My mums friend brought around a new friend for us to play with yesterday. He is a little 12 week old collie X Springer Spaniel. We were having lots of fun until Mum got that camera thing out ( Grrrr I really hate that thing) I had to hide until it went away but at least she didn’t get it out for too long. Leaving you a treat from Belle, Karla & Mum x x

Hi all… well after a drizzly start, it isn’t too bad today. Though I’m bored after my holiday. I had gotten so used to being with all my mates all day, Its now me and daddy or just me and Bertie and his dad when my dad is at work. I showed my disapproval by chewing one of his slippers yesterday! I am sure I will get back into my routine.. Looking forward to my next holiday wherever and whenever that is! Leaving you some chicken nuggets and a slipper innersole that I started to destroy. Luv, Angus xx

Hi Shady, well we had a great walk yesterday evening. Well, to be precise, it was great until the moment when I attached Purdey's lead. You see I hadn't noticed that she had rolled in something and I am actually not sure, on reflection, whether I noticed before or after the deer's breakfast was on my hand. And did it pong, you ask? Well, it took five washes in soapy water and treatment with tomato sauce (useless) and tomato puree (much better) to get rid of the stink....and that was just from my hand! Purdey, the gorgeous little sod, required more drastic treatment and is now, thanks to the tomato puree, a RED Slovakian Rough Haired Pointer. Sarika looked on in regal disdain at the chaos and also increased her human vocabulary somewhat, doberdog was, yes that is right, sleeping. Today we thought we had better send over some dog friendly bleach so that, if you are lucky enough to find and roll in some deer poo, you can be restored to your former glory without changing colour. Have fun x

Hello.. How was your weekend? Hope it was good. Nice weather Saturday. Some of daddy’s friends went to London for the day, so we opened the Angus dog sitting service. Bertie was here for the day, and also Harry, who is another Springer. He is 6. We had a cracking day together. We did laugh to watch daddy trying to keep us together in the park. Harry likes to wander..hehehe Yesterday was quieter, also cloudy. Well, next week I am on my holidays, tell you more about it during the week. Have a good day,, here’s some Liver and Bacon… Angus xx

Sorry we've not been around for a while, hope all is well with all our doggy friends. We're off on our hols on Saturday - mum's taking us to an exotic sunny place called Mablethorpe where they've got miles of beaches for us to run on! Cassie likes nothing better than racing along the shore trying to kill the sea and I love digging huge holes! Not found any bones in any of them yet though, but I live in hope! Have left an extra special tasty liver and bacon treat for you. Jedi and Cassie xx

Hi there. Dad gave up last night trying to visit kennels and said he would try again this morning. How are you? It’s a cloudy day today but very muggy. I like laying in the hallway these days as the floor is cooler there. My favourite place, especially if there are visitors, is between the living room door and the bottom of the stairs and basically stops anyone coming down the stairs, or go to the kitchen, without having to climb over me first. And I will not move for them… hehehe such fun seeing them struggle. Enjoy your day… love and sniffs from Angus. Here is a nice juicy lamb bone to gnaw or hide in the garden.

Hi Shady, how are you and the humans? I haven't had a dog poo moment (if you know what I mean) for a while, in fact I had hoped I had had my last such moment. WRONG. I was walking Sarika earlier. Her princessliness went off to do "what is natural". I got a nappy sack out of my pocket (every item of clothing I have with a pocket has nappy sacks in that pocket) and put my hand in the nappy sack so I could then pick up the poo, reverse the sack, tie up the handles and job done (in more ways than one!). I am not sure when I discovered that I had put my thumb through the hole in the sack tie handle. Was it when I sensed the strange feeling on my thumb or was it when I saw what had happened? And does it really matter? Ugh..Ugh..and more Ughs. After lots of wiping of my thumb on the grass I walked home holding my right hand as far away from me as possible. What hand? No, its not with me! Never seen it before! Anyway I managed to get in the house without using the thumb and several scrubbings later I think that it is finally clean. So today, not surprisingly, the girls and dobes are delivering some nappy sacks without tie handles for your humans. I am off to have another wash. Have fun x

Hello my friend.. it’s been a dismal few days. On Wednesday daddy took me ok the beach and it was howling with wind, and daddy put up a big umbrella and it just broke! We both got soaked. The umbrella went into the bin. Yesterday was a bit better, dryer at least but windy and cool. Today looks cloudy. Thanks for signing the petition for us. Please tell all your friends, my neighbour has put the link on facebook for us so we may get a broader awareness of the awful collar. Lets hope Auntie Angie is feeling better now. Teddy, keep her off the booze, thanks mate! I have had help to wreck Teddy’s kennel, (I won’t reveal who, but of course ever Springer has his price…) But daddy felt sorry and has ordered a new one for him. Have a great day. Treats are some bananoffee pie and thick double cream..mmmm love Angus…. –ban the prong collar--

Hi Shady, I am just taking a break from the packing (we are off to Dorset for a couple of days in search of the elusive salmon). Outside it is a grey day here but inside it is mocha latte ice cream coloured, well the kitchen is. I think that I might have overfilled the ice cream maker. At least licking it straight from the walls saves on the washing up and luckily it is absolutely scrumptious. So the girlies (who are currently asleep beside me as I type and are, judging by their movements, dreaming of things they chased yesterday), me and Max, if I can drag him away from the newspaper, are dropping off some of the new ice cream, fresh from the walls. Back soon, have fun x

Hiya all. Another cloudy sunny mixed day. Better than rain eh? Good news is last night I took the last of my pink pills.. they have all gone hooray!! I have been good and ate them when asked, and daddy gave me a little bit of cheese as a treat. Now daddy is so upset about these spiked collars being discussed in the forum. He just cant believe they are not banned and people are actually using them. He has started a petition to the PM (what’s a PM?) to have them banned. Please check these out, and judge for yourself. http://www.downtownpet.com/blog/uploaded_images/dog.prong.collar-730053.jpg and this is what it does to a doggy http://www.ipdta.org/index.2.jpg If you agree, please sign daddy’s petition, and ask your friends too. Petition - http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/Cruelcollars/ Thank you all. Treats today is some yummy local Cheddar (with Cider yumm) some onion and pineapple pickle and some crackers…enjoy!

What a sad day.. after the fun of the stag and hen nights come the sad news that yet another friend has gone. Gis put up an incredible fight, and I’m sure his mummy and daddy treasured every extra moment they had together. Be at peace Gis! I’m going to have a quiet day today, you have a peaceful one too.. Take care.. Angus xx leaving you some Scottish shortbread..
