Hi Annie, great to see you. last night mum was busy typing messages when all of a sudden the pc went off and began to start again. she discovered we had a brownout. so it was quickly switch everything off. the storms have caused so much damage and floods. the water has gone down near us now. they tell us we are going to get more storms. they are calling them super cell storms whatever that means. all we know is that they are scary. today we have some of Daniels graduation cake for you. mum went to see him graduate this morning. have a great weekend. Hi Annie, today a tip for the humans. If you decide to ponce yourself up a bit with a quick squirt of Armani Code (men’s version, he added quickly!!!)....well you never know who you might meet on a “walkies”, it could be one of those SIMPLY GORGEOUS LADIES FROM DOGGYSNAPS.....anyway, to continue....make sure that the NOZZLE is not pointing at your eye. Because BLOODY HELL, ARMANI CODE STINGS!!!! (Note to self....must wear glasses when applying aftershave). TYPICALLY the girlie gundogs and dobes, who are all fine, were no support to their aged human slave in his time of need but were seen sniggering behind their paws at his pain and, in particular, his use of the English language! So it is love to you lot from them and the currently partly blind but actually now also very fragrant me. X

HI TED THE ED here Well i Guess you all know SHADOW is in Prison she has been Charged with Knicker Nicking !!! See it Wasnt ME But we have tried to get Bail and we Couldnt [ she's got a criminal record ] SSHHH dont tell anyone i told you that But Me and Maxymoo are Back in Court This Afternoon Trouble is we wanted Judge Judy but shes away at the moment so we have Ended Up with Hetty Hemoroid and she is Very Harsh so it looks like Shadow wont be Free today [ never mind ] haha And Me and Maxy have got to spend the Night in London incase we are Called To Holloway Prison .Also a few of you are Sticking up for the Brown & White Boy i mentioned Well i didnt Mention His Name Did I so you are assuming its ?????? Hi Annie and aunty Cat , well it's another wet and miserable day in Manchester. Granny is poorly with another bad migraine, mummy sent her back to bed and is worried about her, she'll go and check on here later, shes leaving her to sleep for abit now. We enjoyed a nice and quiet weekend, the sun was out yesterday but it was still very chilly. Jinx ws abit better on her walkies yesterday, but still quite nervous, poor thing, we had cooked chicken for tea last night, we all waited and watched patiently as mummy demolished the carcus for us yummy, and none of us lifted our heads out of the bowl until it was all gone yummy, we saved some for our doggysnaps friends, so enjoy :) love Dinky, Jinx and Frankie xxxxxx ps. please would you vote for Jinx as LOTM :) xxx sending special cuddles and puppy licks to aunty Cat xxxx

hiya Annie! how are you? hope you've had a nice weekend. we're having a lazy day today. mum went to pets at home yesterday, with bettie after her puppy class, and we all got a bone, bettie's first rawhide bone! kept her quiet for hours =) well she got such a fuss-over in pets at home, she was rolling about for everyone to tickle her tummy, the little tart! darla has just had a nice bubble bath so she's all clean and fluffy now =) we are gonna to have our tea in a bit, then we're going to have an early night. sending you lots of love + licks. dipzy, darla + bettie (pweeeease vote for me to be laydee of the month!!! hehe) x x x

