Hi guys and gals, a round–robin to you all today. The weather up here in the North East has been amazing this past couple of weeks, in fact 18 days straight without rain – something of a record surely. Anyway, we have been busy over the last few days as all the chores were done so we did some touring. On Sunday we went off to Aberdeen for a ride out and to visit Mom’s Goddaughter; on Saturday Mom and Dad took me up to a place called Huntly (you can look up Huntly Castle, Aberdeenshire on the website if you like, and you can see all sorts of interesting stuff about the Gordons and everything, whoever they were ...), anyway the River Deveron is a lovely freshwater river and great for me to paddle in as it’s very shallow with a little beach and everything. On Friday I was taken to a place called Stonehaven and down to Dunnottar Castle, where Mel Gibson filmed Braveheart; I think Mom likes Mel Gibson because she went all mushy when she was talking about it – anyway who is Mel Gibson and what is a castle? Well, enough about me for now so I have left some lamb mince cookies that Mom made for me, yummy. TTFN, Shannon xxx
Hi, we are leaving treats all round and apologies that we have been absent for ages. Story goes a bit like this, human sis walked out on her fiance and reclaimed her room here. Human bro decided that he would make the 500 mile journey North and also move in, so mum went off to get him 3 weeks ago. Just before he moved he managed to fall off a wall, dislocated his ankle and broke his foot. He had two days in hospital before mum brought him up the road to join us. He is now having to sleep dowstairs, so we can wake him most mornings he, he. So here we are trying to pop by as many kennels as possible. Love M & M xx
Hi Arreau and friends.. you are a lovely dog. So good to hear your life story took the right turn. We're bassets and live in Wexford. You are in the first other irish kennel we have come across!! (-:
Call over to see us, we love visitors.
Love from Luke and Levi basset xx ( and Marie, the human slave to us bassets!! hee hee )
Bonjour, Mon Ami, drop dead gorgeous - that's you and, of course me! I bet you can smell a truffle miles away. Lucky lad, mind you I can see why they rescued you. Bless them. Love Peggy and Co. xxx
