Hello Bonny, how are you feeling, we hope the holiday is doing you and your mum good. It is freezing here, it never warmed up all day. When we were running in the fields, poor mum was watching her footing, as she was afraid of slipping, after she broke her wrist last year. We are leaving chicken for you today. Lots of love, Molly & Floss.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi Bonny, tip to self(1)....be more careful when lifting and turning with a full bucket of water. No, I didn’t spill it on the floor, in fact I rather wish I had....instead I have ended up with a prolapsed disc in my lower spine. And yes, it was OUCH (amongst other words) then, OUCH now and OUCH for some time to come. At least the doggies are all “in the pink”...well, actually the girlie gundogs, the Princessliness Sarika and Purdey the Poomonster, are in the not surprisingly MUD COLOURED BROWN (the paths and tracks round here being filthy at the moment) and Max, well Max is in a bed which I suppose could be pink but is actually BLUE. Anyway they join their injured slave in sending their regards. And finally, one for the anglers.....Two parrots are sitting on a perch. One turns to the other and says "Can you smell fish?" xx

Hi Bonny, I hope your Mum is feeling better now. We have not been around for the past month as Nan had an op on her foot, she's on the mend now. Sending you over a bit of my birthday cake. Nan had her op on my birthday 11 November, so the cake's bit old and squidgy but I kept in tupperware for you. The lid is good as a frisbee, lots of love to my girl and kisses for your Mum, from Dessie, your Old Boy xxx

The search for santa part 3.……Toney was packing his warm clothes, then his phone began to ring, so Toney picked it up and said “Hello” A voice came back “Hiya yankee doodle dandiest is me Teddy the hunk and babe magnet esquire” Toney replied “Hi Ted” thinking to himself with a smile what an ego Ted had. Teddy replied “Right - this is what Jenny has organised for us - we catch the dog air flight to New York and we land at JFK at 15.00 then we have to meet hot lips Zahli at Long Beach she has a very powerful ice cutter boat that we get us near the North Pole - then we meet Ella and Apollo and Ella who will take us the rest of the way - don’t ask me why Ella and Apollo are out there - only Jenny knows the answer” Toney asked “Is Jenny coming with us?” “No” replied Ted “She said it is to darn cold out there - she will be by the fire plus she has some Mata Hari work to do, she has sorted this for us and the rest of the dogs are coming and there is a dog mobile picking up Albert and Findley and Jenny got one for me and the others as well to go to Gatwick to catch the flight, best go I heard a horn” Toney said “This is great - can you thank Jenny for me next time you see her” Ted said “She only did it coz she fancies me - I best go I heard that horn again” “See ya when you get here - bye Ted” replied Toney. Ted put the phone down and ran out to the dog mobile - he jumped in and the dog mobile took off at great speed Ted greeted everyone and Gimli said “This is great - we are all going to meet father christmas” Little Mo said “We had all better listen to the driver he has instructions from Jenny” Everyone was quiet and the driver said “Jenny has put humans clothes in for you - you have to put them on so you can get through the airport customs ok, what you do is stand on each others shoulders - except for Max - he is tall enough to wear the clothes - you better get ready - we are nearly there” The dog mobile stopped - they had arrived a Gatwick Airport, then another dog mobile pulled up - the door opened and Albert and Findley ran over to meet them. Max said “Ted if Gimli jumps on your shoulders, Albert on Little Mo’s shoulders and Findley on Shadows shoulders and we will support one another walking” So that’s what they did, they went behind some trees so they could climb on each others shoulders with drawing attention to themselves. “Ted said “Trust you Gimli to choose the laydees clothes and stop wiggling about up there - Gimli have you trumped it does stink?” “No I have not trumped” giggled Gimli, “And stop moaning you will give us away” then they heard “Psssst psssst over here” They looked to see Foxy wearing a pilots uniform - they all wobbled after him “Ted said “you are not flying us are you?” Foxy replied “Of course I am you cheeky so and so - by the way where are you Ted I can hear you but I cannot see you” Gimli pointed down to the skirt that he and Ted were wearing - Foxy laughed and said “Come around here and take those clothes off you lot do look funny” So they all removed the clothes that Jenny supplied, Findley said “So we are going to meet father Christmas” “Yes” replied Foxy “You are and while you are there you can give him Jess and I’s christmas list” Albert replied “I will give it to him I promise” They all boarded the plane and fastened their seat belts and Foxy’s voice came over the tanoy “Good Morning Laydees and gentlemen this is your captain speaking, Jess will be your trolley dolly today she will serve you drinks and look after you, the weather is fine and we will land on schedule at JFK - enjoy the flight” Jess began serving drinks and asked “Shadow are you ok - would you like a drink? “Yes please - but not for Albert he is asleep” Then Ted said “Trolley dolly over here heehee” Jess went over to Ted and said “Yes” Ted replied “I will have a drink” Jess gave Ted a drink and spilt some over him “You did that on purpose” Jess said “Who me hee hee” The plane landed at JFK, they got out of the planet, then a big dog mobile pulled up and Toney got out gave Little Mo a big hug and turned to them all and said “Welcome to the Big Apple” Max looked around and said “Well where is it?” Toney replied “Wheres what?” “My big apple - where is I am starving”………………..to be continued……………………………….................................................................................................Jess is wheeling over to you a glass of port and a Yule log…. Doesn’t she look lovely in her air hostess uniform

