Hi just want to thank you for recommending Jan Fennel, the best 19 euro i have ever spent. Everything in the book made so much sense and I could see immediately where I was going wrong. In just a couple of days there has been a huge turn around in my dogs behaviour and dinner times can be enjoyed once more!
