Oh, Blaze, I am sorry your family member is not well. Best wishes for his recovery. Now, we got our tree today but it will not be going up for a couple of weeks. It is standing in a tub of water down the garden mystifying my cats and proving rather a large temptation for me. Treat and a woof from Carrick

Hi, Hope you are well & Sorry we’ve not been around for a while, Mums computer died and had to be sent away for repair but when it came back she had lost everything (she wasn’t happy lol ). It has taken a while to get it running anywhere near normaly, Luckily Mum had backed up photo’s and files a month ago so it’s not as bad as it could be. Hello again everyone. Well it was a funny old day yesterday. Mam and I went off in the afternoon for our usual trip to the woods. Mam had been doing someone's garden all morning and said she looked like a witch and felt like a tramp. She was wearing well-worn mud-encrusted dog walking boots, a scruffy wooly hat, an old coat which had belonged to Shona and a pair of gloves which smelt of horses. In her hand was a muddy sodden lump of brown sponge which was an orange ball from the pet shop not so long ago. Just as we got to the woods we saw a lady coming the other way with a plump springer spaniel. The lady was MUCH younger than Mam. She had nicely brushed hair and a clean hat and coat which looked as if they had been bought this century. Suddenly the lady skidded in the mud and fell to the ground. She dislocated her elbow when she fell, so Mam got out her phone and rang Dad to come to meet us at the top of the bridleway where the lady had left her car. She said she did not live locally but in the City. Mam walked slowly back with the lady with both dogs on leads. It was a long way and the lady kept feeling sick and faint. But eventually we got to her car and Daddy was there to drive the lady home in her car where someone would take her to casualty. She just happened to have a silver 2008 Audi convertible! Dad said he'd always wanted to drive one of those but didn't think it was going to be today . . . Meanwhile Mam took me home and then went off to collect Dad from the City in her little Peugeot 106. That is, her 9 year old Peugeot 106 with the dent in the wing and the hole in the lock where some toe-rag tried to break in with a screwdriver. That Peugeot 106! Mam was glad she'd been able to help the lady but afterwards she felt old and frumpy and quite sad. Leaving hot buttered crumpets and a nice cup of tea. love Romany Ree xxx

Hi Guys , Hope your keeping warm !! I'm afraid my paws are still cold, I have been out twice today already, once on pavements brrr... and then over the fields, even a bigger brrr.....its now 2pm (and the frost is still white on the ground) and I see mams socks are warming on the radiator, which means I will be going out again soon, I think I'm gonna hide under the blankets !! Hi Blaze not much has happend here and it is still cold, we will be helping mummy and daddy put the christmas tree up this weekend though, should be fun. Also there are 2 new photos of Bally in her kennel in one she has a big blue ball and in the other she is waiting for us to play with her with her yellow hoop and there is a new one in Jacks kennel as well he is with angel Luey our lovely cat who died on 30th November last year, hope you like them. Hi Blaze and Thumps,Toney here How are we today? Well I have great news.Mo and I are having a BABY. Yeah!!!!!!!!!!! We are adopting a baby boy and his name will be Sparkey. He is Westie and Mo and I are so excited. We can't wait. He will be arriving Dec 24th Christmas eve what a grand Christmas Present. Today is Mo's mom's Birthday(jackymac) She says she is 27 and leave it a that hummmmmm. Well we will never know a woman never gives her real age out. Why is that? Us guys don't care do we. Mom is going to take me to my Human Nieces house to play with the shelties. Well I know what I will do just sit by my mom.I am shy really. She wants me to socialize with other dogs more before the pup comes. Well I guess that is a good idea we will see. A Lot of you are lucky to run free and we are not allowed to run free to much here. We are suppose to get some snow tonight so it will be a snowy toilet again. brrrrr. Well I best be going now.So i will see you soon. hi blaze and thumps, hope you are enjoying the pre christmas fun. Its sooo cold and we are trying to keep warm. Mum has changed my cover on the sofa for an old quilt in a cover and the fire has been roaring. I am going closer to it again once the crackling at the start has died down. I hadforgotten how lovely and warm it is. We are off to the seaside this weekend and mum and dad think the place we are staying doesn't have much heat!!!! it is my aunty's 50th birthday so we really should go! Hi Blaze and Thumps, Yesterday got colder and colder as the sky got brighter and brighter. Mum made sure Ella was wrapped up really snug and warm for the night, wearing one of her thick rugs. If it gets any colder I might start wearing my coat as well when I go out – I do have a really nice tartan one but I don’t like wearing it. Mum got all the Christmas stuff out yesterday but then she got busy at work so it’s still on the dining room table – perhaps we’ll get round to putting it up today. Frosty out there this morning so mum had to get the ice of the car before we could to and feed Ella. The vet is coming back today to check on Ella’s eye – we think it looks so much better so hopefully the vet will say the same. They have promised to give mum a call when they leave so mum can nip out to the farm and meet them there as it only takes 5 minutes by car to get there. Leaving you cheese on toast today. hi Blaze and Thumps,Toney here how are we today? Well it's 39 and rainy and yukky out. i have some news that my mom and dad have been whispering about a Christmas gift for me. I hear that a puppy may be in order. Well I don't know what I am going to do i am the King around here and i guess it's to help me get off my bum and play. I sleep a lot so maybe this may be a good thing. i am not sure. hummmmmm Well mom went swimming and I went to Mo's to go for a walk with the gang. Wow they really like their walks. They go pretty far I was really pooped out after that I am not used to big walks like that but to feel free is great. I see Biggie is getting along or prayers are with him. Mom finally got all her Christmas stuff up and all the lights are sparkling all over the place. my human niece(Hailey) was over yesterday she likes to pet me. She will like the new pup if we get one. What a wonderful party Mischa had everyone really had a wonderful time and lots of chocolate and food. Maxy Moo was all over that. Well I am getting ready to take another nap so i will see you all soon. I have been looking for my bone but I think mom took it away cus of my tummy. cheek of her. hay there well it very cold how have you been keeping? poor maggie wasn't feeling well on saturday she was sick a couple of times mum thinks it was all down to her eating a hot chip so mum had a lovely time cleaning that up in her room twice she ended up having get the carpet cleaner out so that was saturday. Sunday we got washed in the dam cold weather cause even mum couldn't stand smell us but she dried most of us with a towel that was Sunday. today mum got tickets for her mum birthday to see this concert thing in Edinburgh Scotland next year the tickets go in no time even no her birthday not to next year but she always wanted to go to it so we done that sometime between 10 1030am then i maggie and mum were about to go to asda when we saw jake and bob were out of the bit so she went to put them in and found out that the lock thing was broken off so mum phoned her dad and told him so mum had to leave bob and jake in the kitchen while we went to asda then when we came back i maggie got feed and mum had her lunch then we came on here how was your day? leaving you doggy treats luv the gang xx

