Hi - hope you get through the weekend ok - its funny you should say about going to dog shelter to walk some of the dogs I did exactly the same thing every afternoon as I was craving doggy cuddles and could not bear to go home to a dogless empty house before my husband got home from work. Strangely the local sanctuary (Bleakholt - good website) is somewhere I go often and yet that first week I saw Jenna for the very first time yet she had been there 7 whole months without our paths crossing (and I ALWAYS look in every kennel and am familiar with who is there) but she was there when I needed her most and home she came. Hi - so sorry I did not get back to you yesterday - still getting used to this site and keep forgetting to check messages on front page just look at those comments attached to photos - Ithink I will remember now. I know what you mean about missing him at the park. It took me over a year to get back to the huge field where our last dog used to chase her ball even though we got Jenna after only 2 weeks. The first weeks (well months really) are awful and dont think I would have coped if we had not got Jenna she is so huggable and proved a great shoulder to cry on and she did make us smile again through the tears. Thinking of you xx
