Hi Sid, I have never been swimming yet but have had a little paddle. I think i might try the swimming when i am a little bigger. getting cold and wet here in spain now so i am spending more time indoors during the day. I am looking forward to my mum coming back from england. I thought she was here the other day so went tearing up the track to the house but it was only her friend putting something into the house. She gave me a cuddle which was nice but i would rather have my mum back. leaving you some doggie chocs Rubydoo xx

Classic Axle story....(I did not get him until he was 2 so he was missing some basic manners---doggie commandments--Thou shalt never get in the trash...Thou shalt never jump on counter) small things like that. Plus, he was very sneaky....I never once in 6 years caught him in the trash...however I knew it was always him. Back to classic Axle story...My husband always used to gripe that I never fixed a turkey on Thanksgiving but my mom always fixes a huge dinner and everyone eats there. So I commented to him that we should buy one on Friday. He said he would buy one and fix it himself. Perfect! He fixed his turkey and we were all sitting in the family room finishing a friday late evening meal and we hear a huge clashing in the kitchen. Axle had jumped up and grabbed the whole turkey and was leaving with his prize. There was turkey broth everywhere, even though I was angry I could only laugh...My husband, who had been such an about the turkey...long before Axle did his damage, kind of deserved it. He hadn't done that great of a job anyways. Axle thought so...Is all I could think about was that movie "A Christmas Story". Where Ralphy's dad was waiting on his turkey and the neighbors bloodhounds came and took it all. I did take it from Axle and offer to wash it off and save it for my husband though...I was laughing the entire time, so I am sure that Axle hadn't the slightest idea that he did anything wrong. That was the only time he had ever been caught (obviously we knew he did it) but he was never actually busted with his front feet ever touching the counter. He had never actually stolen food in the kitchen with us at home. Axle has many sneaky food stealing incidents and he was always creative. His only canine brother was little Pancake who was with Axle for about 4 years before he died.