Hiya, here is daddys new story, suggested by toney at dar55 kennel - written by my daddy, THE SEARCH FOR SANTA - PART 1: Toney was cleaning out his kennel -he thought he better as his lovely wife to be was due over any time, he had already filled 3 bin bags, he looked around his kennel making sure he hadn’t missed anything, he noticed the picture of Little Mo which was hanging on the wall, and began to day dream about their forth coming wedding and Little Mo gliding down the aisle towards him, she was singing - she had a voice like an angel…… Then his daydream was broken by him hearing a noise - what was that? He thought what was that, then he heard it again - ring ring - it was his dog mobile ringing “Hello Toney here” a voice came back, “Hello Toney it is Albert here I wonder if you can help me and Findley?” “What is the problem little buddy?” replied Toney. Albert replied “Well you know Findley and I go to puppy school we were talking about what we want father Christmas to bring us - then one of the older dogs told us there is no such thing as Father Christmas never bought any presents for him, and Father Christmas is just a myth” Toney was shocked to hear what Albert was saying and said “That older dog is lying - Santa Claus always brings me lots of squeaky toys and a nice juicy bone every Christmas” Albert asked “Who is Santa Claus?” “Sorry” Toney apologised, “Little buddy that is what we call Father Christmas over here” Albert said “Oh - but have you ever met him?” Toney replied “Yes - one year I was laying in front of the fire when all of a sudden it went out, and I saw these big black boots in the hearth - I looked up and I saw Santa dressed in red but I could not see his face because his large belly was in the way, but he bent down and patted my head and I saw his face he had a big white beard and white hair and big red rosy cheeks and the kindest face you can imagine and Santa said to me ho ho ho merry christmas Toney and placed a big juicy bone beside me then he went over to the christmas tree and placed lots of presents under it from the sack he had been carrying, he then patted my head again and disappeared up the chimney - that is how I know there is a Santa” Albert said “That’s what Findley and I want to do - meet Father Christmas until then we will not believe” Toney replied “If that is what it is going to take I will take you and Findley to meet him - he lives in the North Pole, I will call you later with the details on how I will get you there” Little Albert replied “Awwww thank you Toney - I will tell Findley we are going on a big trip to meet Father Christmas” Toney said “Call you later little buddy bye” As he switched off the phone he thought to himself to get two young pups to the North Pole I am gonna need help and I will need it fast, Toney reached for his little black book with all his friends phone numbers ………………………….To be continued………………………Todays treats is mince pies and brandy butter

hI aNNIE, so the walk went really well. The wind was blowing a gale and seemed to have dried up most of the tracks, despite the recent torrential rain. There were some nasty filthy puddles where the muddy water was black but otherwise all was great. My gorgeous Purdey (I absolutely adore her really) was a darling, a paragon of virtue, a simply well behaved girlie, no noxious things were subjected to her backstroke, no none at all, it was a MIRACLE really. And as for the Princessliness, well Sarika was as always “mad as a box of frogs”, full of beans and fun. She always sticks close to me on our walks unless there is a leaf, moth, butterfly, JUMBO JET etc to chase. Wonderful. So I bent down to give them both a kiss (yes, I know I am a soppy old sod) and was immediately engulfed in girlie gundogs. Their paws were round my neck, they were in my arms, everywhere, and I got subjected to the treatment, licks and kisses. I love those moments, they are so very precious.......I am not sure when I remembered that they both had spent a bit of very recent time in one of those “nasty filthy puddles” previously mentioned. Was it before or after I noticed the condition of my clothes? Suffice to say that Max is currently watching the washing machine do its thing. AND THAT BEGS THE QUESTION..is watching it hypnotising him, it is on so often, so he is not really asleep he is actually in a trance? Hmmmmmm. I wonder how you tell. AND FINALLY...A man went to into an hardware store and picked up a can of fly spray. "Is this good for wasps?" he asked the assistant. "No, it kills them" was the reply.

Hello Annie - we haven't visited for a while - hope you and your mum are okay. Well we got through firework night (or nights) without any frightening noises but yesterday when we went for our walk I (Jackson) was running quite happily with my Kong on a rope when suddenly – bang bang bang bang! It was them soldiers again practicing their shooting on Dartmoor so I immediately turned and ran for cover. I got back to the car as quickly as I could. Kia was still running about unperturbed by it all but I was having none of it! Turned out alright though cos mum took us away from those noisy soldiers and drove us to the reservoir so I was able to have a swim. We have had so much rain everywhere is really muddy and we come home in a right state. Mum says she feels sorry for all the ponies on the moor that are out in all that awful wind and rain with no shelter except for the gorse bushes to hide behind. Our dad’s feeling a lot better now and even took us for a walk the other morning so mum could go for an early morning ride before it rained too much. Your treat today is a doughnut cos mum bought more than she could eat! Love and Licks from Jackson and Kia xxx