hi blaze thumps and aunty jan,how are you? well alls quiet here today, dads friend wanted freddie overnight again so its just me and mum ive had so many cuddles and i got treats dont tell freddie he'll go in a huff! the frost still hasnt lifted and its very cold me and mum were going sliding around the park all the puddles have froze :-)i wish the snow would come. What have you been upto today? well im helping mum tidy up because shes painting tonight i might help add personal touches hehehe. thats mum off work for 3 days now so im happy and wont go into panic mode, do you like my pic hehehe mums trying to make me christmassy :-) leaving you some chunky chips and sirloin steak yum yum ive done well i havent slavered in it hehe love baz xxxxx

Hi Blaze and Thumps, It was just grey and damp here yesterday and this morning it’s back to rain again. Ella’s eye is much better and she his definitely feeling better in herself as well – must have had a good run round the field as there were some impressive skid marks all over the place and then to top it all she lost a shoe – when the ground is this wet and muddy they tend to get sucked off. Mum and I spent ages wandering round the field trying to find it but it’s gone. Got very wet and muddy on my morning run. You should have seen mum cleaning Ella’s eye this morning, she had her miners lamp on her head, shining it in Ella’s face, another big torch resting on the wheelbarrow so the field shelter was all lit up. Well she couldn’t’ be bothered to walk her down to her stable. Leaving you a lucky horse shoe (if you can find it) and a mince pie. Lots of love Ellie and Ella xxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi Blaze & Thumps, hope you're well. Today we've been to walk the SPCA doggies like we usually do on Sundays. There are only 5 there now - our laydees Asia and Phaja, Bella the doberman (who's going to her forever home tomorrow, yay!!!), Tricks the pitbull puppy and Naya the big white American bulldog. They won't be letting any doggies be rehomed between 13 December and 2 January, so let's hope that no more come in over the holidays. We walked Asia and Phaja, then we played with Bella in the pen, and some other people walked Tricks and Naya. Naya's a bit big and strong and likes to roll! Then I looked after my friend's labradoodle, Pippa, for a few hours, she was really good, which is more than I could say for her human brother when her family came to pick her up!! I'm cooking a vegetarian chili at the moment, so when it's done I'll send you some over! Love Auntie Fran & Angel Fluffy xxxxx
