steak, shepherds pie etc. He also has yet to manage to say "pease pudding"! Anyway Rolf. I am uncertain as to whether he is calling for Rolf Harris to put him on a pet programme or, alternatively, he has a friend called Rolf, in this life or a previous one. Advice wanted. THE GIRLS. They were asleep in the sitting room, Sarika on the sofa, Purdey on the floor. Purdey was having something of a nightmare judging by the squeaky barking and whimpering. This was getting louder and more frequent. As I went to her Sarika overtook me and started to gently lick her face, clearly comforting her. It was one of those wonderful moments and I nearly cried. ME On the phone late last night with work people in the USA, the dogs were in bed. I went to the loo for a pee on my way to bed. Thought I wouldn't flush because I did not want to disturb the dogs. DID NOT WANT TO DISTURB THE DOGS! What is that all about? I think that they have finally taken complete control of my life. And do you know something? I really don't mind. TREATS. Relevant today. First a Didgeridoo (just in case it is THAT Rolf and he turns up), then a mug of Horlicks (gives untroubled sleep apparently) and finally a loo with a silent flush. Have fun x