Hiya Annie, well mummy has put "another" Christmas piccy in our kennels, she's mental lol!! she went out with granny to try and cheer herself up, but she's feeling stressed, but she did buy us a new collar and lead set for Christmas,but we are not allowed them! hrrmmpphhhh :( I had 2 baths last week, one from mummy on Thursday, with Jinx and then Daddy gave me 1 yesterday, because I had pooed in my bumfur lol so he wasked me, and I must say I rather enjoyed it, mummy says I am very lucky having someone on hand to wash my bum for me :) and she's right! well tomorrow it's mummy's birthday, and we know shes getting old so we have bought her some wrinkle cream but shhhhh don't tell her, she will be very maaaaaaddd eeeeek!! leaving you another Santa costume ;p have fun! Hi Annie, so there was this pile of deer poo. First the golden sand coloured hairy east European girlie gundog, she of royal lineage, looked at it, sniffed it and then decided that the leaves fluttering in the wind were of much greater interest. Then the silver grey coloured hairy east European girlie gundog looked at it and sniffed it AND then decided that the leaves were more interesting too. PHEW went the aged human, rather smugly, knowing that Mrs Davidmh was at the stables so any “stinky” washing and “desmelling with tomato sauce” duties would be down to him. He started to whistle. So engrossed in his whistling was he (it was a complicated tune with REQUIRED changes of key AND descants – the aged human interestingly being very good at them when they are NOT REQUIRED but not so when they ARE) that he failed to notice the silver grey one doubling back until it was too late. He turned around just in time to see her, all four legs in the air, actually wriggling her back in the aforementioned deer poo.......next time I had better stick to easier whistling, Young Folks or Colonel Bogey! AND BY POPULAR REQUEST... A pair of cows were talking in the field. One says, "Have you heard about that mad cow disease that's going around?" "Yeah," the other cow says. "Makes me glad I'm a penguin."

Hi Annie, well..........mum's mad!! Visit our kennel to find out why! ..Lets just say we are now 4 instead of 3! LOL :0) Well we're glad the fireworks are over, they dont bother us but we know they do scare some other doggies, i hope you wernt scared. Mum has been working her butt of all week at work and is glad to be putting her feet up and relaxing this weekend. Her car broke down on friday on the way home from work and she had the RAC out to rescue her, apparently the engine mountings have gone, well i dont know what that is but i do know that she is using daddys prized BMW for work this week until hers is fixed, and i know daddy is worried as he says mum is not a good driver! Well we are leaving you a big rack of lamb and some creme brulee and lots of kisses xxx Love Kia, Leia, Tara & .........Dylan xxxxxx

hellooo Annie, only us, yay its finally the weekend and today i *bettie* went to my puppy class and saw all my lovely friends. me + darla were playing nicely together yesterday, mum was sooo pleased! i think she's starting to like me now, phew! well the other day mum took us for a walk and she saw some kids making fun of an old lady in a wheelchair (she lives not far from us and we often she her about, she can't move and it takes her forever to wheel herself around) they were throwing sweets at her and poking her, mum was fuming so we crossed the road and she gave them a piece of her mind and they ran off... then we went to see if the lady was alright, she was crying, so mum said she'd push her home but i *bettie* wouldn't walk by the wheelchair, no, i wanted to get on too! so mum asked the lady if i could sit on her lap and she said yes so mum put me on her lap and off we went. she loved me and i gave her lots of kisses and i looked as proud as punch cruising along hehe. anyway hope youre well and have a lovely weekend, all our love, bettie xxx dipzy xxx darla xxx