Hi Bonny how are yo doing? What a wet and miserable day yesterday, it rained non stop from when we got up until we went to bed – in fact I did spend most of my day snoozing in bed, just a quick trip outside every now and again to do my business, then a date with the towel – he he. In fact I decided to stay at home when mum fed Ella as the whole farm is now a swamp. Ella’s eye was still very sore so mum called the vet out and it’s an eye infection that if left untreated could lead to the pupil shutting down and in the end cause blindness so she is now on antibiotics and has to have special eye drops twice a day. She was such a good girl with the vet and she has another checkup next week to make sure it heals ok. Dry so far this morning so got my walk in quickly. Once it gets light mum will go out and give Ella her morning eye drops and we are hoping it’s getting better. Leaving you a pizza today. Lots of love Ellie and Ella xxxxxxxxx

Hi there Bonny, Well I've finally managed to get Mum on her computer she's been soooo busy this week. Auntie Margaret and Mum have been helping to check through oodles of shoe boxes people have filled with toys and things to send to orphans in a place called Romania. Mum says I am a lucky girl cause I've got loads of toys and a better home than they have. I hope they enjoy their pressies. I'm getting excited about Santa Paws coming soon, I wonder what he'll bring me. Mum went in town yesterday and brought home a jumper for me to give Dad, it looks nice and cuddly. I've just been out for my walk and met my best friend Milo. Mum says she must get a photo of him and me kissing, cheek. It's a lovely day here, sunnyish, calm and not too cold. Hope it stays that way for the weekend and the sun shines on you too. Leaving a plate of Mum's stew she made yesterday, it's really yummy. Lots of love and kisses to you, Lucy. xxxxxxxxxx ps lots of love to your lovely Mumxxxxxx

Hi there… been a quiet few days for me, but poor old Bertie got bitten by 2 Scottie dogs in the park, and his daddy had to take him to the vets yesterday. I sat in the car while they went in. The vet found bite marks on him, so they gave him an injection and some tablets. I hope he will be better today. He hasn’t felt much like playing with me yesterday so maybe he will be a bit livelier today. Hope you are OK.. take care, Love Angus. Here are some smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwiches. Speak later xxxx

Hi Bonny - we're missing you - hope you and your family are all okay. Mum took us out tonight for our walk on the moor and it was not only dark but very misty and we nearly got lost! Mum got totally disorientated because we couldn’t see where we were going and all the landmarks were just dark shapes in the mist! We thought the Hound of the Baskervilles was going to jump out on us but it turned out to be a grazing cow. Good job she had her doggy whistle cos when we were running about we couldn’t see mum and had to home in on the whistle. We were all glad when we found our way back to the car. We haven’t had any snow yet but its got very cold and we may have some at the weekend. Sending you some Doggy Chocs tonight and lots of love and licks from Jackson and Kia xxx