Hiya here is the final part of Shadows adventure with Lily, Shadow dived to catch Lily before she hit the ground, she caught Lily in her out stretched paws just in time, Lily was laying in Shadows paws motionless. Shadow looked down at Lily and began to cry, her tears splashed over Lily. Then Max exclaimed “Shadow look - Lily is beginning to glow again” shadow looked down and indeed Lily was glowing. Lily said “The healing tears of the chosen one - you have saved me” Shadow asked “Can you fly?” “Yes” replied Lily “I am restored to full health thanks to you” Max quickly whispered something to Lily. Shadow told Lily to fly out of the window so that evil thing couldn’t zap her. So Lily flew out of the castle. Max said “Don’t worry my love - I will take care of the overlord, Max turned around and lifted his tail, but the overlord saw what he was going to do and pointed his crooked staff at Max and a red beam of light shot out and dropped an airtight cage over Max. Shadow heard a noise and looked at the door and thought she saw Lulu peering around it, she looked away and looked again and indeed it was Lulu, Lulu said “It’s ok Shadow Lily has told us everything - we know what to do” Shadow said in surprise “But I never summoned you” Lulu said “It was Max, my gang of weimaraners and my brother Oscar, are here, Lily bought us here two by two she wants us to protect the castle so the ogres don’t come back” Then Lulu looked over at the overlord and said “That looks hideous - rather you than me - I must say I do like this talking lark” Lulu then left and went back to her gang to protect the castle. Then Shadow heard an evil voice say “What are you going to do now chosen one or should I say pathetic one” Shadow was beginning to get angry s he looked at the overlord and all she could see was a big black cape - she could not see a face as there was a hood covering it, but there was a green warty hand holding the staff. Then Shadow said “I demand that you let the king and queen go, and release my husband from that cage and I demand you tell me why you are holding the king and queen” The overlord replied “You demand of me - all I will tell you is I want the king and queens magic to combine it with my own so I can take over Enchantedville and then the universe and no one can stop me not even you” On hearing this Shadow felt a bubbling in her belly and it look like flames flashing in her eyes she pushed her paws forward and shouted - a white beam of light came out of her paws - the overlord lowered his staff and a red beam of light came out of it and met with the white beam, the beams of light were going to and fro. Max was watching all this with interest from his cage and shouted “I hope Shadow has got ever ready batteries - long life ones. The overlord said to Shadow “You can not beat me you are just a dog!” Shadow was really angry now - she shouted again and the white beam of light got much bigger and pushed the red beam back and shattered the overlords staff and the overlord was no more than a black cape laying on the floor. Shadow pointed her paws at the magic ball holding the king and queen and set them free and she shattered the cage holding Max. Max ran over to Shadow - gave her a big cuddle and said “Remind me never to tick you off” Then the room filled with light Lily had brought all the fairies to help Shadow. Lily said “You done it then - you used magic” The king came over and said “Yes she did - it was the most powerful magic I have ever seen” The queen said “There will be a celebration tonight - the chosen one has set us free” She ordered some of the fairies to organise it, Shadow asked Lily to thank Lulu and her gang for their help and to send them back home - so that is what Lily did. The king ordered some fairies to go under Shadow and some to go under Max. Shadow asked “What are they doing?” the king replied “They are flying you back to our village” So the fairies lifted Shadow and Max in the air, as they were flying along Max said to Shadow “This beats first class” Shadow said “Huh” Max repeated “This beats first class - we rather fly fairy class hee hee” When they landed at the village the party began, there was singing, dancing and to Max’s pleasure food and lots of it, Shadow then asked Lily to send Max home so Lily flew up high and before Max disappeared Shadow gave him a kiss goodbye. The king and queen thanked Shadow. Suddenly Shadow heard a voice call her name - she looked around and there was no-one there, then the fairies decided to play a game with Shadow they told her to close her eyes and turn around three times then they would tell her what to do next, so that is what she did, but as she was turning she thought she heard Lily say goodbye Shadow. When Shadow opened her eyes she was back in her bed and her dad was standing over her, she thought - oh it must have been a dream, then she looked at the clock it was 6am she thought oh no, then her dad kneeled down to put on her lead and saw the ring on her collar, he muttered “Where did this come from?” Shadow replied “From a fairy named Lily. Shadow’s dad dropped the lead and stammered y y y y you c c c can t t t talk” then he fainted. Shadow said “It was not a dream then. THE END Todays treat is the food from the party a new story coming next week
